Jenny is such a skilled nail artist! I think this is the prettiest and neatest manicure job I've…read moreever had. Only four stars because when I arrived at opening time, I went to use the bathroom and there were dark, dried golden-yellow pee stains all over the toilet seat. It was as if a toddler had used this bathroom the night before. The stains were old. If not for Jenny's skills, I'd not be returning. I'll be sure to use my own bathroom before I come for my next manicure. Seriously though, that toilet seat was gross.

One granddaughter showed a picture of what she wanted. They tuned out nothing like it. My nails were absolutely horrible. I have grooves and bumps in every one of them. The tips were also cut crooked. When I pointed that out to her, she said that wouldbefixed in the next step, which never happened. I showed her the bumps, and she replied with "what's wrong with them." She was too busy on her phone, watching the door for a repairman to show up for her car. And afterwards. When I wanted to speak with manager,no one was around. Spent 360.00 on the 4 of us just to turn around and file to fix the ends. I live out of state so to go back wasnt an option not that I would anyways.

3.5/5 pedicure 2/5 experience…read more Called to schedule some pedicures. 2 of them. For me and a friend that never gets to treat herself.. scheduling it was kinda weird the phone got handed around and then I kept mentioning two pedis, and the girl comes on and said "I can do that." We got there and one very nice girl went back and forth doing both pedicures at one time. Water kept getting cold, didn't offer any drinks/water. 2+ hours later.. She did a good job. But that was definitley not the treatment/experience I wanted. Suggestion: give me a heads up of this weirdness BEFORE we are sitting in the chair.

I went in for a consultation for permanent makeup. The…read moreshop is very small, but it was clean, smelled good and the women were fairly nice. This is about all the good things I can say about it. I got there 10 minutes early and still had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time. This was slightly frustrating since I drove down 30 minutes from Toledo. When I met with the permanent makeup artist, she was ill prepared. She had NO pictures of her past work. How do you expect me to let you basically tattoo my FACE without having photos of your work? No way! She said she could show me some on her computer when I came in to get the work done... seems a little backwards to me. She also did not do a patch test to make sure I wasn't allergic to the ink. From everything I've read about getting permanent makeup done, you get a patch test first. When I was getting ready to leave, she was trying to set up an appointment for me to get the procedure done. Yet she had no idea what her schedule was, and tried to set me up for an appointment time of another woman who MIGHT cancel. They just didn't seem to have their stuff together here, not very professional. Maybe if I was going in just to buy makeup or something it would be a nice place, but I would look elsewhere for permanent makeup.

So, I needed a place to get my grey hair roots touched up, because after 3 months I'd had enough…read more I waited & waited but we had a Dr appt in Toledo & since MI was still closed, I decided to go & get my roots touched up. I found this place because I saw a review that said someone travelled 4 hours to go here because Alicia did such a great job. I called & they said they had a hypo-allergenic hair color for me. I made the appointment & showed up on time with my mask etc. Alicia seemed super nice and the hair color did not burn my head. I liked the color and it turned out great except the roots were lighter than rest of my hair. My hair was super long and was giving me a head ache. I asked if she was really good with long,, thick & wavy hair. She said yes and I allowed her to cut it. It sadly was very chopped in the back. I was very sad. I did go back a 2nd time for root touch up though because I needed it & MI was just opening. When I asked her to blow dry the back with a little flip, she said something like "Nope not doing that!" I just said nothing and left. But that first visit, I should've known that something was wrong when she didn't want me to see the back of my hair until she curled it . She offered to curl it for free. I'm pretty sure it's because she was trying to hide the 2- layers that were cut without any blending. I finally went back to my regular salon & they had to cut more in order to fix it. So you can decide if you want to go here or not?
