I've been to Nail Art Studios several times for pedicures and each time I've been pleased. The place is clean, employees are friendly and efficient, and the prices are reasonable. Today I went there for a pedicure and I was able to get started right away. They have enough staff that I've never had to wait. Initially, I wasn't blown away by the salon. It's a bit outdated and there wasn't a lot of colors to choose from along the walls if you didn't want shellac. However, the host showed us additional options for us behind the counter that could be regular or shellac. We were feeling grays and purples and found our picks right away. I'm ticklish and my feet have been scrubbed raw by some impatient technicians in the past (not from here) so it's no wonder why I don't find solace in pedicures. However... this place listened to my concerns and my lady took her time. She could tell that I had two injuries on my big toes. Slowly, she was able to make my skin feel soft and healthy again. My polish didn't stay on long and I didn't expect to with my busy lifestyle. My friends lasted for a long time. She was impressed! I enjoyed my experience here and I will be back in the summer time... so that I don't have to put socks on after being pampered! Oh- and I'll be sure to get shellac. :) read more

My nail tech is Jennifer. She's great, extremely professional. The shop is actually out of my way but the service is worth the drive. If you have an appointment set, you will be seen at that Time, the most I've had to wait was 10 mins maybe. The shop is clean and everyone who works there is very friendly! read more

Friendly place that squeezed me in right before they closed which was MUCH appreciated!! Plenty of nail stations, 8 pedicure chairs, and plenty of polish colors to choose from (including my fav OPI color), Nail Art Studio does it right! I needed my acrylic nails retouched the other night. I called to see if I needed an appointment and the man on the phone told me "Either way", so I decided just to stop in. Unfortunately, the errands I had to run delayed my arrival so I got there with just 30 minutes to closing time. While some places may have looked at me in annoyance (as the job I needed done would take ALL 30 of those minutes) this was not the case here as the gentleman (owner?) that greeted me, sat me down at a station and proceeded to work on my nails himself. And in just 30 minutes (after several nail repairs) I was sitting at the drying station with 10 perfect nails. And the best part? An entire fill was only $15. Considering the amount of repairs he had to do- that was a steal! They do take credit cards but prefer that the clients pay the tips in cash so bring both if you can. Hoping to get back while I am in town for a pedicure as I was looking down at my toes today and thought they could do with some of the TLC here as well! Same ol' same ol' - Actually the only reason I came here was for a nail emergency. Lol! I needed ONLY one nail repair which cost $3 (normal price) The didn't promote any special at least that I noticed but they weren't business during lunch. Full set - $25 Fill in - $15 The wouldn't be my first choice since I have others near me and for lower price but if I needed another emergency repair, then this woulld be my first stop while I was at work. read more

I am very disappointed with service, you just lost a customer. I called and made an appointment for 1pm I am there on time, but wait for 5-10 mins. While she's working on my nail, she gets a call for someone wanting to come in @ 2, but ends up coming at 1:25, she rushes my nails, does a crappy job, and says my husband will finish, and goes to attend them. my nails are all messed up. I am only giving 2 stars, because I have coming here for so long, I put you on the map, and told everyone about it. But this is very very disappointing. Next time I will maybe pay more, get my nails done somewhere else. read more

I have to admit that I used to go here religiously years ago. One day I stopped in at 7:15 (they closed at 8) and was told that they wouldn't do a fill...even though there were no customers. So I made an appointment for the next day and when I came in at my appointment time, I was told that I would have to wait 30-40 minutes. People walking in after me were being served. Fast forward to last weekend. Walked in, noticed that they are remodeling, noticed new owners, noticed fresh air (no strong acrylic smell) and got the best pink and white gels ever. Friendly attentive staff- can't wait to go back for my fill. For the folks that may comment that I am a rude customer- I always tip well and appreciate people in the customer service business as I was a bartender for 10 years. read more

The worst shellac manicure of my life. The color swatch I picked was a dark golden color. After 2 coats on my nails you can still see my natural nail through the color. It's more suitable as a topcoat. I needed 2-3 more coats for it to look like the swatch. On top of that, it was the sloppiest paint job ever and I'm sad to say it was the owner who did my nails! She left the polish so far away from my cuticles it looks like I have a week + of growth. Absolutely terrible and if I would have realized how crappy my nails looked before I left I would have refused to pay. It was my own fault for not carefully examining them because I was in a rush. Bottom line, I do not recommend this place at all. How can you expect a good manicure from any of the staff if this is the quality received from the owner, Lynn. read more

Awful, awful, awful. My daughter and I went in yesterday afternoon for pedicures. They sat us right away in the pedicure chairs. They had already fill the tubs with water so we sat down and put our feet in. The water was tepid. Almost cold. Couldn't get the woman's name that did my pedicure, but she was awful. My daughter didn't care for her's either. They NEVER touched our heels, you know the part of the foot that needs taken care of so that you have feet that look decent in Sandals. I ask her to trim my nails and she trimmed the one nail only, then filed the rest. When I asked her again, she acted like she didn't understand me. I will not go here again. My daughter says the same. Really bad at pedicures. Hopefully they are better at manicures. read more

My wife and I (yes I am a male) go there monthly...my wife is usually every 3 weeks. We have been going there for years. The staff is always friendly and treat customers with respect. They are very thorough and give an awesome pedicure and manicure. I encourage you to give them a try. I don't usually post on Yelp but when a business is good and you see a post that isn't good for the salon (usually they have had a bad day or they are crabby at everyone and everything) then I am posting how good they are. Awful experience. Came in for a pedicure. Instead of trimming my nails she filed them. Carelessly filed them, it was very uncomfortable. She was looking around and talking to other people the entire time and paying zero attention to my pedicure. She scrubbed the TOP of my foot with some sort of sponge looking thing with a brillo feeling side. I winced several times, looked down and saw blood. She apologized, but I asked her to please stop, I wanted to go home. Instead she babbled something and put some blue gel on my open wound that stung. I'm not sure she cleaned the foot bath I bled in! To "make up for my pain" she charged me $20 instead of $25. Awesome. I paid $20 for 20 minutes of pain and feeling uncomfortable. Isn't a pedicure supposed to be relaxing? read more

Went there in Friday before my trip to Cancun on Saturday. By Monday my toes where already chipped, my pedicure looked awful! How embarrassing that I didnt have spare polish and was there for a week. Will never go back to that place. I think the polish was old and thinned out. My person rushed me and I think forgot the top coat so she could help the next person waiting. read more

I went here for the first time today. It was early in the morning so they were not very busy. By the time I left, they were turning people away or telling them to come back later. Ruined my eyebrows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went here a year ago for an eyebrow wax first time the woman waxing me did a great job so I let them grow out so she could work her magic again but I WAS WRONG!!! She waxed my eyebrows so thin that still a year after growing them out one eyebrow is way too thin and the other brow looks disproportional. When waxing she did not tell me what she wanted to do or how she was going shape them, I knew when I felt a large amount of wax on the first brow she was doing I was going to be in trouble!!! read more

I went to Nail Art Studio for the first time to get a vacation pedicure on June 27th. I left for vacation the following day and while on vacation, my big toe was oozing puss and blood. INFECTION!!!! Once I returned home, my doctor put me on an oral antitbiotic and a topical. It is July 30th and I am still battling this infection. I have received pedicures religiously for the past 15 years of my life and have never gotten an infection at my regular place. Obviously something isn't sterilized at Nail Art Studio so stay away! read more
