Please go! Prior to paradise nails, Polish, shellac, dip powder NEVER stayed on my nails. I would get my natural nails done and they would chip on day 2. I have four small children, I'm always using water and I'm very heavy handed... It has been 10 days and this is how my nails look. The nail tec took her time. Consulted me on how to preserve my polish. The tech made sure I thoroughly removed oil and dirt from my nails so that the polish would last. She did not speak ill of other salons. Instead, the nail tech said "let's see how it goes this time...maybe you needed to try somewhere new" There are a few chips after more than a week but it was well worth it! read more

The older man there is rude. If you go there please don't allow him to do your pedicure. He doesn't clean your cuticle bed or under your toe nails. His filing is uneven and he just throws the polish on. The younger women seem to take their time, however the older man should not be doing pedicures at all. read more

Im here now and the nail tech Allan worked on my nails I told him I wanted 2 colors on my nails and moving so fast and not listening to what I was trying to tell him he got impatient and took both colors back to the wall.While he was doing my nails my finger was burning I told him and he asked me if it was burning but continued working on my nails like it was nothing. also wanted to change the polish on my feet to match he got up and retu the polish to the wall as well I WILL NEVER RETURN to this shop I'll keep going where I've been going wanted to try a new place closer to my house read more

I will not be going to this salon again! I was very unhappy after my mani and pedi. The person who took care of me was very harsh with his treatment. I had a bruise on the side of my foot from his firm grip, and several cuticles had blood around them. My pedicure chipped on my great toe the very next day. I also got a fungal Infection on my thumb and index nails. I do not think they were sterilizing their tools. Plus they charged me more than the price I was quoted. The lady that did my toes was amazing she was very sweet and gentle and held conversation very pleased with her the lady that did my nails was horrible and that's where the 1 star comes in play she was very rude she did not listen to me I showed her on my phone what I wanted she held my phone the whole time my screen went black and she threw my phone down really hard on the desk for me to open my phone back up I'm surprised my phone didn't crack . She asked me how long I wanted my nails and before I was able to tell her she cut my nail anyway and I told her that's not what I wanted she then ripped that nail off very harsh put a new one on then didn't even cut them until after she put the acrylic on which hurt really bad cutting them because she layered it on so thick I was still very unhappy with the size she kept pulling on my hand to get closer and my hand was already in her face so I don't understand how much closer she wanted me to be the tool machine they use to file the nail every time she would use that it would go so deep around my nail she cut my skin she also couldn't keep it on just my nail it kept going around my finger and hurting me my nails were so uneven and I kept telling her and showing her but she wasn't listening to me at all not to mention she never asked me what shape I wanted to get she just did what she wanted I never got to fully finish my nails and the design I wanted because I just wanted to get out of there ASAP also after she cut my skin multiple times with the file machine she proceeded to put alcohol on my nails while my fingers were actively bleeding which burned so bad I almost wanted to cry very disappointing never coming here again I honestly didn't even want to pay for my nails but I didn't want to start a big fight and have cops get involved it was a horrible experience with that lady she was so rushing and rude and kept sighing the whole time also these were my birthday nails that I absolutely hated!! again thank you to the lady who did my feet she was amazing !! read more

Service was not as planned. Lady hurt my fingers; i mentioned twice. And also moved my hand to let her know to stop. she shaped my nails but when she was going to file my nails; i decided not to proceed because i was scared she might hurt me more. Horrible service! I had to go home and re-do my nails before attending a wedding. The nail polish was old, thick and bubbly. The technician didn't speak English, so he didn't know what I was saying. He barely filed my nails, or cut my cuticles. Before I left , I had to ask the manager to clean up my hands where he painted onto my fingers, and didn't bother asking him to clean up my toes. When I got home, I noticed that it was actually 2 areas where he had cut me rather than it being polish. I also noticed while I was drying that he didn't change the pedicure tub cover before the next pedicure customer. Also, overall the tables were not clean as well, with nail dust. Jackson does a PHENOMENAL job with anything you ask for and everyone working there is always so extremely kind. I also get my eyebrows done here and they always look incredible. I went in for a pedicure and they did a great job but I knocked off one star because my very nice technician was very hesitant and made me feel self conscious when I asked for pink base with white tips, French pedicure for my toes. She seemed to warm to what I wanted after a while but those first few minutes were a bit uncomfortable for me. I wish nail salons were much more open about a man that not only wants his toe nails to look nice but wants them pretty too. I can wear pink polish if I want to. So we settled for white tips with a tinted clear. Very nice but I would have liked more color. read more

Great place to get your nails and eyebrows done! The women are hilarious and always friendly.

I must say, I used to be a regular customer and moved out of the area. But last week I returned; never again, what a mistake. The older lady that did my manicure last Saturday was terrible. I had just a manicure. The manicure looked like I had been walking on my hands by Tuesday. And I redid them my self and found that she had not soaked the nail extensions off completely. Horrible. Looked up reviews for them on google and was a little skeptical... however I have a wedding in two days and am on a time crunch. I'm not from this area however I was training at a store in the same shopping mall complex. After searching for all the nail salons in the Wayne area, I hesitantly decided to pick this one just based on the convenience. Upon entering I took about 10 to 15 minutes picking a color and then started my mani pedi. The lady that was helping me was very nice and she did an amazing job. She spent over an hour with me and did an amazing job massaging my feet and hands. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the nearby area. Their prices were budget friendly (you can't expect a good job with a 10$ mani pedi though - just saying), it was a clean environment, and the people take their time on you. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience to them. The only thing I didn't like was I wasn't asked how I wanted my nails to be shaped.. I prefer more of a rectangular / square shape. Then again I didn't tell her how I wanted it to be shaped either. Their google reviews are nothing compared to what I just experienced. Please try the place out!! read more
