I was excited about this opening close to home, and was not let down. Fun, easy to understand golf games. Bring your own clubs, or use the ones provided. Quickly learn how to use scoring ap, and you're off...of, and the food and service was outstanding! Had wings and burger sliders, arrived fast and good.....I'm going back soon!! read more

Usually fun. But closes randomly for "private events" with very little notice. I can't even imagine the number of people who make plans to go here only to be turned away on a Monday... smh. The only way we found out that the place is closed is a sign in the parking lot This one is nicer than the one in Alexandria so I came out here despite the distance only to be turned away; very disappointed. read more

This place is amazing. Like seriously, amazing. I can't believe this isn't a concept that hasn't taken off more quickly around the country. I mean, South Carolina is the golf capitol of pretty much anywhere, and we don't have one. Why? ***Note to self - look into franchising*** People have covered the concept of this place, so I won't go into that, but I'll reinforce how much fun the game is - we all know that golf can be - is - boring. But, being competitive, and directly competitive, makes it fun. The whole experience plays more like a video game, and $25 buckets of Lagunitas makes it even better. The service was slow, and the interface to the computer systems takes a bit of getting used to, but overall, I loved my experience. I was there at 3 PM on a Thursday, and the place was PACKED. I could see getting a lane becoming an issue as popularity grows. My coworker seemed to like his food. One thing that is annoying, and I'm sure this is by design, is that you can only put certain dollar amounts on your account, so if you're visiting from out of town (me), you end up leaving with a decent amount of coin on your card, and no way to transfer it back off. You can't add incremental ($2, $6) amounts to increase playing time, only $10, $25, whatever. Hence, if you want to play more, you have to add a boatload of money, only use a fraction, and end up leaving it on the table. read more

Came out to celebrate my birthday with friends and family and I was more than happy with my experience. Upon arriving we were greeted by Raymond and he was more than willing to assist us with gaining our Top Golf cards and how to put our names on the wait list to golf. Once our area was ready he even walked us to our area and showed us how to use the system. I appreciate great customer service and Raymond and the other staff members definitely made us feel welcomed. We were a bit confused but Raymond's patience with our million questions never once bothered him. I definitely have to come back once the temperatures warm up. read more

I can't believe how horrible my first experience was here. Called ahead because I was meeting friends to hangout I didn't play this Wednesday night so I was told I didn't have to pay the 15 dollar cover charge. After trying to sort it out with the server he still proceeded to charge me double the cover charge. Just wish Sergio cared enough to even try to serve us. YIKES. next time I'd rather make the extra 30 minute drive to the spring field one. (Edit) - called to get things handled today and spoke to a great employee and explained the situation. She voided the payment that was too much and charged me for the right amount. I work in the service industry and I get how mistakes happen but more than 5 or so mistakes at one table was a bit much. I will be going back and hopefully I won't have a bad experience read more

I feel compelled to update my review, initially 5 starts, largely due to service in the bays. It is by far, the exception, to get quick and reliable service for food and drink. Not also, it seems like the ball locator technology is not as reliable as it once was. At least 2-3 times a round, a ball will land in the designated area and you still end up with a "0". First world problems, I get it, but these are the differences between 4 stars and 5 stars on Yelp. I still enjoy the experience, I would just like to see these things improved, particularly the slow and inconsistent service. read more

Second time here. The first time was ok- $45 per hour to hit balls. We ordered bottles of wine, mushi( burrito wanna be, but blend taste), Nachos( ok), quesadillas( 2 out of 5- didnt taste good). After spending over $250, we still felt good because of the atmosphere. We came back today- less people than before. No wait at all. I forgot my players card so got in line to get one... then he told me to pay $5.30... Yes , they charge you $5 for a replacement card plus $0.30 tax. Then ordered bahn mi, buffalo chicken spring rolls- nothing special... not good either. And remember their service is painfully slow. I love 1757, but it is always crowded...I hate their food and it is expensive to hit balls, but will come back due to a nice vibe/atmosphere. read more

I'm not a golfer but I enjoyed myself non-the-less. Beautiful facility with awesome service. You must try their veggie burger and their pineapple crush cocktail (BANGING!!!). Looking forward to my next visit. read more

im not a mean person or nun, I had a amazing time the facility was very clean and well maintained. My reason for 1 star is because the service is horrible, we were happily playing a game and we took a short break and the waiter told us that we had to leave because another person was waiting for our spot while they had at least 25 other lanes open for them to use. We spoke with the manager and all he did was try to pay his way out of the situation. Which doesn't fix the initial problem here in any way. Never getting the service here. personally I feel like the servers here just care about the money which is very f*cked up. Money honestly doesn't mean very much because we make over 7figures pitty that TopGolf lost us as a customer. read more

