Alli fixed my highlights fixed that was done by a previous salon and they came out just how I wanted them. I have been multiple times for her to do my highlights and she is very good at what she does. She takes her time and she's very professional. I have also had my hair cut by her and she does a great job at that as well. Prices were similar to other nearby salons but I think it is completely worth it with the results alli gives. I had a great experience at Willow Creek this holiday season. The only service I had time to squeeze in was a classic manicure, but I was very pleased with the quality in comparison to other non-gel manicures I've had in the past. My aesthetician was young but very professional and thorough, and my manicure is continuing to last over a week without chips (which often times occur with manicures that are not gel or acrylic). I was able to experience the new add-on to the original salon that is their spa area, which was peaceful, clean, and quiet. There were many salon brand hair care products on shelves that I have used in the past and was happy to see offered. The staff was very kind and I was glad to make a stop at Willow Creek. I am definitely interested in coming back next time I'm in town from Chicago for massage services and a mani pedi! The photo attached is of my classic manicure after a week of wear. I hired Amanda Stutzman to add hair extensions in my hair and she is terrible at this service. I asked her to fix them and cut my hair so they blend and she cancelled on me and sent me weird pictures of her and her kids. So unprofessional. I stopped to talk to Mary the owner as I've been a client for several years and she didn't have time for me as she was getting her nails done. I paid $1,500 to be loyal and stay with Willow Creek and my extensions are falling off on one side and she looped them and the loops fell out too. People seat my hair thinking I have bugs in it. But neither Amanda or Mary will even meet me to take a look at them. if you want a salon to stand behind their services, don't go here! read more

If i would give you guys 0 star I wouldn't mind. I came in to your place the day of my engagement. The hair styler is not professional at all, she didn't know what she were doing. The roots was not straight because she didn't iron them. After one hour my hair went so baaaad! It became so frizzy and the curls were gone! I have never saw my hair like that. And this is not my first time going to saloon. Also i called to talk to manager and she said the manager will call you back but she didn't! I called yesterday with a very last minute request for a haircut and highlights, and the receptionist worked with the staff availability to squeeze me in. My thick, long, and neglected hair is completely renewed and I'm in love with it again!!! My haircut finally has layers in all the right places (not easy to do with my length and thickness), and Mary took the time to assess my eye and skin color to find a hair color that looks absolutely amazing! I feel very refreshed and renewed, and I can't wait to show off my new "do" at events this summer! I also think I've finally found a stylist to stick with after years of searching!!! read more

First time I had gone to Willow Creek was amazing. Great color and style and the customer service was phenomenal. Today I had gone back. The hair stylist I had before doesn't work there anymore so I had the owner this time. Worst experience ever !!!! The color in my hair is blotchy and looks horrible. She was rushing me out and tried to have me leave with wet hair !!! I told her I wanted it dried and she did but I just felt completely rushed. I payed 80 dollars the first time and 99 this time !! Very unprofessional. I made an appointment with Chelsea. I told her from the start that my availability was Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I had to reschedule once due to someone calling off at work. I did give her 24 hrs notice. She rescheduled me for almost a month out. She canceled that appointment the day before. She rescheduled me again. She canceled that appointment the day before saying she doesn't have enough time to see me because she moved to a new salon and she's just too tight on hours and if I can only do Fridays and Saturdays maybe I should find somebody else. Seriously!!?? You were telling me to go to the same salon since the first day I contacted you. I'm going to assume you know what their hours are especially since you did my cousin's hair back in May and you were at the same place. You're rude, a liar, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Every time I went into Willow Creek Salon I was charged more money. It started at 120 for a partial color and cut and I went in around five times and by the last appointment I was charged over $230.. it was actually so insane. It happened to someone I know as well. She was a long time client and all of a sudden the prices started going up and up by $15-20 each appointment she had with no prior warning from the salon. They also push you to purchase their merchandise and products so aggressively it gets awkward. It's just not a feel good place and they start to scam you once they think they have your business. Very upset with the service today. Had an appointment at 12:45. The day of scheduling I told the women that we would be a few minutes late due to a funeral. She said that was perfectly fine. Today I even called them to remind them we would be a few minutes late. They once again said it was okay. We were literally 3 minutes away from the salon when they called us and said they had to cancel because the stylist didn't have time. They said perms take 2 hours, the studio closes at 4pm and our scheduled time today be finished was around 3pm. So you mean to tell me she had another appointment during the same time as ours? Because I highly highly doubt they would make an appointment less than an hour before close. It would be different if they told us that we had to be there right on time but it's the fact that I told them in advance and they said it was okay. We weren't even 15 minutes late... my boyfriend is so upset he didn't get his hair done. Super unprofessional. read more

The salon is new, but very small. I felt very cramped. It is also loud, so don't expect a relaxing experience. It is a clean salon, but the pedicure chair is SO uncomfortable and they only have a portable pedicure bowl, so there are no jets and it is very shallow. Again, you go back for a relaxing pedicure and you just hear noise. I went to get a lip wax, and again it was not a relaxing experience. The technician shared the room with other technician, so she kept having to leave for supplies, and the wax was not hot enough. Last but not least, the owner was VERY pushy about selling products it was kind of annoying. read more

Don't go to Rhonda for color. My hair didn't end up even close to what I asked for and she was very rude when I mentioned it was too yellow. They did not book extra time like I called to request so she was backed up. She said I'd have to pay more for extra toner and that she had two people waiting. How in the world is it my fault that she and the salon at large have poor time management? I will never go back as I had to pay someone else more money to fix my horrible dye job. read more

Horrible..Had a stylist Mary..she burnt my hair with whatever product she was using..the cut is horrible.. and the products she reccomended for my hair dried out my hair even more. One of the products she reccomended had an alcohol base which alcohol dries the hair. I called to complain stating i wanted at least some of my money n No!!!! I spent alot of money for horrible experience!! I even had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed..this turned in one expensive learning lesson!!! read more

I found Willow Creek Salon on yelp and WOW, what an AMAZING experience. Let me say first, the salon is adorable, clean and inviting. I was greeted with a warm smile and felt right at home. My services included waxing, pedicure and I finished the day with JESSY for color and cut. I was a new client who needed some TLC away from home and that is exactly what I received. My waxing session was followed up with helpful brow tips and my pedicure was very relaxing. Jessy listened to my hair needs and made time to fit in the color service that I did not anticipate but so desperately needed. Not knowing what to expect, my finished color was EXACTLY what I had asked for. My cut and style were followed up with product advice and I am sold....Although this salon would mean an hour and a half travel time, I WILL be a returning customer. that salon was a joke. It is a small place, they only have 1 tiny room with 1 chair for nails. I went for a pedicure and they put a bucket with water for my feet, while I sat in an old chair, then took it away and kept my feet on a chair extended foot rest. They do not scrub feet or clean around nail beds, nothing. I had to ask for OPI because they use some $2 crap as a polish. it is all very low quality, but costs only $22 so I should not expect more. I used the rest of the money from my gift card for some expensive skin lotion and hand cream because it is hard to go back there again. read more
