Had a great time here. Nice for an outing with people who golf and people who don't. Food was good and the outdoor bays were warm even on a chilly day read more

Super fun! Great place to host a work event. Team building, great catering available. Good time was had by all!

My friend and I decided to try Topgolf as we have both been to locations in other states but never got to actually play due to the long wait times. I think the people at the front should ask if people have been there before or if it there first time because I was spoken to as though I understood how topgolf worked but I didn't and I felt lost most of the conversation I had with the front desk attendant. There was only one person standing at a computer at the front and others just standing against the counter. I wasn't sure if I was in the correct line because it said membership priority line or something like that. The front desk person didn't say oh I can help you here so I stumbled over assuming I was going to get some kind of help. I'm not to sure how the "lifetime membership" works because my phone hasn't changed in over 10 years and yet they couldn't find me in the system so I had to pay for a new membership. At the front desk, there is a cop that sits on the counter and stares at you. No smile, no purpose that I could see. He made the entrance for the establishment a daunting experience and almost ruined me even wanting to play or be there. I've seen bouncers at clubs appear more friendly and I could tell the purpose they served being there. Although I suck at golf, this place was great for beginners to the experienced. I could look a fool and still have a fun time which helped keep the atmosphere light, as it should be. There were so many game options we were almost overwhelmed in a good way. Near closing when the music was playing the field was lighting up with the beat of the song which was quite amusing to say the least. Their drinks were very good. I stuck to my usual beer but the mixed drink options looked enticing and I'll have to try them again some time. Wow, food was AMAZING! You all offer affordable priced food at such a venue where you'd normally expect high prices. The food tastes great and presented great as well. Sierra was a great server. She showed us the ropes of how to play and was helpful answering any and all questions we had. She was attentive but not hovering. She really brought the experience together for us! Hopefully when we go back she'll be there, her service added to the fun of the games ended the night on a good note for us. read more

We had a great experience here. Had a few games drinks and apps. Our server Jocelyn was very friendly and attentive. We had some issues with our bay and they fixed it right away and gave us and extra half hour for the inconvenience. Marcella was great with giving us the discount as well. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you top golf! read more

Top Golf is a lot of fun for all ages, but it is very expensive to eat and play golf for a couple hours. If you have a couple kids and a couple adults - you'll end up around $125-50, and that's a bit much. But it is quite fun. read more

We always have a great time here. I have been here for personal fun and for work events and always have a great time. Food has always been good nothing to write home about though. I do think they could do a bit better in keeping things clean. I realize it's huge but there was a smell of old alcohol in the lower level by the TVs. It smelled like the carpets/mats needed to be cleaned. It was the morning time when this smell was observed so no excuses. Also, the clubs everyone uses make you feel like you should shower after using. The couches in each area are a bit grimy as well. All over cleanliness should be better. This place is great to entertain out of town guests. We always have a fun time with a group or just two people. I recommend the ground floor if bringing children. It made me feel better for safety. Fun: 5 stars Food: 3.5 stars Cleanliness: 2 stars Overall, we go here for fun so that is the main thing I will give my points for. read more

Gluten sensitive diner gives an A+ review! When we told the waitress I'm gluten sensitive, she offered a cauliflower crust alternative for our pizza. A few mins later the manager come to our bay to inform us the chips we ordered with the guacamole are made in a factory with flour and wanted us to know about cross contamination potential. He offered celery and carrots in addition to our chips. I truly appreciated the care and concern they showed to my diet. read more

Very safe playing experience during covid. Good food but I wish they had more vegetarian options. They do serve quite a few good options for drinks. Waiting time is always long but it's a small inconvenience. Make sure to book a reservation ahead if you don't want to wait. read more

The food is always amazing, I had the friend chicken sandwich ! Wow, I could eat that every night. Service can be a little slow, but it's totally worth it. I've never been into golf, until now! read more

Amazing place to come and have fun. It was a bit crowded but not too bad for being Father's day weekend. The food was awesome and the drinks were pretty good too. read more

First experienced Topgolf in Dallas this past spring and found it simply over the top (in a good way). When I started seeing the building take shape, along with the netting going up I knew immediately that driving ranges in Loudoun county were in for a rough time as I really see no reason why someone wouldn't end up here for their driving range needs. My first visit was this past Friday as I was just in the mood for one of their Club Sandwiches (which are simple, yet damn good) and wanted to check the place out a bit. Walking up to the door and into the lobby area you would have never known it was not the Dallas location I first visited... very cool vibe, nice layout etc. The biggest gripe this time honestly was the service in the bar / restaurant area. After taking a seat I waited roughly 10 minutes before any of the servers who continually walked past me stopped to ask if I had been helped. To his credit he did seem sincere when he apologized for the wait and took my order. After finishing my sandwich (again.. very good) I sat for 20+ minutes with empty plates, and an empty beer glass on the table while server after server walked by and ignored me. Finally I had to go to the bar (and still wait 5 minutes) before I could get my bill and leave. Certainly will be back, but damn... hope the service gets better. read more

