This is solid casual sit down table order or take out affordable traditional Thai food Resturant with amazing food and a very extensive menu. Service was excellent with all dishes served at perfect time and water filled regularly and extra attention. I was surprised to not see my favorite noodle dish Pad Kee Mao on the menu and inquired. The very accommodating excellent waitress pointed out that one of the bitches was Poki, but served with udon noodles and then I could substitute out for the big fat wide rice Noodles (or even Glass Noodles). The glass noodles sounded delightful, but I wanted a traditional Noodles. Oh my goodness these are the best big rice noodles I've had such a long time. They were so so thick and cooked perfectly! It had green beans eggplant and That basil and a perfect spice and served piping hot. My husband also had a special order because he's on low sodium diet and they accommodated him with the steak and steamed fries and salad. My daughter is a regular here and always gets the fresh rolls with tofu and the tom yum soup with chicken substituted for shrimp which she loves. The only criticism I have is the cleanliness of the walls and cabinetry in the bathroom area and right outside of the kitchen. Makes me wonder a bit about the kitchen.. When we come to visit, our daughter, will be regulars at Top Thai!

New York's cutest Thai place hands down. The decor of this place was so well thought out. It's packed with college kids and locals. It does get loud and a little tricky to talk. It's great for large parties. They have an amazing happy hour with huge drinks. The food comes out quickly and is packed with flavor and presentation is on point. Reservations are necessary unless you are lucky enough to get a spot at the bar.

One of the best restaurants for large groups of people imo! Came here with a reservation for a group of 7 on a Monday night and the service was amazing. Water was always full, never had to flag anyone down, waiters were friendly and hilarious. My friend and I split 1 starter and 1 entree and we were stuffed. The crispy calamari tasted incredibly fresh, tangy, and savory and I would definitely order it again. The Panang curry with duck was amazing as well, and the portion of duck meat was huge. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of their dishes + their mango sticky rice when it's in season!

This is one of the few halal-friendly Thai spots in NYC so I took my Muslim friend for a lovely lunch here to try their food and new cocktails! The new cocktails for their happy hour in 2026 are the Espresso Martini, Caribbean Kiwi, and Fruit Punch Martini. All 3 were quite good! I also liked their rich and creamy Thai Iced Tea and their mocktails. The Rose Margarita and The Ocean are pretty and nice for a photo or video. We tried the Appetizer Platter and we chose to do the Grilled Skirt Steak with "Jeaw Sauce". Crab Rangoon, and Crispy Basil Roll. The steak was cooked a nice medium-rare and was yummy. The Basil Udon with Crispy Duck is their very popular noodle dish here which I liked. I just don't like bamboo shoots so next time I'd ask them to take it out of the dish. The Shrimp & Crab Meat Fried Rice was packed with fresh shrimp and crab. The Whole Fish Red Snapper with 3 Flavors Sauce blew me away. It's very crispy, boneless, and flavorful. For dessert, we got the new Pandan Toast Bread with Ice-Cream. It was sweet but comforting. You will get incredible service and feel like you're in the streets of Thailand once you're seated here. Shoutout to our server Muay who was very kind and attentive. It's big inside and they have a really nice and clean bathroom area.

I really like this place. Took a friend out to dinner here for her birthday. She has a lot of food allergies and out server was very attentive and good at making sure that nothing was prepared that she was allergic to. Their drink cocktails menu was extensive. They have an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We ordered the duck rolls as an appetizer along with the shrimp and crab meat, fried rice, and the chicken fried rice. Everything was delicious the fried rice taste super fresh well seasoned didn't need any sauces or toppings to make it any better than it was. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. They also have a very unique, fun and colorful decor. The bathrooms were also clean and tidy.

Been here again few time before and post lunch menu changes (went from $16 to $19) The lunch special is NOT particularly a great deal. Previously as early as 3 months ago, it used to be $16 for an app ( spring rolls, clear soup or side salad) and entree. Then it would be $1/$2 add on for soda or tea/thai tea/Shirley temple etc. Now. Its $19 flat price for the app/entree/"free" drink which includes boba tea as an option if desired. The deal isn't really a great deal as the portions are small and there is the same add on prices for proteins other than veggie/tofu. (Ie: grilled steak is $6 so the lunch special would end up being $25) Flavor is alright. It can be a bit saucy / salty but portion size for the pricing is really the bummer. Desserts are ALL $17 (ie: ice cream scoop & chocolate cake (similar to apple bees cake) is $17). Candles are $3 extra. There is NO more "free" dessert for birthdays that previous customers have noted. If you bring a cake to cut, it is $3 surcharge fee per person add on. You can waive the fee if you buy a dessert. Overall, there are better lunch specials around the neighborhood. If you take a look at the various lunch pictures I've posted, you will see the portions are pretty small for the value. Would not recommend for first intro to thai.

Every dish was delicious. I took pictures of none of them except this one masterpiece. It's a cute place that was very accommodating to our many reservation changes. Go eat there.

Surprisingly very yummy! Got a reservation 2 hours before we were supposed to come, which was great. - Classic Thai Mule - It was happy hour so each cocktail was $10 so I had to try it out. Honestly I'm not really sure what's the difference between a Moscow Mule and Thai Mule. The waiter said that the Thai version had some basil inside but I thought it tasted around the same. I did really liked the sugarcane though! - Grilled Skirt Steak with Fried Rice - I honestly really liked this dish and the fried rice was absolutely delicious as it was full of that meaty flavor. I thought the skirt steak was quite good as well especially when it first came out of the edges were a bit crispy. I will say when it got a bit colder, the steak went a little limp and was not as good as before. - Crispy Duck Panang Curry - I am absolutley obsessed with this dish. The curry was very rich and went extremely well with the rice, but the true star was the duck which was extremely crispy. I think this was one of the best made ducks I've had in the city as the meat itself was also incredibly tender. Great Thai restaurant and I will be back to eat the crispy duck.

