I loved Toppers growing up and it's still the same delicious pizza every time! It's one of my guilty pleasures because it's quite pricy, but the quality proves it's worth the splurge. I usually order for takeout, but occasionally love the atmosphere of dining in! You get seated quick because there's plenty of seating, but I'm not sure how busy it gets for the weekends and sports games. They offer a salad bar that sits at the center of the restaurant and there's usually sports playing on the TVs above. It feels nostalgic and homey, something I feel a lot of newer restaurants have taken out of their design. My two favorites are the carnitas pizza and spicy garlic italian! They offer to make the pizza half half so you can get two flavors for the price of one which I love!! read more

I really didn't want to write this review because I genuinely like their Pizza. I won't order from this location again unfortunately. I did a pretty large order on Labor Day weekend, September 5th. The restaurant forgot about part of our order. When I realized we didn't have it, I called the restaurant as we were already home. I asked them just to refund us for the missing items since we were already eating and didn't want to drive back to the restaurant. When I called to tell them what happened, the person on the phone told me that he couldn't refund my money until their general manager got back on the 10th. Pretty weird considering it was their fault. He promised me the manager would process the refund and he left a note with them. He said he couldn't refund me because he would get in a lot of trouble. He said his manager could process the refund when he returned. I NEVER got my refund. It was at least $20 worth of food I was missing. Really bad customer service in my opinion. You don't need your manager to take my money, but you needed him when you failed to provide a service I paid for? That's not right so you may not be in trouble with your Boss but you just lost good customers that come to your business a lot! Absolutely fantastic experience!! I came in with my family for some lunch and was greeted by the friendliest staff and awesome environment. Huge shoutout to our host, I unfortunately did not get their name before I had to leave, but they had such a bubbly and charming personality paired with some awesome glasses, and some adorable black and white cat pins on his toppers apron! We sat outside on the beautiful patio that has the perfect amount of shade covering so even on warmer days it feels really nice to sit and eat outside! When our food came we were told there was a little mix up of the topping for the lunch size pizzas, but they very kindly offered us the two pizzas for free, and they were delicious!!! It was truly such a kind gesture and we all greatly appreciate it!! I live out of town, so anytime I'm local I make sure to make my way to a Topper's Pizza!! Love Toppers pizza! The crust is amazing, toppings are bountiful and over flavor profile is on point. Their Salad bar is great, so many toppings and choices, pairs great with their pizza, add a pitcher of beer or soda to round it out. There are not that many "Toppers" type pizza places around anymore, I am glad they are around and are really thriving with a number of locations around. Came here on a Saturday night and the place was packed, great to see and well deserved. Only a few tables not taken, but we were able to grab a couple right away, so it was perfect. Although they were and probably are very busy all the time. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful and got people through the line super fast. Once we sat, we had our pizzas and garlic bread within 5-10 minutes, so service was also very quick. Love the overall look and decor of Toppers, lots of brick, modern, tons of tables, booths and group seating options. They have a game room still for the kids or the kid in you, ton's of TV's playing various sporting events, beer on tap, wine, soda's etc. just a perfect spot for fun for Families and Friends. The food is great, they lack good customer service. I visited your Simi Valley location today 6/36/2026 at 03:05:45. The woman who helped me was so rude and disrespectful. She treated me like a dog, giving commands in a condescending tone. I asked to speak to a manager and asked for her name. He said her name is Venus but the receipt says Adora. Si I don't know which is the correct name. I proceeded to tell him what happened and he said he'd take care of it. I remained calm and didn't want to cause a scene. I go often and buy more than one pizza and I spend a good amount of money there. I really doubt anything will be done about it. But I think you need to retrain your staff in how to properly treat your customers. Good customer service keeps people coming back. I really do hope you can speak to this person and make her understand the importance of good customer service. read more

