Located not far from the East Point Marta station is a very cool brewery located in the old Atlanta Utility Works building. Rustic and industrial but with an inviting bar area. We were kindly greeted by the bartender who informed us of all the specials and even gave us some beer samples before ordering. We decided on the house salad and a beer brat with a side of soft pretzel. My lady had the light lager as I tried their Marzen and dark lager. The food came out quickly and was delicious! Salad was huge and filled with a nice spring mix. The brat was juicy and covered in sauerkraut and spicy mustard wrapped in a soft bun. But the best part was the beer. The beers were true to their intended styles from Oktoberfest to hazy IPA. Two thumbs up to the Arches brewers.

What a cool ass brewery. Love the vibe, kinda grunge/industrial, no frills all thrills, and 1000% character. Had their Amber Lager, Hazy and DIPA--all certified bangers. Finished off my trip with their CBD/THC kombucha before my flight...can't recommend enough. I wish this place success as it has the makings of a neighborhood gem type of establishment. It needs the support of the people and beer drinkers near and far! I'm just doing my part

Great place! Stopped by to try out some local brews and was not disappointed. They have brews and hard kombucha. Great outdoor spaces. Kay, the bartender, was an absolute peach! I highly recommend!

I am a super big fan of this place, being the only brewery in the area, it is such a great set up. They have their own parking as well as a back outside area, brew their beer on site, and have rotating art shows. One of the super cool things about this place is their movie night, with tons of great movies sometimes doing double features. It is absolutely perfect for a meet up with friends or a date night. They have tons of board games and huge long tables for people to hang out and enjoy their night and spend a few hours around. There are plenty of styles of beer for anyone who doesn't know much about beer like myself. They don't serve food, but they do have beer pretzels for sale, and sometimes they have a food cart/truck for some dinner, just check out their calendar to know what they have going on! We bought some artwork and are so excited to be able to bring it home and hang it up!

Arches is a brewery near the airport in the quaint neighborhood of Hapeville. They actually have a pretty good big patio space and I went on a Friday for their weekly movie night. The main hall has a screen abt 70-80 inches projected and we saw total recall. The space is big and had popcorn and candy for The movie experience. The beers left some To be desired and were too bitter for my taste but enjoyed the hazy ipa. Parking is on the common lot or at the montisseri school

I stopped here for a beer prior to going to the airport. The bartender was super friendly. There was several arts vendors in the space next door which was nice to browse. I had the Moment in Time Hazy IPA. I really enjoyed the beer and would have had more should I have had more time. I enjoyed spending some time in the well decorated tap room.

I remember when Arches first opened up and I was excited to visit... only to find out that it was in HAPEVILLE. We were in the area (and not going to the airport for once) so we decided to stop in and try a beer or two). There is a HUGE outdoor backyard, is all I can think to call it. Definitely great for social distancing since all the tables are well over 6 feet apart. My one complaint was the mosquitos... but they offered a bottle of bug spray per table, which I have never seen and I am all here for it. I tried the Low Viz, which was described as a New England IPA. It was pretty light and easy drinking, slightly hoppy and dry but still citrusy. Not my favorite type of IPA but not bad - especially when I'm trying to cool down in the summer heat. I'll have to come again and visit now that places are re-opening - maybe I'll be able to sit inside soon, although if the weather is nice, I may venture outside again and weather the mosquitos.

Ugh! Ugh so I hate hate hate when this happens. Their beer is phenomenal but their service and their people skills kind of suck. And what people or business people really don't know is a lot of times people come in for the company and not really the product. And with this scenario, it's the opposite their fear is phenomena kind of the best. but the person who helped me didn't say agreed and didn't offer. It's not like this guy was shy and didn't talk to anybody else. He just didn't have customer service. But he had a perfectly fine conversation with his coworker, and was laughing and even act like I was there.

I've been to Arches two times and both visits were awesome! The staff seems to be able to hold a conversation on every topic. They make ordering beer fun! During my most recent visit I had a trilogy of greatness. First was their West Coast IPA, Retrospect. The blend of hops, to include Amarillo, Comet, Chinook, and Cascade make this a hoppy, yet very approachable IPA with a smooth finish and earthy flavors. Next was the Winter's Night, a Munich Dunkle. Dunkles are awesome and this beer holds up its end of that adjective. While dark, it is very light on the palette. You will taste a bit of chocolate and just a bit of that German bitterness beer lovers enjoy. Finally, I had a pint of Frank the Freak, an American IPA. While crafted like an IPA, this beer is nothing short of interesting. You will not only smell mint, but get just a tad of it on the finish. The main flavor is that of Fruity Pebbles. That's right, the famous breakfast cereal. I'm not sure if they include Fruity Pebbles in the mash but they certainly came up with the familiar flavor. I highly recommend this neighborhood brewery, especially on Thursdays if you enjoy karaoke.

