I was greeted warmly as soon as I came in, and I helped myself to the delicious spa water in the waiting area. My tech came and got me within 10 minutes. I just had a pedicure, but I really enjoy the whole spa vibe. My nail tech was very friendly and did a good job. No spa jets in the pedi bowls; good. I will be a regular and can't wait to try more of their offerings. Customer service is great - the woman who booked me was super friendly and even moved my appointment once with late notice. I don't typically leave reviews, but I hope my botched haircut saves someone else from dealing with this. Hair is a very personal thing, and for this woman to call herself a "stylist" and do this is, to say the least, unkind. I asked for a quick shape up with my hair and beard but nothing crazy, and Amir went way too far and buzzed off almost my entire mustache without asking. The one thing I didn't want touched. I'm so insanely mad right now because my mustache is a point of pride for myself and now it's gone. I had a pretty full, bushy mustache and it now looks like I have peach fuzz on my upper lip. Everything happened so quickly so I was shocked and startled and didn't know how to react. I didn't feel like starting a fight in the store, but I feel like a fool and hate the way I look. I can't believe that all my hard work and effort put into growing my mustache is all gone now. After the employees said it would cost $25 each, the owner decided it would be $40 each because their hair is long and thick. Which was fine by me if the job got done as it should. Only to find out After going home that my daughter who was supposed to have a v shaped layered hair cut, has now very unsymmetrical layers, her hair is a zig zag, line over her back. And the second daughter's hair was barely touched, with some left short and some left too long. So disappointing. Sorry Fatima but you failed me. Never again.

From the color, to the blend, to the root smudge and don't even get me started on the over bleaching and lightening my ends when it wasn't needed.. it's just all awful. I've spent hundreds going to other stylists to try and fix my hair, when instead my hair was already so damaged I had to chop it all off and start growing my hair out all over again. I only can speak for myself and my experience, but there's SO much more out there if you do proper research.