100% a solid decent pizza in Simi Valley. It's definitely brings Round Table-esque feelings to my insides as I bite into this pizza. Normally the pizza here is pretty good but last night I ordered and what I got tasted nothing like their usual pizza. I'm not sure whether they had a new person making the pizzas or if they just changed their pizza but it's only been a week since I last had it so I doubt they changed their recipe. The issues my pizza had was the sauce was just bad and over done, the cheese wasn't spread evenly and had way more yellow cheese in it then it normally does, and finally they went extremely light on the toppings. The pizza had about half as much pepperoni and spicy Italian sausage as normal and the sausage was sliced much thinner than normal as well. Very disappointing to say the least since we order here about once a week and if this is how it is now then we'll have to find a new pizza joint. read more

Whether taking out, delivery (if you live close enough - they have a fleet of drivers), or dining in (plenty of tables and TVs but can great filled with large groups- often a go to spot for youth sports teams after games ). (+) The thickness is just right, the distribution (and ratio) of toppings over the cheese is good, and the flavor is uniquely Toppers. Not sure if it's the crust or the cheese they use, but the taste is always recognizable (in a good way). (+) SALAD BAR is great, and usually kept clean and organized by the staff (+) They serve beer, not a big selection but who's going to complain when there's a pitcher in front of you? (+) Arcade for the kids, or germ city as I call it. There are only a few games, but they actually work most of the time. Toppers is a go to for me! I live a little further to get their delivery but I always make an effort to pick up from them once or twice a month. It has become a staple for me in my household. We will pick up pizza on a weekend night and then enjoy it at home while watching anime. That isn't to say that eating at the restaurant isn't nice too, because I've done that many times! It's one of those places that still maintains the vibe of a local pizza place, despite how busy it gets there. The pizza itself is my absolute favorite! ChiChi's is a close second, but nothing compares to Toppers for me. The only pizza place where the crust is one of the best parts too, it's so crispy. They also have great ranch, if you're one of those weirdos that likes to dip your pizza like me. The service here is wonderful. I always try to tip well, since they're always providing such a great customer experience. I also notice that a lot of the same people have been working there for a while. That just goes to show that they have a positive work environment and I really hope they treat those employees well! solid pizza! we ordered delivery and got our pizzas delivered within the hour. it was easy to navigate the website and place an order. we got two medium pizzas and a hefty bill of $70 (including tip, delivery fee, etc) the medium pizzas were $25 each which is still a little steep, especially because i'm used to dominos $7 pizzas. i will say, we really did enjoy our pizzas! they have a great selection of unique "top hit" pizzas. we ordered the carnitas chipotle and hawaiian heat. both were tasty, but i liked the hawaiian heat more. the pineapple and jalapeño combination is my guilty pleasure. my cousin actually preferred the carnitas chipotle one-- both were yummy. they weren't stingy with their toppings and the cheese pull was actually insane. when im visiting my cousin in simi again, i would love to try more of their speciality pizzas! read more

If you're a fan of Shakey's and Round Table pizza, you will probably enjoy Toppers. On the menu side of things, besides pizza they also offer a selection of sandwiches , appetizers and a salad bar. On this visit we opted for a large half/half, which came out quick and piping hot. The dough was cooked to the right crispiness and I love the sweet sauce. I went small from the serve your self salad bar, each came with one trip. I ordered a small meat lovers pizza. The small can feed two p, toppings were enough and tasty, the sauce was to me different not like any pizza I've had. I finally figured it out, it taste like spaghetti O's. I got a large beer, they sell "craft" which is code for generic. This is the best pizza in the county! Got three large pizzas a catering salad with ranch dressing all are outstanding. This is a five star rating on the food 100%. I've mentioned this before, but I must be the only one that is not satisfied with the beer selection. Out of all the craft beers in Ventura County we are stuck with one brewery. I understand there may be some sort of connection between the two, but that is unsubstantiated. Some other local breweries in there and I will be 100% happy camper. But the food is phenomenal.
