This place is wonderful. The owner and staff are very friendly and very accommodating. Love that they offer wine while you get pampered! Wine or water bottles. It was relaxing and they did an awesome job on me and my daughter this past weekend. They are reasonably priced. They also have many colors to choose from. They do great eyebrow waxing too. I might be changing nail salons because of the free wine! I have been here twice now and I didn't have to wait very long either. Not even a day after my mom got her toes done the design peeled off. When she went back in to tell them, they said it had nothing to do with what they did and she must of chipped it so she has to pay for it to be fixed. I tried this place for a pedicure as it was close, other reviews seemed mostly good and it was open on Sunday when I had time to get a pedicure I was desperately in need of. They were average busy on a Sunday, in fact less busy than where I usually go with actually more staff, yet I waited nearly 30 minutes just to even get sent to a chair and while there were 8 there only one had a customer in it. Took me more than two hours for a regular pedicure. Also they had what I would consider a limited choice of polish. The staff was nice enough, it was clean and the price is reasonable but unless you want the usual colors and have hours to kill I would go elsewhere. read more

I've tried to give them chance after chance to make me want to go back, but even though they serve complimentary beverages when you go (including the options of beer and wine, which is an awesome selling point for someone who needs some serious relaxation), I just can't see myself going back anymore after my multiple bad experiences. Let me preface this by saying the owner is a really nice lady. She recognized me when I came in and was ready with my wine just my second time in there. 1. First time in, asked for a shellac mani. The lady I had was either really quiet because she's grumpy or just concentrating really hard. It went fine until she used the block file, where she essentially filed off the first couple layers of my cuticles. I probably should've said something, but I was in a hurry to get out. You could tell she was bored because she made sure everyone saw her giant yawn when I went to get the paraffin dip (part of the mani). As least it lasted for almost a month. 2. Second time, normal pedi by Jennifer. She was very thorough and very nice and did a great job. No complaints. 3. Third time, I went in for a shellac mani and regular pedi and ended up being a shellac mani and pedi. I got in at 4:45 on a snowy Wed originally hoping for a shellac mani and regular pedi thinking I'll have more than enough time to get out by 6:15 to pick up my son from daycare at 6:30. They sat me down in the spa pedi chair at 4:55 and I was told 10 minutes, and I ended up waiting for 30 min before it even started. I kept saying I had to leave by 6:15 so I can get there by 6:30, the owner kept saying OK, OK, and that she would have 2 people working on it at the same time. Even though I was in a rush, the lady doing my pedi had a solid 45 minutes and it was a half-ass job at best. Since I was on a time crunch, I know it would take a few more minutes but I changed it to shellac because I want it bone dry when I left. The owner did my shellac mani. I again told her I was in a hurry, she said OK, but went at her normal pace anyway. I didn't end up leaving the salon until 6:30 and she was so proud she got me out in time. So yeah, I was late picking up my son. Not to mention, one of my nails chipped in less than 3 days, so I had to make ANOTHER trip there to get it fixed. Someone else fixed it and even added an extra coat of color and top coat on the other 9 as an apologetic gesture, but the same nail chipped again in 3 days. It's not like I chipped a nail because I was fighting, I was just doing normal living in the suburb stuff. I've never had problems at my old salon, which is now 35 minutes away. So, needless to say, since the chip is really obvious to no one else but me even though it irks me because I see it everyday, I'm not going to bother with going back. I simply don't have the time or patience as there are 2 other nail salons within 1.5 miles from my house I haven't tried, it's time to face the music and try something new even if they don't serve alcohol. read more

I got talked into a dip instead of normal No chip. I asked for a mani pedi no chip nails and pedi. I guess I should of specified because they charged me $77 for a mere pedi and apparently a dip. I should of asked prices but didn't. So with tip I paid over $90. Just not normal. The mani (dip) and pedi took over 2 hours. No joke. My toe polish was not smooth and basically smeared when I left. The nails came out good but took way way way too long. Def don't go here. I have never paid so much for nails and toes and get them done ever two weeks. I absolutely LOVE this nail Salon. My 4 girls and I are regular customers. It is ALWAYS clean, we are always greeted with a smile and genuine kindness. I love that they have SO MANY color options to choose from. I get the shellac manicure with a regular polish pedicure, they have dozens(maybe hundreds?) of matching sets with shellac and regular polish. The shellac mani always lasts 2+ weeks, pedi with regular polish lasts even longer! They keep up with stocking new products and colors. Terri and