Took hubby here for an afternoon for him to hit balls and us go get a bite. Decent service. the food is basically bar food and not that great. It's a fun place to be though. The reason for the 3 stars is because it's bloody expensive literally the price for a round of golf. The food ( sub-par). But he enjoyed himself and that's what counts. I would definitely go back (maybe once a year.) read more

This place has gone down hill post COVID. Food was so bad it made my wife and I sick.. People are attentive but that's it. Reserved a bay in advance and let's just say the experience from there was all down hill.. Horrible!! read more

Don't go here! This has got to be the absolute worse place for a birthday party. I reserved 2 bays for my daughters 17th but her mom and dad was kicked out of the facility by a very rude manager saying we were a fire hazard by watching behind the bay. We were not in anyone's way. We ended up sitting in the car for her birthday because we did not golf. Very rude very overpriced. No one was wearing masks and I am now concerned about COVID-19. We wore masks and was kicked out while drunk golfers did not and roamed spreading germs every where. Absolutely awful experience. read more

Overall I enjoyed the experience. Golfing was fun and the jalapeño tequila was delicious! I would recommend this as a fun activity for 4-6 people to make it money worth, as this gets a bit expensive. As this was my first time at the establishment, I wish they would have invested some time in teaching me how to use their machinery and what to expect. We experienced some issues and had to reach out to a manager twice. I don't like the fact that I have to remind someone to come help us that is obviously standing at the bar and not doing anything. Furthermore, our server did not seem to be interested in serving us what so ever. The server assigned to another section took better care of us when we had to grab him for assistance. My biggest advice is that you have a great place! Just train your team members to care about it as much as you do! read more

Customer service is amazing. Love the fact that this place can be for a nice date to family time. Drinks are amazing. Everyone friendly and helpful, it being our first time here and golfing. Will definitely be a regular read more

Topgolf - Golf Near Me - Ashburn, Virginia

I golf. I used to golf regularly. It's hard to schedule a day of golf with your buddies and non golfers don't think driving around a course or watching you at a driving range as fun. Here comes Top Golf to change all that. Top Golf is the MOST fun you can have with both golfers and non golfers! We've been to the Alexandria and Virginia Beach locations, and the Ashburn location has a great location near restaurants and other attractions like iFly indoor skydiving. I went here with the wife and a friend with his wife. The girls aren't much of golfers but enjoyed the drinking, eating, and hitting the ball into whatever random hole they could. My friend and I are heavily competitive and were there to compete, the girls were there to have fun - at Top Golf, everyone has fun and gets exactly what they want out of it without issues which is the best part of this place. Drinks can be a bit pricey and depending on the day, this day was a little on the cooler side, the heating elements can become a cold war with the neighboring group. I was too hot, so I turned it off, the other group was too cold so they turned it on. I has to stand away from my group bc the heat was just blasting me. Maybe set up the heaters for 1 per bay may solve this. There's only so many layers I can take off at a certain point without becoming obscene. That was the worst part - very uncomfortable with the heat the other group kept turning on. You pay by the hour - we played two games in about 2 hours which was plenty. Go here for fun - golf, cornhole, bars, outdoors. Best of all worlds. read more

We arrived expecting to wait. Holiday weekend and middle of the day. The wait time was 1.5 hours. We went to the bar room to eat. At 1 hour 20 mins we checked on our place in line and it they said it would be another HOUR. So total 2.5 hours instead of 1.5. Almost double. It was the worst estimation ever. On top of it, our place moved DOWN 3 minutes later!! There was no one available who had any knowledge of a real time to estimate. No help from management. No idea how to manage a wait list. Additionally, an entire floor was not being used with a huge waitlist on a holiday weekend. The only reason for 2 stars is our food and server in the lounge was great. Otherwise it would be only 1. I will be seriously considering if I bring my family or friends back. I've done several parties here too. Will rethink that as well. read more

This review is based upon two things. 1. The place is too crowded on the weekends to enjoy. 2. They play crap music all the time, and at 5:55 pm on September 2nd turned it up so loud that none of us could hear each other without yelling. Service is alright. But eff this music forever. read more

Great facility but bad service! I was there this afternoon and wasn't served for 30 minutes at the bar area. And the Asian guy forgot to put in my appetizer and he just disappeared! The lady server on the third floor was very good but the guys on the main floor are pathetic! read more

