I really wanted to like this place. It's one of the cleaner, aesthetically pleasing nail salons down river. Unfortunately, their work is mid at best. I asked for tapered square multiple times, but eventually gave up when she would nod her head and say yes but obviously didn't understand. The polish is sloppy and on my cuticles. They started out great. Then they started prioritizing profit over people by over booking constantly, having a non qualified owner drilling off my nail bed, expecting me to sit around for hours for a mani pedi. Kelly does phenomenal work, but between her husbands constant gossip and intentional over booking, it makes for a very unpleasant experience. read more

The male owner there is nice and very pleasant: even the lady who did my toes, she was very nice but didn't understand English. I pointed at the pedicure with the hot stone massage and she proceeded to do my toes. Halfway through I ask her when are the stones coming out but she either didn't understand what I was staying or didn't hear me. She did not use the grater to do my feet, after I watched the other lady who was doing someone else's toes next to me ask if was okay to use it on her client. The young lady that was doing my toes at the time was using the sugar scrub wasn't getting my foot and focusing only on my legs, so I had to ask her multiple times if she could focus on my feet which she did lazily. She was about to start painting my toes until I asked her where are the coals at, she said something along the lines of sorry and maybe next time after I told her I that i asked for the stone massage. Glenn the guy came over and said we just miss quoted me and stuff. And had her use the stone. She didn't get all the dead skin off, or put moisturizer on me after. She just said I was done after she put the stones and whatever they use to go with the coals and wiped off my legs. My feet Looks just how I came in. The place was a nice vibe, the guy was nice and even called me to make it up. i appreciate him and no hard feelings with the young lady, she just seemed as if she was scared to touch my toes or didn't know what she was doing. read more

My daughter made the appointment for us, for her wedding, we sat at separate ends to the salon. I had just been in an accident and let the nail tech to be careful as my hands and arms were still swollen and sore. No acknowledgement and in a few minutes she grabbed my hand normal for any other person, but it truly hurt. They kept asking me to pick a color I said I wanted a wine color and a sunflower. After a moment I was looking on my phone I found an ombré, but since I didn't know it required to do it from the start. When I just said paint them yellow with a sunflower for and extra $10. She ok. The design I chose had 2 nails with sunflowers and polka dots on 1 finger For $60 I ask how much more they add the other 3 fingers, she quoted $75 I said never mind I will just do the one nail. It was $60 for 2 and then $55 for 1. Same them during the pedicure. Advised the tech I was tender and when I wasn't moving fast enough she pulled my leg up,, I wrenched in pain. We go to pay and I said I was lying for both sets and I was given 3 different amounts. When I argued and asked for an itemized statement I was amazed at all the different charges that are not included in the full set. In Denver a full set includes the shape not here. Worst place I've ever gotten my nails done at. The guy who did mine didn't have a clue as to what he was doing.

$110 plus $10 tip for Ombre fill and standard pedicure w/ callous and shellac. In over 20+ years getting nails & pedicures I've NEVER paid that. I didn't know salons charged to shape your nails. The salon was clean, quiet and they were kind to let me bring my small service animal. Sent a message and said they overcharged by $5 but that is STILL $$$$. I was very disappointed with the price. I'd go back if it was a reasonable. It's been my many years experience of $60-75 for fill & standard Pedi w/ shellac seems across the board. Unfortunately, $240/month for a fill and pedi are too much for my senior pocketbook. read more

I have been to Kelly's nail salon 3 times. First went with a friend service wasn't quite up to what I'd say was customer service friendly. The appointment we set was for our lunch time noon. We were seated and started at 12:25 not noon. We also where separated so we couldn't talk. Nail job ok. 2nd time out our appointment was scheduled same time. 2 people came in right before us that didn't have appointments. Yep they were seated first we were separated again late going back. 3rd. I went by myself. Someone walked in right before me no appointment. Seated first. They rushed my nails didn't put on the right color and did a terrible job. I will not go back service bad, place is clean but makes you want to fall asleep. read more

First of all, I want to say that I gave this business a second chance after I tried to use their "Book Appointment" online option that they did not check/see so I showed up thinking I had made an appointment when I hadn't. They said that they could not see me and asked me to come back in the afternoon, which I could not do that day. I was a little annoyed at being turned away, but shouldered the blame because I did not just call directly to confirm the online style appointment. However, today I made sure that I had an appointment. When I showed up, they told me to choose colors, which I did based on what I already hand on my nails and just wanted duplicated again. I decided to come to this salon, instead of the original place because it was right next to the medical office that I was already bringing my mother to for an appointment, and wanted to give them another try. I chose colors that matched up as closely as possible to my rainbow chrome french manicure and took those to the station where I was barely greeted by a male technician. He looked at them and set to work grinding the gel color off, after I told him that I wanted the exact same thing again. He was almost violent with his work on my hands. I understand not wanted to linger on a client when you have plenty of business, but this was the most miserable and painful nail fill experience I have had in years of having my nails done. I asked to have them shortened, which he did but never checked the lengths or level grind on the edges, so they are all different lengths now. When it came time to add the color, he painted the base color on, and it was adequate, but a little splotchy in a few places. By now, another client had been prepped for him, and was sitting next to me waiting for him to finish. When he started on the rainbow chrome part, the powder looked really silver and not the usual iridescent silvery powder. I figured it might just be the light from my angle, but then he was putting it on super heavy and I could see that it was very much just silver. I stopped him as soon as I had the chance to pull my hand back to look at it. I told him that it was not what I wanted. He seemed insulted. He got up and went to get/talk to another technician about it. They had an exchange and then he grabbed my hand and started wiping the powder off. Not a huge deal, as it wasn't set yet, but he was even more rough in wiping the powder off because I should have just been grateful for what he was doing instead of what I knew I wanted I guess. It must have done something to the base coat because he put another layer of the base color on with another clear chrome coat. At this point, the color is looking pretty thick and chunky. He had a different powder this time and put it on, but when he asked me to check it, it also was not like the sample or photo that we had just reviewed. This is when another technician told him very clearly while looking at me that he had the other client waiting for him to finish. It was at that point as he was again being very rough about wiping the second incorrect powder off that the first technician came over to tell me that the first powder was the right one and that I should have let him finish before telling him it wasn't right. I don't understand that logic, because I could already tell it wasn't right and if I had allowed him to finish the first powder, he would have had to grind it all off and start over. I told him to just leave it as it was and put some clear on it because the other client was waiting right next to me. He said fine and again added coats to the already thick nail coating. He didn't put any cuticle oil on so I left with my nails looking terrible, hurting, and my cuticles/fingers looking blanched from the acetone or alcohol he was wiping on them. I just want to have them removed at this point, because me hands look embarrassing going into a holiday when I wanted nice hands for serving. I went in just needing a fill on my coffin shaped nails and left with some square, some coffin, and all uneven/not level. Go anywhere else. read more
