It is wonderful to find a husband and wife small business that has good prices for excellent service. Easy to get an appointment. With plenty of parking and a curb cut right near the door it is easy to get in. Comfortable seating in waiting area. Since this is only my 3rd pedicure, I am not the best to compare but at the end my feet felt better and the toes looked good. It took about an hour. While I was there, a few repeat customers the come regularly, which is one of the best signs of quality service with fair prices. Since my back is healing and I should be able to paint my own toenails, I would only come back as a treat to my feet every so often. I am glad that I found this 5 star business. read more

I went to Rosa's for the first time for a manicure and pedicure about a week ago. Both Rosa and Jerome were very welcoming and do excellent work. Their salon doesn't reek of chemicals like some do. It was a very pleasant, clean and restful atmosphere. There was nice music playing in the background and a TV if one is interested in watching while receiving their service. I tried Rosa nails for the first time. The place is clean. I had a pedicure done. They were very thorough. I hadn't had a pedicure for a few months. They cut down my nails and filed them. I just had regular nail polish. Here I am 3 weeks later and nail polish still looks good. I'm impressed. They use quality nail polish it didn't peel off or chipped. She spent so much time on my pedicure and was gentle and kind. Took her time, she didn't rush for a 20 minute $60 pedicure!! The message on my foot was relaxing!!! My right foot/ankle has had two surgeries this yr with nerve damage- she was gentle around the nerves of the ankle and again- spend the time to message it thoroughly. I won't go anywhere else now! Wonderful new nail salon that opened up! Rosa and her husband Jerome were so nice and the deluxe pedicure I got was amazing! They have several scents to choose from and included a scrub, a mask, hot towels, massage, basically the works! Very relaxing and my feet feel rejuvenated for the holiday season. I don't feel I was treated fairly at this establishment at all. One of several incidents occurred over the Christmas Holidays. I made an appointment three weeks in advance to have my nails done 2 days before New Years Eve. I was leaving for a 3 week trip at 6:00 am New Years Day and didn't have a moment to spare. I received a phone call the night before my appointment from Rosa saying that she had over-booked her day and didn't have another spot open until the following week! I know when I called three weeks earlier there were many open appointments for every day that week. When I reminded her how early I called, she said she was sorry but the people she replaced me with. We're spending more money than I was at that late date. I couldn't find another nail appointment during the holidays and I insisted that she honor my appointment, which she did do begrudgingly. When I came in, she insisted on putting polish just down the middle of my nail and not around the edges, and when I asked her to put the polish down to the cuticle and closer to the edges she got upset. One of her sons was in the shop and let me know that his mother was inconvenienced by me coming in. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. read more

I had a great experience. Rosa and Jerome are incredibly kind and talented nail artists. Rosa did my nails this time and she worked on them with patience and dedication. They are also mindful of COVID guidelines and have plexiglass screens in between when working on your nails.
