I've been to many nail salons in my lifetime and now that I've found Happys, I will never go anywhere else. I've been going there for a couple years now and I'm still satisfied every time I go. Very clean and the pedicure bowls are super cute. They use a disposable liner for each pedicure and I appreciate that. Jason has been my tech pretty much since I started going and he is awesome and always has a smile on his face. I like doing custom art and he "nails" it every time. All of the other staff is very friendly as well. Hardly any wait time ever either especially if you book an appointment. Prices are very reasonable too.I love this place. read more

I am so disappointed in myself I have waited this long to come here. Lilian was fantastic ! I walked in today for a shellac pedicure and was helped very quickly and pleasantly. I got the deluxe pedicure with shellac total $80!! (105 after tip) but it was WORTH every penny. Warm neck pillow, hot steam, fresh lemon scrub! I mean, by far the best pedicure I've ever had. First service was ok so I returned and this time was a terrible experience. Nail tech took forever to seat me but there was no line. I didn't receive any care just told to sit and they didn't set my pedi chair up it anything. Got left to sit without any service, no explanation as to why or anything.. if I'm paying 75$ for a pedicure I expect a rewarding experience. I walked out. I highly recommend this nail salon! I am very picky and detailed oriented when it comes to my nails. Especially about how clean the cuticles are and that the nail is evenly painted. My friend recommended this location to me and I'm not disappointed. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of hand sanitizer around for everyone. The shop does not have their prices posted anywhere so don't hesitate to ask for a price sheet! The staff are very friendly and I enjoyed the pedicure I got from my technician! I did walk-in and was seated within 5 minutes. They have a large selection of nail polish to choose from on the wall up front. If you don't like being close to people the waiting area may not be for you. The chairs aren't exactly 6 feet apart, but this doesn't bother me. Masks are enforced. Prices were average for what I pay at home so it was nice to know I wasn't paying more in another place. The place itself is very calm and smells great! Doesn't smell of nail polish or other harsh chemicals. The only downsides I have is that they recommend tipping in cash (no sign at the front door that advertises this preference) and that I didn't get to sit in the comfy pedicure chair while my nails dried. This salon has gone down hill. The staff don't bother to greet you when you come in. They just treat you like cattle, go here, go there, etc. But what is making me leave this one star review from a five star previously, is that they don't offer the pedicure filing anymore. What's the point of a pedicure at that point? I asked them why, and they blamed it on Covid. What does pedicure filing have to do with Covid? Every other spa still offers this part. What's the point of paying for a pedicure without focusing on the callus? You can't get Covid from a pedicure filing. It's just pure laziness and one less step for them to do. Meanwhile, they will still charge you the same or even more. Not coming back here. read more

I am not from the area but I am in Michigan visiting my family. I looked everywhere for a decent nail place and most of them had barely 2 stars. This place had about four stars so I decided to try it and they did not deceive me! I went there with my daughter and we had a great experience with a manicure and a pedicure service. It might be a little bit more expensive for the area but they do a great job and they take their time. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely recommend Donald for the pedicure service. Honestly, this was probably the worst nail service I've ever had. The nail tech was very nice and tried but the results were not worth the $115 I paid. I paid extra for pedicure and manicure and somehow my cuticles are still not clean, the edges not evenly filed and the polish doesn't ever cover the whole nail. I'll also mention the $70 manicure that's not even. All i feel on each nail is lumps and ridges. This place looks nice and has tons of colors but they do not know how to properly do a mani/pedi. Ok, so I went here twice so I can not speak for the quality of service provided by every nail tech. I have had 2 different people work on my nails here, both times pretty bad results. My nail techs were both friendly, personable, fast and this is one of the cleanest nail salons I have ever been to. But my manicure both times looked awful. So lumpy, every nail is shaped to be crooked, spots and bubbles in the polish..very bad looking. My tech asked if the shape was Ok this time and I told her it looked a bit strange in some places and showed her where and she told me "No, put your hand like this"...My hands should not look good from only 1 angle. Reasonable prices, hardly ever a wait and fantastic service in a clean environment. If you plan on anyone seeing your hands though, go somewhere else. read more

The space is very clean and nicely decorated and they have some of the most comfortable massaging spa chairs I have ever seen. They've got a huge selection of shellac polish colors and their services are very reasonably priced. You can also make appointments for a technician you prefer which a lot of places won't let you do. They are super new so they're still getting started on getting the business flow to be steady enough to keep the place fully staffed so please keep in mind that there may be a wait for these first months and plan ahead accordingly. I was looking to get a dip mani before heading to the airport. I walked in and was sat immediately. The spot was clean, and the space was cute. My technician was very friendly and sweet. To get my dip powder off she had me soak my fingers in the acetone which isn't my favorite because it dries out my already super dry skin. I chose my new color and off we went. I am wondering if maybe the salon or this tech doesn't do a lot of dip manis because the powder container was new and hadn't been opened yet. While the tech was very sweet, she struggled a bit with my nails. She over clipped my cuticles and they are swollen and inflamed today (one day later), she snagged my skin a couple of times with the Dremel and drew blood. I have 2 red sore spots now. The mani itself was so-so. The dip came out looking pock marked on several fingers and got the polish & powder on the skin around my nails. She used a cuticle clipper to try and clip the paint off around my nail. There were a few ladies getting nails done there and I was the only dip, so perhaps it isn't as big of a thing in this area and hence the lesser experience. read more
