The staff is friendly, they don't pressure you in to spending any money, and you can tell that they want you to have a good experience! This time around, I got a pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was amazing, and the massage chairs that they have are really nice! The dip manicure was also fantastic. I didn't have access to my hands for the majority of the time, as they had to wrap my fingers in foil to remove my precious dip and tips, but I didn't mind! For a pedicure, dip/tip removal and dip manicure, I believe my total was around $75, which was very fairly priced! I would highly recommend LP! read more

My mom and my sister go here regularly and so I decided to check it out. The inside is pretty nice and I went to do a pedicure and manicure. I liked my pedicure. I will have to say that when I did my manicure the woman made my bed of my nails visibly bleed. This was really concerning to me bc she was using the nail drill and she grabbed a paper towel and started wiping my blood off my nails and then the nail drill. My immediate thought was what if this happened to someone else and they had a bloodborne disease- it's just unsanitary and it's good to maybe use a lower setting or be careful with these tools. Of course this wasn't intentional and she apologized and I'm assuming they knew to fully clean the drill after they were done with me. But I did like the end result of my nails but just this bleeding scenario really freaked me out . First I made an appointment for gel polish removal and a basic mani and pedi and a spa pedicure for my step daughter. I don't think they got all the gel layers off of my nails before polishing because the polish job was crappy. It was uneven bumpy and streaky there was even polish on my skin. The pedicure was basic but it seemed like the spa pedicure was no different than the basic I got and I paid more for the spa pedicure. I used to go to this salon but stopped going. Im in a wheelchair and my caregiver had to struggle to get the door open because the owner nor staff would offer assistance. I came back a second time after just over 4 weeks, this time I chose Ashley from the list so I wouldn't have the same trouble as before. My appointment time was 12:30 and I arrived at 12:28. I checked in and a young lady said she would get me started, apparently Ashley was overbooked and in the middle of a pedicure. At 1pm I was still waiting, but with acetone on my nails, and started to get frustrated . At 1:15, Ashley was done with her pedicure and finally stated on my nails. The color she did was great and my nails look nice, but I was very late coming back from my lunch. Just went here for the first time... disappointed. My water for my pedicure had been sitting before i got there and was cold. My toes were very irritated as I am a nurse and spend 12+ hours a day on my feet and my in growns now feel worse and i still have dead skin on my feet. I'm fucking FUMING and want to write an absolutely horrible review for LP Nails. I just got my wedding nails done there, have had an appointment for months for me, my maid of honor, and my moms. We got there, and the nail tech that I've been going to for years wasn't there anymore and they didn't even think to call me even though my appt was with her. They made us wait so long and we're so fucking rude. My mom couldn't even get in and has to go elsewhere, taking that chance away from me forever. Both the lady doing my toes made me bleed and the lady doing my nails made me bleed and kept hurting me. Used the same towel as the person previous, clear unsanitary conditions. Then, even though I was getting the ombré nail set which is already an upcharge, they uncharged me again $15 for tips and $15 for a tiny bit of chrome. They upcharged my already increased price for my shellac pedicure, adding random fees because they could. My mani pedi ended up being just under $200. I will never be back. They were rude, unprofessional, and manipulative. I couldn't recommend less. read more

I brought my mother-in-law here while she was visiting us from Florida. I was able to make a same day appointment and that was wonderful. They were pretty busy when we showed up so she was taken about five minutes late from her appointment time, not a big deal. The drawback was that my mother-in-law reported that the technician applied about five layers of nail polish. In my opinion, poor sanitation - did not see new files being used, drill bits did not appear to have been autoclaved, tables were dusty. Cuticle nipped/cut with steel drill bit - Neosporin rubbed on cut, and manicure continued. Cut did not add to beauty of manicure, and it was painful. Well...I would consider this place pretty subpar. For starters, it was unsanitary. I was sat at a table that had nail dust and cut nail tips all over it. I previously had gotten my nails done at another salon in which the nail tech completely burned two of my fingers to the point where they were bleeding so I was hesitant on trying out a new place. I had called this salon 30 minutes before arriving and they had someone available so I showed up that same day and waited less than 3 minutes. I'll start with Im in town from Washington. A VERY expensive state. I needed my nails done, wanted to relax after a cross country move. Here for a short bit visiting before continuing my trip. $45 for a fill, with gel polish...gave her a picture, super simple and the way she did it looked like the polish had peeled off not the design. Not worth $45 for a simple fill. Maybe $30 but not $45. Then got irritated when I said I didn't like it when she asked. I'll probably get polish and redo them. They're not smooth, one color is glitter and it's very rough after she took the alcohol to it. She was filing my skin and asked if it hurt, I said yes because she was ok the top on my finger. She said that's how my nail was going...umm my nail isn't on the top on my skin. I won't be back. Save yourself the expensive fill and go somewhere else. read more

I walked in with my boyfriend to get our nails done for prom and they greeted us at the door, helped find my color that i wanted, and i was sat in a chair in less than 5 minutes without even setting an appointment! They gave me an amazing polish change while still taking care of and polishing my feet. Then shortly after they brought my things over to the salon chair to get started on my full set. She shaped them beautifully and continued to ask me if they were up to my liking. She filed them down to a perfect size and shape and then did the same polish on my fingernails as I did my toes. I asked for rhinestones on my ring finger that I saw on safari and they replicated it just the way I wanted it.
