I enjoyed sitting in a ergonomic chair versus a flat board/bed to lay on as I have back problems. Place was very well lit and even have storage compartments in front of each station labeled "purse". Huge plus for me as I don't like putting my bag on the floor. Although no patrons were there at the moment, Dolly attended to me quickly and put on some relaxing music. I requested for my eyebrows to be waxed. She started with wax and quickly asked me if the temperature was ok. Which it surely was. She was very gentle unlike the aggressive type of "rip the bandage off" places I was accustomed too. She then followed up with a little light threading which again was comfortable unlike my past experience elsewhere. I think she plucked one hair with a tweezer and then applied the calming lotion as usual. She asked me check if I liked the result and I gave her two thumbs up. She then offered if I would like to have a tint applied, but my brows are micro bladed and passed. They came out great, thicker than my actual microblading, but I truly wanted it that way. I'm sure if I requested for them to be thinner she would have accommodated. They offer many services and my treatment was only $12! Well worth it!! While the staff were friendly and it was a pleasant atmosphere, the overall experience was lacking. I was referred by my sister and trusted that my eyebrows would be expertly handled, despite not reviewing any before and after pics beforehand. (I later did and every pic the eyebrows are not even one round one square.) I scheduled an appointment for microblading, which I expected to be a combination brow. During the touch up session, the technician mentioned she would assess whether to proceed with the full combo brow during the next appointment touch up. I paid $700 that day my eyebrows were slanted and uneven and see through. That day I also scheduled a tattoo appointment for something small and simple. A vine with leaves around my finger and hand. I was quoted $400 for this. I didn't mind she mentioned a fine needle and I thought she was highly qualified. Even though I knew it was over priced. I sent them the tattoo I wanted.I went in for my appointment and she changed my tattoo that I've wanted for months to something she thought looked better. I should of knew right then to get up and leave. I let her tattoo me after she figured out placement which took a very long time. A few days after half of the tattoo disappeared and everything else faded. There is one line that is darker then the whole tattoo because she went over it several times. There is always random dots all over the place that i did not want. I did not ask for a henna tattoo. I went back in for my eyebrow touch up not long after. She noticed the tattoo literally was gone. She said ohh you just need a touch up. No, it was gone. She proceeded to touch my eyebrows up & never asked about the combo brow or if i even liked them. Her co-worker came in the room during my appointment & the we're discussing there weekend plans. My appointment did not exist. I then told her my eyebrows were extremely crooked. She tried to fix it several times and kept saying she didnt see it. I finally just gave up. When making an appointment then will text message you every day all hours. Very persistent. Rather annoying when you're busy. After this all happened I made an appointment with my tattoo artist for different piece and asked what he would of charged me for the tattoo she did. He said $150 there is no detail and half is gone. She did not press hard enough. The placement was wrong it should of been nowhere near my knuckle. I messaged them to tell them how unhappy i was with the work that was done. No response for hours. Then one response a day for 3 days. Telling me it was normal for the tattoo to just disappear and move. I then said I wanted a refund because I now how to either get it fixed somehow or laser removal. My eyebrows are beyond different shapes and I have to fix that. $1100 plus tip. She did not respond to my messages after that. I messaged again I was told they would not refund me services were done. This is a warning before anyone has work done look closely at reviews and pictures! Especially on fb. I will not be returning. Thanks guys for lacking in customer service. Appreciate it

Today was my first time coming here and I was very happy with the results. The lady did just as I asked (clean them up and leave a little so they can thicken) as opposed to other places that when I say to just clean them up they make them thinner. The woman was also SO SWEET. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name.. Something with a "N" though. While I was inside I also decided to get a Henna which was the main reason I wanted to come here in the first place. I was able to show the woman a picture of a Henna design on my phone and within 10minutes she was able to do it. It came out so beautiful and I am very happy with the results and how authentic it looks. I most definitely recommend this place for threading and more importantly the Henna. I will definitely be making this my regular eyebrow spot and be coming often for more henna.

Just had my first appointment with Carmen and it was fantastic! First time clients will need to fill out a consent form before your appointment. Her studio is located in a building that has a few beauty/wellness related business that each have their own suite which I thought was pretty cool. Carmen's suite was cozy (shout out to her jazz playlist) and the complementary snacks are a win. Before we began she asked about my brow waxing journey and how I prefer to have my brows shaped. She walked me through every step of the process from brow mapping (which was a first for me), trim and waxing. I typically have major breakouts/redness after waxing and she was the first person to tell me what these type of breakouts were called and how I can help prevent it for future waxes.