Went here with my husband and our 11 year old son. Wasn't sure if he would enjoy it but he ending up having just as much fun as we did. It was such a nice time together doing something new and fun. The waitstaff was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be coming back. read more

We always have fun when we go to Topgolf. Wish it was not so pricy and food/beverage service can be a bit slow. Love that its pet friendly. read more

They're still figuring some things out, but this facility is great. It's a fun place for kids to adults to seniors. Great food and drink options. I can't wait to return, which I plan on doing often with friends. The only downside is that many people know how great it is even though they just opened in September 2015, so prepare to wait if you arrive on Friday or Saturday after 5pm. The upside to the wait is, if it's too long you can sit at the bar, play video games, or go to a restaurant across the street. read more

Love this place SOOOOOO much! But 3 stars is all they are getting from me Pros- 1. AWESOME PLACE!!!!!! 2. Great food 3. Great for families Cons- 1. Lack of communication between staff 2. Too many teenagers working there that don't take their job seriously. I wish the staff would spend more time training... We waited 1 1/2 hours for our food. No communication between staff, no one knew where our food was..Unbelievable! And unacceptable! The manager (don't recall her name) blonde hair, very friendly.. Didn't charge us for our food (big order) they were very apologetic and very concerned with what happened.. Will I be back??? absolutely read more

We reserved 3 separate bays under different names which could have proven difficult but the staff handled it allowing us to have our entire group together. The wait staff (James and other food runners) hustled and went out of their way to make sure we always had what we needed. Nina (a manager) ensured we had resources to take care of the 25+ people. Customer service was outstanding, food was delicious as always, and we all had a great time!! Thank you Top Golf!! read more

Not food allergy friendly. My husband was there with his job for a team building activity. Since there were there most of they day he wanted to get some lunch. He has some food allergies and they were unwilling to help him. They wouldn't check the labels for him or tell him what oils they used. The only thing they said they were willing to give him was a salad because that label was easy to check. I'm disappointed in their service and wish they had been more helpful. I would avoid their food bar if you have food allergies. read more

Top Golf! What a fun and creative idea! I've been here with my family quite a few times and not only do we enjoy the golfing, but the food is also a hit! Load up on the apps, grab a pint and play until your hearts content! read more

Went to the main bar with a few friends and ordered a pitcher of beer for my girlfriend and I. My friends also ordered a pitcher for themselves. We made it clear up front who was on which tab. While we were trying to enjoy our drinks, the staff was continuously cleaning with strong smelling cleaning products right near us creating a foul environment. After a while we needed to order another drink so we waited....waited.....waited. We then had to flag someone over to help us. He couldn't find my friends tab so he opened one for them. I short time later I tried to order a drink.....waiting.....waiting. Had to flag down someone again. Keep in mind there were only three or four groups at the bar, all of which were being neglected. Shortly after last call, which was not announced, a bartender named Krissy comes up and asks if we were good and if we would like some water. My friend said he would like some water. I asked why the lack of service until after last call? Krissy responded defiantly saying "you've had service there are three of us here". We responded saying but you all are not doing anything other then cleaning. She proceeded to the other end of the bar to complain about us to her coworker. Krissy came back to give us our tabs and overheard my friend say that this is horrible service. Krissy rolled her eyes and shook her head. Very unprofessional employee that does not represent the company very well or at all. My friend paid his tab and I received mine which had an extra pitcher which we did not order. Maybe if they took better care of customers, mistakes like that would not occur. This was possibly the worst service I have ever had. Our group of friends spend a lot of money going out but will not spend another dime at Top Golf due to the lack of customer service and the lack of the staff caring about the customers who are the reason that they are employed to begin with. Stay away from this place unless you enjoy poor service. read more

Love this place. My daughter and I went here for the first time today. Staff was very helpful in setting things up. Except I didn't find out that my daughter needed a separate players card to be able to be on the score screen. Because of that my daughter and I just played under my name. The injectable donut holes were a lot of fun but we probably won't get them again. read more

This review is for the facility and the holiday party event we had there. Amazing facility and very smooth experience. We had a dedicated server, the golf was fun, the bays we had were cozy. Loved it. The food was a 2 or 3 of 5 experience. Could have and should have been better. For instance, the sliders, for instance, were (or sure seemed to be) little pre-fab, frozen, pressed, cheapy mini-burgers.Nothing anybody should be proud of.or that I would eat again on purpose. I guess what I would say is, "in a town where there is so much good food, how can a place serve something this institutional?" I'd still have another event here but never again order food from the catering departme read more

We spent our one hour after 5pm for $45. There was no wait and our server was attentive. After we finished our hour, which was enough for two people to play two games on a hot night, we played some foosball! Week nights are great nights for this venue :) read more