Fire pits, full bar, Arches beer and others, and great people!

New location in East Point. Wow, what a great group of servers:-) Joseph is so fun and witty. Love the new outdoor space! Can't wait for the renovation on the indoor space at Atlanta Utility Works and Cultured South.

The beer is good! The venue is great! Whenever we are south of town this is our go to place and we love love love the fire pits. Yea we bought one too. Lately they have had a kind of mobile kitchen serving food. They serve Mexican food. I am an ipa girl and arches delivers! Everyone is really nice and the outdoor area is dog friendly with plenty of social distanced seating.

Arches Brewing was a great find!!! We visited late on a Friday night, about an hour before closing. We were a little nervous because we walked in and felt like we had the brewery all to ourselves. Maybe the crowds had stayed away because they were out shopping for the upcoming Christmas holiday. Either way, we were happy to be safe and try some beers out. We ordered the Chocolate Milk Stout and the Black IPA. The friendly bartender let us know that there was an outdoor space that we should check out, all we had to do is walk through the brewery. We made our way to the back, opened the door, and were blown away by all the space out back. They had a small wooden stage, many picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, and fire pits galore. We settled in next to one of the fires. It was a dark, beautiful night, we had the fire all to ourselves. We were feeling like kings. We toasted to a good night and we took a sip. I was immediately blown away by the flavor and mouthfeel of my milk stout. It was so happy with my choice. And then I tried the Black IPA and I was equally impressed with it. If I closed my eyes and took a sip and I would have never known the darkness of the beer. It was so good. As we enjoyed the well brewed beers we admired the craftsmanship of the fire pits. We were greeted by an employee of the connecting business. It was called S & S Fire pits, yup, you guessed it.....they hand crafted all the fire pits that we were surrounded by. What an amazing thing for a brewery to share space with a hand crafted fire pit company! And then to have all those beautiful fire pits throughout the backyard providing heat and ambiance. I was so happy that we choose Arches as the brewery that we visited while passing through Atlanta.

Cool place, they have movies on Friday nights. It was a nice area, cool back area and lived to see the vendor for the day was this Mexican owned business with tacos and street corn and that's just delightful when you're having a good beer. Definitely worth checking out!

The beer was crisp and delicious. I also ordered a bourbon berry cocktail after the event and it was perfectly balanced. The event space was great. It's quite spacious with a lot of standing room and plenty of chairs. There were bars on either side of the event space, one with only canned drinks and another with drinks on tap. When the event was over, enormous garage style doors were opened in order to make for easy exit of a lot of people. Every staff member that I encountered Was incredibly kind and patient. As someone who travels solo often, I appreciated that the bartender did not bat an eye or question me when I asked to leave my drink with them to go pick up my pizza. There is a ton of parking on the backside, which gives you two free hours. Extra hours are quite inexpensive. There is also access to the beltline on the front side of the brewery. There are multiple other breweries and restaurants, including a food hall within the same parking. You really could spend an afternoon/evening here. I love this space and I'm glad that an event brought me here. I will most definitely return with friends.

The beer selection was posted right on the bar--it was extensive, and we were genuinely excited about the options. For food, Wifey ordered the Chicken Tenders with French Fries, and I went with the Golden Chicken Sandwich. The beer flights came out quickly and were clearly labeled. While we sat at the bar, some old-school hip-hop played in the background. It kept us nodding along while we sampled our beers. Not long after, our food arrived--hot and fresh. The chicken tenders came with fries, and I managed to sneak a few--they were perfectly crispy. My sandwich really hit the mark--crispy chicken with great texture and solid flavor. I was chatting with our bartender and learned they have a full-service restaurant upstairs, so of course I had to head up for a little recon. As soon as I reached the top, I was warmly welcomed by the host and staff. I let them know I just wanted to check out the space. Upstairs had a completely different feel from downstairs. While the lower level had more of a laid-back, neighborhood bar atmosphere, the upstairs was bright, modern, and a bit more refined. I even noticed some outdoor seating, which we'll definitely have to try next time. One thing to note: the beer selection upstairs isn't as extensive as what's offered downstairs. I headed back down, and Wifey and I ordered another flight to share. At one point, I looked over and said, "I could honestly stay here all day."
