Massage Green always does excellent and I leave feeling totally rejuvenated. They have a variety of services they offer, from massages, to facials and saunas. I love the fact that I can add my choice of essential oils during my massage followed by an amazing hot towel. I really enjoy working with Christie, but throughout the years I've also worked with other massage therapist who also do a good job. I sent my wife and daughter to do a face facial last Thursday afternoon. They have done a facial at this spa last year and it was perfect. This time they had Horrible experience. The lady seemed new and doesn't know what she's doing at all. If you want to charge that much for a facial, please have an experienced person do the massage. It was a huge waste of money. read more

I was visiting family and the amount of stress I endured made me look up a place to get a quality massage. I called in a spoke with Curtis, the manager, and he answered all my questions I had about getting their services done during COVID. When I arrived, he explained to me how my appointment will go and then he handed me off to Jessica. Jessica was amazing! The room was sanitized and Jessica was fully covered to make me feel safe. When I think of a massage I want an experience that I'll rave to my friends about. This wasn't it! Upon entry the place is nice. The room for a couples massage was also nice. Preparing for the massage there is nowhere to put your belongings only hooks behind the door. Try hanging full outfits plus coats for two people on 2 hooks behind the door. Plus there is nowhere to put your shoes or purse. The actual massage service was ok. I, myself like to fall asleep during my massage. To me that means I am in full relaxation mode. It didn't happen! Once it's over no water offered just instruction to drink plenty of water. During check out the rep stated they currently do not offer paper receipts they'll email. Well wondering why my total was so high I waited a few hours and still no email receipt. I called to ask about the receipt and was told they didn't have my email address. Although I completed the forms prior to receiving service and documented my email address. To my surprise my receipt stated $69.95 each although this was our first visit. The advertised introductory price of $49.95 was increased because we booked the couples room. There was no mention of the per person $20 room upgrade fee for the couples room when services were booked and if I didn't request my receipt and asked for an explanation I would not have been advised. I was referred to this location by a co-worker who was very satisfied with their service. My experience was subpar and will more than likely not go back. read more

My mom purchased a one-hour massage for me for Christmas. Came in and was promptly greeted by the very friendly receptionist. The ambiance in the lobby was spectacular (kudos to their interior designer/decorator). I felt very relaxed and ready for my massage. The bed and the room for my massage were warm and welcoming. The massage itself was nice - but I should have spoken up and asked for deeper pressure (I like deep tissue massages, not just light feathering-type). I work across the street @Roosters barber shop. so I was super excited about this place opening. I finally booked an hour massage and it was awesome! Being a barber I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain from holding my arms up all day. Also lower back pain from standing up all day. My therapist focused on those areas and her pressure was spot on. Stay away! Horrible business practices. Stole money from my mother who is on a fixed income. They messed up her appointment, that she made for my daughter and her for a graduation present. My mother was thrilled to do this for my daughter, saving up her money. Then she got charged for both appointment without her ever getting them! They are dishonest and I would recommend anyone, stay away. I am a business owner myself and am shocked that they do business like this, letters were sent to owner with no response! I know I'm already on here once.....But I felt like I should add that I'm still going, and have been a member for several months now. Every visit is something I look forward to, and every time I leave feeling so much better. I'm a nurse and I have back pain pretty much all the time. I have yet to come across any therapist that wasn't excellent, and I've had a different one every time. I can't thank the stars enough for a place where I can just simply relax! Even the lobby is relaxing (and that tea is awesome!). I am forever grateful that I've found a place like this that is affordable. I did the 3 hour massage, facial & sauna combo. I loved it so much my friend booked one Friday based on my bragging. I started with the sauna for an hour. The sauna is a single person experience so you can adjust the temperature according to your comfort I went with the relaxation program but there is many to choose from. The sauna has a tablet mounted to the wall to enjoy pandora or Netflix while you relax. Next I did the massage with Anna (highly recommend asking for her or Theresa I had a very negative massage experience with someone else once before.) the bed was very warm as I requested. She was very good & focused on trouble spots for just long enough. Last was my facial with Jamie. Jamie was very informative & personable! It was a great ending to my perfect spa day. So glad I gave this place a second chance after having a negative experience with my first visit. I got all these services for 99.99 & I would highly recommend it to anyone that needs to treat themselves. My whole day was great because it started at Massage Green. read more

It was a very relaxing and wonderful experience. The entry is very nice. My masseuse confirmed with me pressure a few times and it was perfect. I also tried the sauna for the first time, which was really nice. There's a screen in the sauna that allows you to watch TV, listen to music and control the sauna temperature. Very nice. read more

This place is crap. I am extremely disappointed. The front desk worker Gretchen is rude and smells strongly of body odor and it is far from pleasing. She and Curtis make rude comments about customers while we are there. I have never been so insulted by a business place in my life. Curtis is always openly swearing and singing songs that are laced with profanity and it is so offensive. The manager is also rude. Massage Green Spa false advertises the length of their massages and they are cut shorter. I am never coming back and I am informing all of my gal friends to do the same. read more

I called to schedule a massage after seeing an ad for a $49.99 hour massage. I was told that because I was scheduling for a holiday (October 21???) the cost would be $69.99 I was told it was Sweetest Day. The lobby was nice but the room was quite plain. The massage therapist was very nice. She asked if I would like to use an oil and I picked lavender. She did not tell me that it would be an additional charge of $10.72. When my credit card statement came I noticed that I had been charged $85.75 instead of the $69.99. I called and was told I would be reimbursed for the $10.72 overcharge, but nothing would be reimbursed for the additional charge of the lavender oil. I was very disappointed in this first and last experience with Massage Green Spa! read more

Just left yet another great day at this Spa. This time I was able to try the sauna after my massage. I was able to try the sauna, and it was awesome. They have a screen in there so I was able to watch Netflix while I relaxed after my amazing massage. The staff was friendly as always and even got me a cup of hot tea while I waited for my therapist to take me back. You should defiantly try this place out if you need some ME TIME! read more
