The exterior of the building itself is stunning and the ambiance inside immediately gives off a relaxing spa vibe. With light hardwood floors and windows throughout, the salon is clean, open and inviting. My hair stylist is Megan Kimmerly and she is phenomenal! Megan listens and is extremely professional with excellent insight into how to achieve the desired color and cut. She does my highlights, lowlights and Keratin treatments, in addition to cut and style.. While I've had some disappointing experiences elsewhere, I feel no stress at all with Megan. I trust her judgment and know I'm in good hands. She is also very efficient with her time and extremely pleasant as a person. I'm so grateful that I found her! I have also observed that other stylists at this salon conduct themselves in a professional manner and have admired the hair results of their clients. While I understand that spa services such as facials and mani-pedis are offered, I have not tried them though it is a lovely environment for a day spa. The ambiance is very classy yet comfortable. She decided to try this location because it is closer to us than Adrian was. While this place is clean and appears to be organized and professionally run by nice people, I must warn you be careful who you get. The younger inexperienced nail techs do not do as good of a job and the ones that really do a good job ( young or older) are never available because they're constantly booked. Also, she said the selection of nail polish colors is substandard compared to the average salon. Just not enough choices. For the first time in 12 years my wife experienced premature chipping. Was it a substandard product or was it a poor application? We do not know. It's going to be hit or miss here ....You may have to break out some greenbacks to convince your way into somebody's schedule, otherwise you may end up with a "lower tier" nail tech. My wife does not like to complain but she was disappointed considering the cost of the manicure. On the flip side... my wife had a pedicure done that was very good. ***

I have really heavy, thick, stick straight hair, and you wouldn't believe the butcher jobs other places used to manage on it. A friend suggested I see Jenny a long while back after hearing me complain about the previous places I had tried. Nobody else has cut my hair since. I feel completely comfortable with her, and anymore when I go in there, I don't go with an idea - I let her do whatever she would like to my hair - it always looks good! Her salon is very serene, with calming blues on the walls, and she carries all kinds of great products (my husband is a huge fan of the Moroccan Oil). The staff (which is all her family) are very warm and friendly. I often find myself staying long after my appointment is finished, just chatting with her mother or sister! I can't recommend them enough! I have referred many friends and family to her, and they all still continually go to see the Pello's exclusively! Check them out next time you need a cut or color. They also do hair removal and spray tanning, but I have yet to use either of these services.

I still had alot of blonde left in my hair so all I needed was low lights. When she started drying my hair she turned it ORANGE!! I said my hair is orange..Kerri was trying to correct her mistake by putting all this dark brown in my hair along with red underneath my hair..when that was processed it was way to dark..I asked for some highlights so it would not look so dark..she only put like 6 fools in my hair and did not leave them into process enough. Kerri kept saying she had to get home to make her husband lunch for work. Then she was telling me that the blue paint on the walls in the salon made my hair look darker. I paid for my hair and left, the more I kept looking at my hair I had all these different colors and a blotchy highlight. When I texted her to say I would like my hair fixed, she kept putting me off on a time to come in to the salon. She texts me at 10pm to tell me to come in the salon at 10am Sat. So I arrive at the salon on 10am, Salon is closed no one is there. When I text Kerri regarding our appointment she said "you did not confirm the appointment". The same text at 10pm at night. I've sent this lady numerous texts every day since Tuesday that I wanted my hair fix or a refund. Finally, I just said never mind I would like my money back so I can find a stylist to fix my hair. Per Kerri no refunds, I asked for the owner name so I can make an official complaint, per Kerri she is the owner. Wow!!