Great fun, the food is even yummy. Service is AWFUL though. I've had to go inside and order at the bar several times, because the servers literally just don't do their job.it gets so tiring in this area to have bad service. It wasn't that they were to busy either. Because twice they were standing around talking to other servers instead of getting water, or what we needed. After waiting, and waiting, and waiting longer, I finally went to the bar, on both trips to Top Golf. read more

Top golf is a nice place to go for a mix of casual swinging of a golf club and a bar. A little expensive when you consider the cost of the bay, drinks and food. Waitresses and waiters are very nice but front desk staff tend to be disorganized and some are outright rude. Last two visits were ruined before we got to play; the first they told us a bay would be available in a few minutes, after 30 minute wait with no bay ready we left; the second trip we were taken to one bay but it was assigned to someone else, ten minutes later we were taken to another bay that was occupied, 10 minutes later we were taken to a bay we could use. Waiting is not a problem if you know how long and don't have to hike back and forth around the place. Definitely would be four stars if they could straighten out the front desk. read more

Great staff, great experiences. Food is top notch. Had the pork sliders, chicken wings, all the different flat breads. Good selection of beers, and food prices are at a good price. Have been hear 7 or 8 times and haven't had a disappointment yet (except for my golf game). They just changed up the menu this past week so look forward to new and different great items. Keep up the good work. read more

I've been going to this one for a few years but my most recent trip was made extra special by the staff. Started off normally, got there and checked in and was informed of a probable 45 minute wait (normal for a weekend afternoon in the spring/ summer). Decided to run a few errands nearby and while I was away I got the text message that my bay was almost ready after like 15 minutes. I texted back that I need a little more time and they usually just shuffle you back into the waitlist. There must have been some sort of miscommunication because I got a voicemail that my bay was ready and I needed to come to the front desk immediately or else I would be taken off the list. I got back to Top Golf and explained the situation to the front desk and they were very apologetic and helpful in getting the matter resolved. Within 15 minutes the manager personally escorted me to a bay and even provided complimentary chips and dip. Upon finishing my time I learned that they even comped the $35 game for me as well. They didn't have to do all of this for me, after all it was just a simple miscommunication. The staff here went above and beyond though for a customer and I really appreciate that. read more

Lots of fun with a large group. Don't go there if you want to have a good practice round. Just go and get into the competition

Top golf is so much fun. But the food sucks. I stored the nachos I didn't eat for the next morning in my fridge. They tasted like they were doused in solvent or something. I know it's a churn and burn astmosphere in the kitchen, but the food was subpart. Service is on and off. Depends on wait staff obviously. But that place is still so much fun. Saving graces are the heaters over the seats, the comfortable seating, and lighting and ambiance. read more

A fun place and good food. If you're the casual golfer like me and my party don't buy memberships for each person. Just one membership and play that way. If you're competitive you'll need your own but for us one membership would have been fine. The wait wasn't very long for a weekend and the food was good. Burgers and appetizers. I will say it's expensive. 1.5 hours plus food and drinks for a party of 4 was over $200. read more

I've been to this location several times with groups for events to play golf. Those times were great including service however this evening at 10:50 pm in a semi empty bar the service was below sub par. Three of us seated ourselves in the high top table area, several waiters walked passed us for about 10 minutes when finally one asked had we been helped. Emily M. Turned out to be our waiter, we ordered 1 Peach tea, 1 unsweet tea and 1 Arnold palmer. Upon the drinks arriving at the table, Emily couldn't remember which drink was what so she proceeded to sniff each drink in front of us and assign by order, just gross!! This should have been our sign to leave but instead we stayed and figured it's already 11pm and they close at midnight that the food should be relatively quick in the empty bar area. Emily took our orders, 1 buffalo chicken flatbread, 1 Cobb salad, 1 plain salad with balsamic vinaigrette. About 2 minutes after the initial order, we ordered the pretzel bites as well. We had to beckon our waitress Emily who was being hugged up on by one of the shift leaders as she fondled on the screen. The shift leader eventually took the pretzel bite order for Emily. Low and behold the order took over 40 minutes to arrive!! For no good reason was the food brought out so late, we had to ask for utensils repeatedly as well as the order for the pretzels was no where to be found. When it did arrive, it was burned and not tasty. The lack of attentiveness to us was disappointing and the service in the bar area lacked significantly! read more

This place is booming! It's amazing to just sit back and relax with your family. My servers were Deandre, Tyler and Lucas. These three young men treated my family like royalty. The service was exceptional and other establishments should follow this quality service method. My food was delicious, my drinks were cold. I didn't need for anything while being here. Please do yourself a favor and request these young men for your party. 5 Stars!!! read more
