Had an older but important-to-me laptop suddenly die. I wasn't sure whether it could be saved but I was at least hoping that my data could be accessed and moved to another computer. I searched on Yelp for a repair store near me and found Top Tech Experts. I stopped by and explained to Alex exactly what had occurred, he asked a few questions then said he would assess it and get back to me. Later the same day he informed me the hardware was all shot (not a surprise based on its age) but the hard drive was okay and he could move my data to a flashdrive. I had a boot-up problem with my laptop and just couldn't get it to work. I called Top Tech Experts and Alex said they would run some FREE diagnostics tests and call me back the next day. The next day he called and said it was booting up just fine. Well, I don't know what happened between my house and his shop but of course I am happy there is no computer repair needed. And the diagnostics tests were FREE. My earlier experience with Top Tech Experts was a purchase of a clean, used laptop. It still working great after two years and I have never had a problem with it. 5 yr. old Dell laptop screen was flickering. Took it to Best Buy and they wanted $85 up front and 3 weeks to figure it out. Took it to Alex and he quickly figured it out that the connector cable was pinched. He ordered the part at no charge up front and called me when then part arrived. I handed over the computer and in 2 hours it was working like a charm. The cost was about the same, but the main thing was it minimized my down time to next to nothing.
