Did not have the greatest experience here! I got french shellac mani. First they didn't cut my nails straight, and I kept asking for them to be straighter. Second the white on my french is all crooked. I'm sorry, but when I get a French manicure I expect it to be straight French not a crooked French mani. Will not be returning! read more

Was visiting family in town. Decided to get my nails done. My shellac manicure is already peeling after 5 days. My mom's regular manicure smudged after about 5 hours despite sitting under the lamp for 30 minutes. The people did not talk to us at all. My lady was even talking on the phone with earbuds in her ear while I was getting my manicure. Will not recommend to my family nor anyone else. Total waste of money read more

This place is clean and has resonable rates. Took my wife to get a pedicure and they even let me sit in the massage chair and gave me free water. And they even had some throw away flip-flops for wife cause we came from out of town and didn't have any. read more

If you want basic...this is it. Actually, it's even less than. We came here because of the good reviews but WHAT A JOKE. My sister and I had two men do our pedicures and they were so far off in their own land that they couldn't even concentrate on doing the service. One guy just keep on roughly tapping my foot, for me to lift it up or put it in the basin, why can't you gently lift it, so freaking lazy. The other guy was extremely rough and just plain stupid...we had 4 appointments, paid for 4 Deluxe pedicures...ain't NOTHING deluxe about slapping your fingertips down my feet and sliding some black rocks on my legs...a 2 year old can do that. Went in with my sister for two full sets of gel. We were seen right away. Didn't get to sit by each other but we also didn't ask. But they were very patient with me as I hadn't gotten my nails done in about four years. My tech was Bin, didn't speak English very well so they tech next to us helped answer the many questions I asked. Which I was really happy about because I can't help it when I have a question I have to ask. But Bin did ask me if I was happy with the nail length and shape repeatedly to make sure I was happy with them (I Have to kids and needed to make sure I could still work with them with the length) I couldn't decide on a color so he was very patient with me with that as well. I was happy with how speedy and thorough he was with me. And my sister was also happy with her tech and her nails. We will definitely be back! And if you go I suggest Dominic as your tech. (My sister couldn't remember her techs name) very happy with the outcome and the service they provided! My sisters nails are the dark grey and mine are the rosey pink in color 087 gel. read more

My first time here at Prestige Nails... So glad I stopped in! The staff are so friendly, they really seem to value my business, unlike other local nail salons. They include a hot stone massage with the pedicure which is glorious! The salon is clean and bright but also quiet and relaxing. Such an improvement over other salons. The prices are better too. I recently moved to Canton, and have been looking for a new place to get my nails done. I have been getting them done for years, so I know what I like and what to expect. This place is by far the worst experience I have had. I get a gel fill with shellac color. I have been twice, because I thought the first time may have just been a fluke. Nope! Both times, within in days my nails have chipped. Typically I can go 3 weeks without a fill. NOT the case with this place. Don't waste your money. Horrible. read more

Love this place. Great prices and amazing work on the nails. I get acrylic nails done here with shellac on top and it always looks beautiful. They open earlier and stay open later than most places so that's a bonus for me. I broke a nail somehow in my sleep last night and came in this morning to get it fixed before work. Got to work, and broke 2 other nails (a mannequin fell on me, long story) so I came in this evening to get them fixed. They did everything no charge, but that didn't stop me from leaving a tip. Had an appointment for 11, and didn't start getting my nails done until 11:45, ended up being in there for two hours. Had to tell the guy 4 different times the shape of my nails that i wanted. Also they try to pressure you into getting shellac nails instead of regular. Followed my normal nail lady there to find out she moved out of state, most definitely will not be back to this nail salon! read more

