He was friendly, attentive, and I was in and out of the salon pretty quickly which was great! I couldn't find the pricing online, but I ended up paying $33 for a gel manicure which I thought was a great deal. I'd definitely recommend coming here. Please note that they do have a fee for card transactions -- but I think that is very standard nowadays and was not a big deal at all.

I called them to let them know and in casual conversation I mentioned how I was going on vacation and they blamed it on me being in a pool during my vacation (which is false, was not in a pool.) but shouldn't have mattered. I've never been disrespected like that before especially to people who had grown to really care about there. I asked them if they could fix it and they said it would be a whole new charge. I emphasize the fact that I just paid them $65 with a $10 tip and it only lasted two days. I had pictures with timestamp proof and they did not care. Don't recommend. I probably would've paid some money if they just offered to fix it for free, but they didn't.

We arrived about an hour and a half before they closed and the manager told us to come back in 30 minutes because there were only 2 techs left for the night. We came back and they brought us back to the chairs and had our feet soak. We ended up waiting another half hour there. I'm very grateful they squeezed us in as walk-ins without having made an appointment. The manager's husband ended up chatting with us for about 20 minutes while we were waiting and he was so sweet! Our pedicures themselves were good. I got gel on my toes and we both got the Classic Pedicure. The nail polish was neat and clean and hasn't peeled yet. The pedicure itself (not including polish) only lasted 15 minutes which was a little disappointing after waiting so long. Maybe they were rushing because at that point it was about 30 mins to close, but I would've appreciated some more time for the actual service. Overall, it was still a great experience and I appreciated the hospitality and friendliness. Four stars because of our wait time, but still an enjoyable experience!

Tried to talk to the bitch owner i believe so goes why didn't you say something i said I did twice and I am now. She said oh I give you 5 dollars off. Only guy I can say who goes above and beyond is Kevin. He's always great and patient with my 8 year old daughter. I was going to post pictures but for some reason I cant. For reference, I wanted like blood splatter. He put black on bottom and red on top lazy as fuck. Then like I said when I told him I did not like them he just put white lines in the middle and put red over them. 90 fucking dollars for lazy shit nails I could of did better myself.

This review is not about my technician. She is exceptional, and after seeing her for more than four…read moreyears, I have never had a single complaint about her work or professionalism. My concern is with the environment at the Canton Nail Salon. Since my technician began working there, I have witnessed behavior that I believe is inappropriate. Despite my technician bringing concerns to the owner's attention, nothing appears to have changed. On one occasion, I personally observed a male employee, who I understand is the owner's cousin, rubbing a technician's bare shoulders while commenting that she "felt cool." The technician immediately responded, "I'm married." The interaction made me very uncomfortable to witness. I considered speaking directly with the owner, but I was concerned that doing so might lead to negative consequences for the technician or other employees. I hope management takes concerns like these seriously and provides a workplace where all employees feel respected and comfortable.

She is the owner of the salon but you would never know it because she never barked orders at her staff and as far as I could tell she never yelled or belittled any of her staff. She was so sweet and as patient as she could be up until the end maybe, and rightfully so since I kept changing what I wanted and they were already closed. So that was on me. I have had the same nail lady for 20 year who moved to California so, needless to say, I haven't had the best of luck finding a new person to do my nails. Nina knocked it out of the park and from the photos I saw it looks like most, if not all of techs also do amazing work! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Update: I have had three schedule issues since I wrote that first review which should have been posted months ago but I did not realize I never hit submit. But now 3 months later brings me to present time and I have been pretty let down by having an appointment cancelled last minute and then the next night I called because I was going to be 15 minutes late and automatically I was told j had to book for a different day without even asking if someone else could finish my nails when Nina's next client arrived and still without even asking I was told no and not kindly either. The next day I called and they had no openings with anyone. I am going to try one more time because I do believe they do amazing work I just hope that hasn't gone to their heads so much that they no longer have gratitude for the clients they have and get. Because, let's be honest, everyone is replaceable unfortunately. And just like I found them I can find another if they continue to treat me like nuance. I'm keeping my fingers crossed! I'm calling them as soon as this posts.
