The guy who did my nails I don't really remember his name but he does an amazing job . They aren't very expensive compared to other nail salons around but worth the price i would say. I came to this nail salon on Sunday 1/21 to get a full set. I had set this apt up a few days prior because I wanted design. Which I specifically said when I called. Well when I showed up for my apt they had no one who could do simple designs. And this isn't a deal breaker for me but they didn't have anyone who spoke English either which was frustrating trying to communicate what I wanted. So I showed them a very simple idea of just colors and a little sparkle which they in turn, also messed up. While I was there, my nail tech kept sneezing. When I asked him if he was sick he said it was because of the dust. That was a lie tho because i ended up sick. Well I've had my nails on for 4 days now 1/25 and i woke up to a whole nail off. I haven't done any wear and tear on them because I've been sick on the couch all week missing work so there's absolutely no reason for a nail to come off. So now I'm out $110 for a set of nails they did wrong in the first place and a ring finger nail missing. And a whole week of work missed because the nail tech lied to me when I asked him. If he had been honest I would have left immediately. Just don't go here. Don't waste your money or your time. Just don't. First pic is what I asked for with design- no one there could do it. Second pic is what I ended up asking for after they told me no designs. Third pic is what I got. And forth pic is 4 days later I'm missing a whole nail. The spots on my hand are because I wear wrist braces at night which is even more reason my nails are protected. Smh. I'm pissed. This place is a joke. There were 5 nail techs there and none of them could do simple designs. Their quality is crap because they don't even last a week of not using them. I work at ford so I'm pretty rough on my hands. If I had been at work this week they probably would have came off the first day I worked with them. Avoid this place. They should be shut down. read more

Rate it 4/5. The woman who did my nails was new (to me) and she did an EXCELLENT job with the acrylic application and really everything up until the nail polish. I love the length and shape and how they're not super thin. I do wish the paint job looked a little better though. A basic acrylic set with shellac is $45! i think it's worth it. Book with John or Anna! They're great. i've been here several times and overall would rate it a 4/5. read more

I came from out of town knowing I would need a fill. I set up my appointment with Anna several weeks in advance. I went in for my appointment, checked in, sat down and showed my picture to Jon who said they could do what I was looking for. Anna shortly came over and started on my nails. She was very nice and listened to what I wanted. After removing the old acrylic she had suggested a new set. I'm not a fan of tips so I told her I preferred building up on my own nail as they were a good length. She said that was fine. We did use one tip which was fine given that nail lacked good shape. She continued working on matching what the picture looked like. I think it came out great. I was very pleased with her work and I'd go back for sure. I went in for a basic dip polish manicure . The entire experience was awful the nail tech over drilled my nail beds and cut every finger with the drill . On top of that the thickness and shape of my nails were NOT what I had asked for . I asked the nail tech to file the thickness down after the 4 plus coats she had put on which didn't help at all . The end results were terrible.. thick , uneven and sloppy . I would NOT recommend this nail salon to anyone . I went to my normal salon the next day to get the dip removed and let my nails and cuts heal from my visit at northwest nails. read more

Showed a pic of a pink and white ombré (med length almond shape) I got tan and white flat and straight candy corn nails..... I did not request anything Halloween. This place really lacks attention to detail. Have tried to go several times, but it always results in having nails done while noticing that they are not always completely same length, have to ask them to do things without it just being done to help fix to make the nails look better, etc. Most recent time resulted in me paying $40 for a pedi in which they gave me regular polish, but I'd asked for shellac twice. The regular polish job was lacking attention to detail again and really didn't look great up close. Then I asked about a fill on my current tips vs dip. Not much was done to explain the process, and it was own ignorance to not realize how dip worked. They ended up taking off my tips to do dip, but that wasn't going to work for me since one of my nails had already broken off. It would make my nails look uneven and wreck the aesthetic. At that time, we were both so frustrated, I ended up leaving. They agreed to do the shellac or tips or whatever they thought I wanted, but I didn't want to risk paying more for their lack of attention to detail. Can't return after this last incident. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my service here. I came in for a fill that ended up needing a little work (expected this since I went three weeks between fills) and I was very happy with the care they were taking to make the shape look good. I asked for a red acrylic powder to cover the nail or as much as possible since they told me they couldn't put it over the whole thing without being too thick. (As you can see i came in with pink) This is what I walked out with. Anyone with a naked eye who doesn't even do nails can notice how uneven and not blended the red is. I guess it's my fault that I didn't stop him and say something sooner but I really thought they weren't done and were going to make this look normal. They offered to then put shellac over it but I just wanted to get out of there. I felt like I was being punished because I didn't get the nails originally put on here. I'm currently at Sally's picking up polish to cover this mess and searching for a different salon. read more

i have been coming here for a few years now but this will be my last time. the male nail tech did a bad pedicure he didn't do the hot towels that is included in my pedicure and he messed up both my tail nails on my bigg toe. 1 he cut crooked and the other 1 he cut uneven & to low on 1 side. i brung the issues to the manager on duty and nothin was done. its all good i will take my business else where from now on. read more

Scheduled an appointment @ 730 they closed at 8 there was a bunch of us. Y schedule that many people if you close in a half hour. The tech who did my nails, ruined them. My natural nail was long and she cut the short on one hand and left them long on the other. I told her she had to put tips on the and she said no! Then her boss took over, ruined my nails completely filed them paper thin they are breaking under the acrylic. I wouldn't recommend this place save tour money go somewhere else. The Service the people just bad all the way around. Not to mention how many times they nicked my cuticles and how hot the drill got. Just bad, if I can give them a 0 I would. I decided to stop i'm after seeing reviews...which have suddenly disappeared. Their instagram was a relief because most nail shops won't post their work. So.. here's the mess. I asked to get this certain style that they had posted on their instagram account just 2 days prior. (Milk bath) in short square with nude ombré nails on the other three nails. (Red Flag #1)The nail tech then tells me she won't do the ombré because it doesn't look right on short nails...No problem if you don't know how to do it I won't make you (Red Flag #2) I tell her just do the colored acrylic with the milk bath, I have even showed her a picture and video via IG at this point so she knows what I want. She has me pick the color cool then she says the "milk bath" nails use clear acrylic Im just nodding and trusting her. She's shaping and i'm just wondering when is she gonna put the dried flowers on my nails, never happens. She shapes them horribly at this point i'm getting pissed she acts like she can't hear me as i'm telling her everything she's doing wrong. I cant see the shape clear so I thought it looked nice and as she has my hand and the other in the uv light. No colored acrylic she puts shellac on them then proceeds to put gel glitter and i snatch my hand away and say no I wanted milk bath (Red Flag #3) and she had the most confused look on her face and starts asking the other workers in their language stuff and they are confused also. I'm showing this picture several times and saying this is your instagram and address and number what do you mean you don't know how to do it. So who knows? TF!? She pulls out stickers..STICKERS! And says this how we do it with stickers. Lol you gotta be kidding. The comments on the video by your salon explained how you did it. I ask her while they are still confused "Why did y'all lie on your instagram, she says I don't know.. i'm sorry" I asked her to just finish polishing and i'll come back as it was my birthday that thursday I already paid and needed my hair done.