I was shopping in Canton and didn't want to drive all the way to Briarwood Mall to get my nails did like I normally do so I looked on Yelp to find somewhere close but well reviewed. I stopped in, and it wasn't busy at all. Not a great sign for a Sunday afternoon but maybe everyone else was enjoying the weather. I indicated I wanted a french shellac mani and was directed to a guy's station. Although my nails came out looking nice his demeanor left a lot to be desired. He kept getting annoyed that my hands weren't relaxed and would constantly point it out, both during the mani and hand massage. Funny, because no nail tech has ever had an issue with it before. Come to think of it, I think he was just annoyed with me in general. Plus, it was loud in there as there were only 2-3 other customers but the owners and nail techs were always talking loudly to each other. My friend made an appointment for us, on a Saturday morning: 2 for manicures (Shellac) And then she wanted a pedicure and her eyebrows taken care of. Our appointment was for 11:00, we checked in at 10:50 and it was standing room only. We stood around watching other people go before us, and finally at 11:20, my friend spoke up. What's the point of scheduling an appointment, if you're just going to take walk-ins ahead of us? The young girl at the front counter acted like she'd forgotten about us, then rushed to get us seated. So the colors I chose for my manicure were NOT the same ones my girl came back with...why have us choose what we want, when you come back with a totally different brand and color? The silver sparkle I chose for my accent nail ending up being an opaque one...I didn't want to see my nail under it! I specifically chose a heavy silver glitter. And to be completely honest, I'm not happy with my polish whatsoever. For $25 plus tip, I'll continue to do mine at home. I'm so bummed, I really wanted to enjoy this trip, but nothing about it was fantastic...except the little massage they give you before you pay. The color doesn't even cover my entire nail, ugh, I'm bummed. I just felt rushed. Maybe we shouldn't have made an appointment for a Saturday morning. read more

They took my mom and I right away, and literally, right away.. when I had a polish in my hand this guy practically shoved me in the chair (which wasn't even set up yet for a pedi). The place was grimy, it smelled, and they were very pushy. I wanted a simple pedi with regular polish, I lost track of how many times they said "you want shellac' ..no, regular ..Very annoying. Then once the guy who was going to be doing my pedi found I just wanted the basics and nothing more I felt I wasn't worth it. He sped through the entire process, (the water was scalding hot, then freezing, and the water filled up so high my pants got wet) and then to make matters even worse... the matte I asked for is not matte and the polish is not just on my nail... I mean I know I just wanted the basics, but come on I am still a paying customer and just wanted to treat my mom to a birthday pedicure. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. I have been going to Top Prestige Nails for about a year and my last three visits have been awful! My last visit was right before the holiday, the tech skimped on the pedi, refused to honor my request not to use the dremel tool as I have thin nails and using the machine makes them even thinner, cracked a nail when trimming and did not offer to even fix it, just went ahead and painted it, nail polish peeled in less than 24 hours and feels very soft which was probably a result of the tech not even letting my nails cure for the full minute after each coat. Save your time and nails and go somewhere else. read more

I went to get my nails polished by a guy named either Toni or Tommy. He didn't even remove the old nail polish and wanted to paint over the old one. And when I asked him to remove the old polish, he gave me an attitude and only did half of the nails. He then started talking to his co worker about me in his foreign language and was laughing in my face. Then when I asked him to fix the poor job on the polish he did, he refused and was very rude and disrespectful. read more

This my first and last visit to this salon. I went for a gel polish change figuring that would be something no one could really mess up. First, they put the acetone on and left me for a half hour while taking care of another client. The appointment ended up taking over an hour and my normal time is 1/2 an hour. Second, the nail tech ignored me and kept doing stuff and talking to other techs while working on me. I told her not to file, trim cuticles, etc. She was cutting one nail on the side insisting I had a hangnail, which I've never had. She said she wanted to get it before I picked at it and made it worse. Now I have an infection and have to see a doctor. The other thing that really turned me off was that she used her mouth to remove the cover on the cuticle cutter. I question how hygenic this place is. I found this nail salon after a horrible experience at a salon up the street. Laura very gently removed the awful set I'd been given, and put on the nicest set of acrylics I've ever had. It's been several months and I've never had to replace the set - it holds firm with minimal lifting, and looks amazing! Their pedicures include a hot stone massage and are very neat and thorough. Consistently inconsistent. I've been going for awhile and there pedicures are now rushed. I started getting dip nails again and every time an older man tries to tell me my natural nails aren't real and I want a fill instead then wonders off until someone else wraps my nails. Their dip lasts about 2.5 to 3 weeks but it is no longer worth the hassle. Today will be my last time as there is a decline in customer service. How can you tell somebody their nails aren't real when I get my nails done there every few weeks? read more
