My daughter loves designs and nails alone $85 a pop with tip. Which I don't mind. However they have a women who sits up front and answers the phone...maybe a manager or something. Whenever we are there and one of the technicians asks her something she is snotty, rude, rolling her eyes (because she does not want to take them off the phone:/) I was trying to pay for my daughter and I. Since my daughter's nails were not finished yet this apparently was a big deal...lots of eye rolling, sighs, and blah blah blah.. This is not the first or second time I have seen her be rude and snotty to others while I was there. Today will be the last time. It is too bad. They have great nail techs. However, there little gatekeeper needs a major attitude adjustment. 5 stars for nails ------neg----stars for atmosphere. It cost nothing to be kind respectful to others. Once my nails were done, and I realized that my mom (and also my bridesmaids) all had the color I wanted but I did not, I got a bit emotional (just that type of person) - I believe his name was John, immediately noticed and assured me that he would fix it right away. He was able to do a color change on my dip nail set while maintaining the beautiful shape he had already created (had tips added). It's over a week later now and they are still in beautiful condition, I suspect they will last at least another week or two. Also had pedicures earlier in the week, which also had excellent service!