Solid spot - came for a birthday dinner with the fam. The waiters are super nice and kept refilling our water. I'm not sure if the Thai flavors here are super authentic, but the food is solid. We shared a large beef soup, the flavors were good here. I liked the broth and the meatballs inside. Also used chili oil to give the soup some heat. We got the Thai app sampler: wings, calamari, and spring rolls. The wings were a hit - the seasoning was great! Everything else was ok. Nothing to write home about. I tried the spicy udon stir fried noodles with crispy duck. The duck was a bit dry, but the noodles were tasty. Too much sauce in the dish though. Solid if you're in the neighborhood but def better Thai spots to try in the city.

Every single person at this spot needs a RAISE. My goodness from the lovely bartender, to Opal our amazing waitress, the servers, THE CHEFS. This is customer service. I felt valued and appreciated. Omg and y'all have terrific food. AND ITS SEXY IN THERE. They earned my money. Close all the other shops down.

Walked in on a Saturday night around 7PM and it was packed! Was told to sit at the bar to wait for a table, but ended up eating there as the host didn't get back to us on a table - assuming because it was too busy. Food was delicious and the waitress/bartender behind the bar was super nice and friendly!

Came here on a busy night and it was packed -- clearly a neighborhood favorite. Small, cute, cozy spot in the West Village with a line outside, but the wait was worth it. Ordered the skirt steak fried rice and skirt steak udon and both were really good. The steak was tender, flavorful, and well cooked, and the portions were satisfying without being too heavy. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. Also had the Thai iced coffee -- sweet, but still had a strong coffee flavor, which I loved. Bonus: if it's your birthday, they come out singing with sparklers, which made the whole place feel even more fun and lively. Also note that everything is halal :) Great food, great energy -- I'd definitely come back.

Drunken Noodle, Green Curry, Shrimp Fried Rice
    Haniyyah B.

Had such a fun dinner at Top Thai Vintage! We ordered the drunken noodles, shrimp fried rice, and the ribeye with green curry--everything was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. My personal favorite was the ribeye; it was tender and paired so well with the creamy curry sauce. The portions were great for sharing too. The vibe here is really lively and cute. They have this little Instagram sign they bring out, and if you're celebrating a birthday, the staff actually sings and makes it a whole moment. Super fun and thoughtful touches like that really made the night memorable. Definitely recommend if you're looking for tasty Thai food and a place that makes birthdays feel special!

While I can't comment on the wine list personally, I know they are well-known for their extensive selection. After placing our order, we were delivered the sesame pizza bianca, which is a complimentary starter bread with dinner. The bread was a nice size and light and airy with a perfect crust and a delicious, crusty sesame seed bottom. The prawns were our starter and came three to a dish. They were sizable, though since they are served with the head and tail, there isn't a ton of meat on them. That said, they were flavorful and juicy with a nice sauce and just the right amount of spice that didn't overwhelm the fish. The snowdance chicken was the star of the show! It was incredibly juicy and tender with perfectly prepared skin, so I was happy to learn they keep this on the menu year-round. It was topped with some spinach that was solid, though nothing special. We also ordered a side of mushrooms which came with a creamy sauce and fish roe intended to be mixed at the table. The roe wasn't fishy at all but added a great element of umami to the flavorful, well-textured mushrooms. Overall, the service was very professional, though I thought the pacing could have been improved as the dishes came out a bit slowly. I would also recommend ordering at least two dishes per person, as the three plates we shared between two people felt like just a touch too little food. I'm already looking forward to going back--I'd try the winter chicories salad or the veal sweetbreads next time, but I'm open to exploring everything since the quality is so high. I noticed a side dish listed on their online menu that wasn't actually offered in person, so it might be worth double-checking if you have your heart set on a specific item.

I made reservations after seeing their special hot chocolate on social media and had a wonderful meal! Started off with the hiramasa which was fresh and went deliciously well with the citrus-y and sweet cara cara orange, as well as the aji peppers! The castelfranco chickory salad was fresh, crunchy, slightly creamy and slightly tangy - basically everything you need in an appetizing salad! Their house sesame bread was fluffy and chewy with a good amount of sesame flavor without having too many seeds. For mains, the farfelle was very interesting and tasty! The pasta was al dente and the sauce was addicting! At first I was wondering if it would resemble a nut butter, but it was creamy with very prominent walnut flavors and interesting texture (perhaps from the blended walnut skin component?). The addition of burrata and other cheeses was perfect for a cheese-lover like me. The pork chop was flavorful, well-seasoned, and juicy. The leek and cabbage mixture soaked up all the sauce and I wish there was more! Their special hot chocolate with an espresso martini marshmallow was fire!!!! Hot chocolate was decadent, not too thick, and not too sweet. The toasted marshmallow melted quickly but definitely had coffee and alcohol flavors. The amount per serving doesn't appear a lot but appropriate considering how rich it is. The mascarpone dessert had a great balance of fluffy cream, extremely crispy phyllo, and crunchy nuts with a touch of chocolate and vanilla! For drinks, I was really curious about the bi lemongrass but they ran out. Staff recommended the semiplume, which felt like a beer, tea, and sparkling wine all at once! Loved the floral aroma and bitter tea notes. My partner's cocktails were also well executed. Staff were nice and friendly. We got seats right by the kitchen so staff often checked in with us, including the chef!! Vibes were intimate with the dim lighting and minimalist decor.