Vinnie are just amazing! They make sure that their customers are comfortable and pampered. They also serve refreshments, which is nice, not many nail salons do that... at least not at this price point...the prices are very reasonable..especially for the quality and service. I have recommended them to several friends and family members. Everyone that I have referred to them has been very satisfied and happy with their experience. My first pedi but are your feet supposed to be super rough afterward? The tips of my toes and my heels were more rough then when I went in. I wanted to run into CVS to get a pedi kit before I went into public. The water was scalding hot. When I asked for the water to be cooled, Tony called me a baby. I'm sure I paid extra for the insults. My pedicure was super fast. I watched other women start at the same time as I did and theirs lasted much longer. Have been in countless other times for fingernails as well. The more I come in, the more I'm treated disrespectfully and the worse the job gets. Not offered drinks or a complete manicure. I creamed my own hands last time while I was kicked out for the next customer. My operator was very distracted by who was walking in the door. They have matching polishes for their shellac (got a regular pedicure but shellac manicure) I was really impressed with the attention to detail. Both of the gentleman who did my manicure/pedicure went back multiple times to check their work. They took pride in their work. I was not too sure since it's new place but I'm glad I tried. It is clean and very nice inside. People are very friendly and SPEAKS GOOD ENGLISH. They offer nice refreshments too. First Time here. Was recommended by a friend. Called and made appt. asked for Terry or Cody. Arrived a couple minutes early. Seated right away. Ashley was my technician. Very Rushed. Pedi didn't last 15 minutes. Not sure if they don't like male clients or treat them differently. I was only one here. Technician never spoke to me besides up/down pointing at my foot. As soon as she was done she said all done flung the arm up and put my shoes there. I asked about the manicure. Said nope just pedi. No time. $28. No wine or beverages offered. They weren't overly busy - but steady. A friend came with me she got here before me and she still getting her pedi and Ive been in the car for 15 more minutes yet. Strange. I use to go to this nail salon every 3 weeks. The last time I was there they rushed through my manicure and my cuticles were bleeding cause they were so rough. After I left not even an hour later my fingers were blistering and itchy to the point I was bleeding from itching so hard. This is a FUNGUS from dirty utensils and being unsanitary. Most of the ladies here do a pretty decent job, but it's hit or miss. Sometimes they are in a big rush and don't do a very good job painting my nails. One thing that is so rude is how they chat in Korean or whatever the whole time they are going my nails. They obviously know English because they talk to us customers in English. Waited for a long time to get my pedicure. Wouldn't normally mind except they started doing several other people's nails before mine. The friend I came with was completely done before they had even started mine. I let that go and finally got my pedicure, it was ok. However then when done I asked to sit in my pedicure chair to try as I was waiting for my friend and there was no one waiting for a pedicure. The owner came and pulled me out of the chair. I asked why? Do you need it? She said "no I must clean it!" I understand if people were waiting but there was no one waiting and that was terrible customer service. I am blown away. I have been going to this nail salon for months. Very nice establishment. The hours are until 7:30 pm. It's new, nice, they offer you a glass of wine. However this evening I went in there at 6:25 pm. The guy said we are closed I said your sign says 7:30. He responds and says "welp" we are closed. And that was that. Now all this competition they have around here this is how they treat regular customers. Maybe they have so many clients that they don't need my measly $30. OMG I just had the WORST experience here. First of all, I had and appointment for which my tech wad 30 minutes late for already and then he proceeds to wrap another girl's nails before getting to me. Then he tries to talk me out of the pink and white fill I made the appointment for. He obviously did no want to do to it bc I had to ask him to do it three times. I actually told him he didn't have to do my nails at this point bc it was obvious he did no want to. He said he'd do it. First of all he cut my acrylic nails all uneven, hen he slipped on he white which was everywhere. It really appeared as if he had no done this before. Then he proceeded to cut the white all uneven. I mean it is bad. Even my boyfriend noticed how bad they are and he doesn't normally care. Then this guy did he pink and then slopped on the top coat. It was all over my cuticles and poking into my skin when it dried. He was like what? When I started to pick at them bc they hurt. I pointed this out and he huffed and filed the topcoat down so he sides will chip I'm sure of it. I also have random powder stuck to my skin. Finally he proceeds to charge me $50!!!!! for this jumble of crap. Now I have to pay someone else more to fix them. Needless to say I will NOT be going back.