It was my first time at topgolf and it was pretty good. Our bay was ready as soon as we got there and the food was phenomenal. The only negative thing I have to say is that the service was really slow. We were there for almost an hour before we were finally able to get somebody to put our order in for food and we couldn't even able to flag someone down to get more water. We ordered dessert and waited about 30 minutes for it to be brought out and by that time our game time was up and there was a group impatiently waiting for our bay while we finished eating (which was understandable since they had a reservation). Although service was slow, the food was worth the wait and was what saved the experience for me. read more

It was an ok time but the music seems to be better suited to the kids who work there and not the patrons. I disliked the music so much that I just couldn't stay beyond the hour. read more

Super fun place to go with the family or with some buddies. Food and drinks are little pricey, but you're paying for the experience. An hour goes by quickly and the price to hit balls really starts to add up. It's best to go not just for that, but to really play against people with all of the games they offer. Sometimes the TVs don't change with the app or there is a big delay. It's pretty cool to have that feature, as long as it works! read more

A really great place for a group of family or friends. It is very comfortable as they have couches, and a wait staff that serves liquor, beer, and food. It a great place for people that play golf and those who don't play. After a few drinks everyone stoops to the same level. My recommendation is somewhat of a more attentive wait staff. Our waiter left and didn't come back for nearly twenty minutes. All in all, it was very fun and definitely worth returning. read more

We visited on something of a whim. I'd heard about Topgolf through the mommy grapevine. My husband is the only golfer in the family, I've been to a driving range once in my life, and other than that my daughters and my golf experience involve courses with windmills and clowns. I was a little worried about the atmosphere, but this is a very family-friendly venue. The check in process was simple, and we were told the wait would be 45 minutes, it clocked in at about 40 minutes. They contact you via cellphone to let you know when bay is close to being available. I wish they would have had us fill out the membership while we were waiting, instead of when we arrived at our golf bay. What a time waster, and my kids were getting antsy. Tip, if you decide to grab lunch and your place in line comes up, you can always reply that you need more time. I liked that there are pool tables, a foosball table, shuffleboard and video games available while we waited. (We only used the foosball table, but I think everything was free while waiting). Everyone raves about the food, and we all found it to be barely average. The crusts on the flatbreads were underdone, my kid said the chicken tenders were "average-minus", and there was dirt/sand in the lettuce for my Cobb salad. The toppings for both the salad and the flatbread were good though. The chips and guacamole were very good, although the salsa was a little on the sweet side. Service was very slow, especially considering the very basic food we got. Also, getting refills was nearly impossible, we had to ask for silverware and dressing for the salads. Golfing itself was really fun despite our lack of experience (my husband excepted). Everything is very modern, touch-screen scoring, balls automatically pop out and tracked by pretty cool tech. This isn't an old-fashioned carry a bucket of balls type place. They supply kids clubs, and even lefty kids clubs. We were there on a Sunday afternoon, so we watched football on the in-bay TV, played golf, and lounged on the couches chatting. It was a nice, semi-active, outdoorsy activity that my whole family enjoyed. It's not cheap, but neither are most activities for a family of four. Two hours of golf was the perfect amount of time for us and our kids. read more

Awesome experience! Great food, great drinks and fantastic service! My friends and I also had an awesome time!

Topgolf is the most fun I've ever had in any golfing experience. I'm NOT a good golfer, I am good at drinking, eating, and having fun-which is exactly what topgolf is good at providing. This location is beautiful and the staff is SO nice. I love that they have different specials and brunch on the weekends! I've come multiple times and don't plan on stopping EVER! read more

Very fun! Even for non-golfers, or 'D' players, it's a lot of fun. More social than golf if you want it to be. Competitive if you want it to be. We've been once with our friends from Pearson Smith Realty, and once with just our family. Good fun, good food, good friends - a winning combination, and a relatively inexpensive alternative to 'dinner and a movie'! read more

A great place either a nice vibe. Came for lunch and found the "Mushi" great as well as the wings. Service is still developing the routine but to be expected this close to a new opening. The view made me wish I played golf. But that does not matter billies tables are on the first floor and enough games on dozens of TV to keep you occupied. Will definitely be back. read more

Awesome facility! Very reasonable drink and food prices, quality food AND drinks, great atmosphere, fantastic staff. This is my first experience at a TopGolf franchise, but I've made a habit of coming back as often as possible. Yes, it can be a bit pricey and crowded if you come on a weekend evening. However, that can easily be offset by coming on a weekday afternoon/evening with a bunch of friends. My recommendation: don't come alone; come with a big group of friends! Tons of fun, even if you aren't a golf person. My only gripe: sometimes the shots don't register--maybe it's a computer glitch, maybe it's too many balls in one basket at once, who knows? Either way, I would say one in every 10 balls (+/- 1 ball) lands in a basket and doesn't register with the computer. Frustrating if you had a great shot, but you get over it quick. Doesn't keep me from going. If you're looking for a good time in the Reston/Sterling/Ashburn/Herndon area, this is the place. read more

