She asked me what I wanted each step of the way and really made sure I was happy with the service before leaving. She even offered to do a touch up wax in a few days for the stragglers which I had never been offered before. She was quick yet took her time where it mattered. The actual service could have been so much more painful but she was so great about pulling the strips and allowing time for me to freak out lol. The lotions and serums they apply to the waxed area are so soothing and I left feeling very comfortable. I don't live here but if I did I'd make her my go-to girl!!!

Makaylah reached out an hour before my rescheduled appointment and asked for a picture of my lashes because it had been a month since I had them put on. I sent the photo, and 30 minutes later when I was on my way to the appointment I was told the price would go up because now I need a full set. This also lengthens the appointment by 2 hours which I did not have time for last minute. I was then told I can only get a partial refund because I signed a paper that says 24-hour cancellation policy but yet it was ok that they told me I had to pay for a full set, and spend 2 hours more there, just 30 minutes before the appointment. This is bad business. Never again. Highly discourage this place.

A pedicure should leave your feet feeling refreshed and cared for, not sore and inflamed. Despite the poor quality of the service and the discomfort it caused, I was still charged full price with little acknowledgment of the issue. The owner pulled the nail tech back while she corrected the lack of polish and tailoring of the pedicure, standing over me while she some what fixed the issue. I am currently renewing my pedicure from a different facility. While completing this, the nail tech noticed significant crater with each toe.
