Let's just say that Janna has totally TRANSFORMED my face. I have alternated between different facials for the last year and also started using some recommended products. She asked me what I wanted each step of the way and really made sure I was happy with the service before leaving. She even offered to do a touch up wax in a few days for the stragglers which I had never been offered before. She was quick yet took her time where it mattered. The actual service could have been so much more painful but she was so great about pulling the strips and allowing time for me to freak out lol. The lotions and serums they apply to the waxed area are so soothing and I left feeling very comfortable. I don't live here but if I did I'd make her my go-to girl!!!

I've followed her over from their previous location on Central Avenue to their new spot, where they're currently at off King Road. I love the layout and design of their new spot. The decor is so chic and modern; all of the furniture is cozy too. The entire salon is very warm and inviting. There's plenty of parking and they offer complimentary coffee, tea, and soda when you visit. As for the service: impeccable. Crissey has been cutting and styling my hair since I was a little girl. She does a phenomenal job and always gives me her honest opinion whenever I want to try a new style or color. The prices at Texxture a Salon are comparable to other salons in the area and better than most of the Sylvania-based salons. The products they use are top-of-the-line and I always leave the salon feeling and looking amazing. So if you're looking for a new salon or a new stylist, give Texxture a Salon a try! And tell them you found them on Yelp!

The day of my appointment the owner/ esthetician texted me to let me know she needed to reschedule. I had a very limited schedule to work with but she made sure to accommodate me and get me in within the following day. When I arrived, the suite was well maintained and cozy. Stephie gave me a tour and offered me water. She proceeded with my facial and made sure I was comfortable as I was heavily pregnant at the time. The facial was consistent with an express facial - not a lot of frills but I did like the clean ingredients she used. Overall, very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

"No Frown Lines, No Horror Stories--Leslie is the GOAT!"…read more I'll be honest: I have injector trust issues. Like full-on Botox PTSD. Between being called a manchild at a med spa in Chicago, being so over-injected I looked like an a wax figurine at Madame Tussauds , and one charming injector who basically stubbed out their cigarette before coming at me with a needle (washing hands apparently optional), let's just say I was skeptical. Enter Nurse Leslie at Bella Via Med Spa. From my first appointment she immediately put me at ease, which is saying something since I'm usually gripping the chair like I'm on a rollercoaster. She doesn't try to upsell me after I mention I'm literally only comfortable with the bare minimum. No pressure to get a whole menu of treatments I don't want, and actually listens. She wipes me down with alcohol swabs to satisfy my inner germaphobe before administering my favorite poison (Botox, not actual poison, though let's be real, it kind of is). She's precise without being in a rush, presses on the injection sites to reduce any instant sting, and hasn't hit a nerve (figuratively or literally) once. Best of all? A couple weeks later, my forehead is smoother than a baby's bottom, without that frozen "NPC in a video game" look. If you're in Toledo and want to keep your facial expressions (but not your frown lines) in check, Leslie is the best.

The owner is very rude, condescending, and overall just gives off witch vibes. Every time I see her or am around her she's so incredibly rude. She is racist as well there was a stylist there that was black and she made comments about how they don't belong. Also, she cut my son's hair once and I'd never let her cut anyone's hair again. The salon also needs some upkeep. It's nice on surface but you do a lot of looking around when you get your hair done and you notice the lack of upkeep. I left when my stylist left and would advise everyone to avoid.