I really like the concept of Top Golf but am disappointed in their pricing changes. I am not a golfer (I've only played once in my life) and wanted to learn. The $100 / month late night membership was a perfect option for me. I went to the facility based on the pricing on their website, but was disappointed that they are only offering the Platinum membership ($3,000 / year). They acknowledged that the website was not up to date with their current pricing, were polite and apologetic but were not empowered to do anything about it. I would recommend calling Topgolf directly to ensure that the information on their website is correct. At the time of this review, their website was not updated with their updated pricing plans. The facility itself is very nice. Their bar / restaurant area is comfortable, their food is tasty, and the internet speed is decent. If it fits in your budget, it would be a great place for a casual golfer and their family to enjoy and relax for a few hours. read more

Great facility and good equipment. If you're pressed for time though, be aware of the wait times. Usually a 1-3.5 hour wait on the weekends. So if you have someone in your group that can go and reserve a bay send him/her there! Then you can enjoy a drink or two at the bar or across at One Loudoun. Drinks are great, but wait staff service is a hit or miss when trying to order food. Regardless, come and enjoy the fun! read more

I like going here, and the golfing is fun. last time we were there, it was a cold night, and we sat at the bar. it was literally freezing in the bar, it was a friday night and they were slammed. All the bartenders and bar area staff were running around, working hard, and all had jackets on. We asked them to turn up the heat, however it never seemed to get warmer. it was very weird, given all the heat for the outside golf area. otherwise, its a fun few hours, the food is good, we will go back, just not on such a cold night! read more

Topgolf - Golf Near Me - Ashburn, Virginia

This has been an extremely popular place to hangout for residents in NOVA of all ages, but it is probably most popular with people on the younger side. The food is relatively over priced, and considering you are on a time limit, I am not usually motivated to eat during a game. The food usually is pretty good though, my friends, and I love to share the donut holes. Once I ordered the peach cobbler, but it was obvious it had been sitting out for awhile, it was barely warm, and all the ice cream melted, I did not even eat half of it. Luckily after speaking to the manager, they did not charge me for it. There customer service is usually pretty good, when I took my brother there for his birthday he injured his finger, and we had to leave early, so they gave us money back on our Top-Golf card for the time that we did not use. I personally find it entertaining to throw the balls every one in awhile, but you are really not supposed to do that.. so do not get caught! Also it is a little more exciting going at night since the holes change colors, but then it is more expensive and you should expect to be waiting. If you go before 12pm it is the cheapest, and least busiest. One last tip is always try to get a bay on the top floor, the bottom is just like regular golf, & unless that's what you are looking for it is not as cool. read more

This TopGolf has potential but the experience was very abysmal. We were seated at 3p to eat while we waited for our Bay reservation for 4:30p. Someone came and introduced themselves as our server, but then we never saw him again. He was replaced without notice by another server and we put our drink orders in. My drink came out first and it was very watered down, and about 5 mins later the other four drinks appeared. Myself and someone else at the table got the same drink (Mai Tai) but they both tasted COMPLETELY different. We placed our food orders (simple items like wings, fries, etc.) and it took an HOUR for everything to come out. When my food finally came out (as they told us they bring them out as they are ready since we asked for five separate checks), my wings were ICE. COLD. I'm talking refrigerator cold. I let the server know and she put another order in. That order took LESS than 15 mins to come out and came out as we were signing the check. NO to-go container was provided, so I had to walk around and check in with a tray of wings in my hand. We ended up getting a to-go box from a bartender. When it was time to go to the bay, we asked whether or not TopGolf did anything for birthdays, as they ask you when booking if you are celebrating a special occasion (and we bought cupcakes for the birthday girl in our party). They responded by dropping off candles and a lighter, to which we had to end up putting in the cupcakes, lighting and singing ourselves. This would have been fine if the two bays on either side of us weren't ALSO celebrating birthdays and had TopGolf employees bring out treats for both of them and sing to them. The golfing experience was okay (was not what I thought it would be), so I probably will not return, at least not to this location for SURE. read more

First of all, service was immaculate. Secondly, Buffalo chicken dip is questionable but the Asian sesame wings were :* chefs kiss. But what made this experience truly unique was our server, Brian P who met, nay, exceeded our expectations. From his charm to his warm demeanor, he truly was the creme de la creme. He deserves nothing but good things. You just don't get service like that these days. I honestly wish we were friends in real life. Top Golf, you have a good one.
