Once I arrived, the salon was bright, clean and overall very cute & trendy. I was also offered coffee. The nail polish colors were adorable and had matching gel colors to go with them. The nail polishes themselves were more natural and free of harsh chemicals. The owner, Sydney, did a great job on my gel manicure and regular pedicure. My gel manicure lasted for month than two weeks. Woo! Sydney was very personable, professional and easy to talk to. We even talked about true crime! I wish her the best and will definitely come back.

She decided to try this location because it is closer to us than Adrian was. While this place is clean and appears to be organized and professionally run by nice people, I must warn you be careful who you get. The younger inexperienced nail techs do not do as good of a job and the ones that really do a good job ( young or older) are never available because they're constantly booked. Also, she said the selection of nail polish colors is substandard compared to the average salon. Just not enough choices. For the first time in 12 years my wife experienced premature chipping. Was it a substandard product or was it a poor application? We do not know. It's going to be hit or miss here ....You may have to break out some greenbacks to convince your way into somebody's schedule, otherwise you may end up with a "lower tier" nail tech. I was very pleased with the gentleman who took my call to get me scheduled for three different services as the online booking isn't very user friendly (that could just be me though.) This was a complete 180 from the last time I tried to call when the woman seemed very burdened by me trying to make an appointment over the phone. She was not at all helpful and I ended up putting off this appointment even longer in fear I would burden someone else. When you walk in you're instantly hit with the most delicious smell (I really need to figure out what that is!) There's a waterfall as seen in one of my photos as the first thing you see when you walk in which I just adore. I was greeted by the receptionist, Abby and she was delightful. So vibrant, sweet, patient, accommodating, explained everything well and answered all of my questions with grace and knowledge. One thing I would change is having what I assume was the staff lounge door wide open. It's kind of like Disney where there's something about seeing the hidden areas that makes the place lose some of its magic. At the wellness center there is a certain ambience and professionalism. Continuity at the nail salon would make the place even better. Having said this though, it is more upbeat like a salon so I can see why there might be a bit more leniency in this area. I had no wait and was taken back to a nice room all to myself where I received my foot salt soak (I chose the detox blend) and the infrared sauna. While soaking, I had the best chair massage ever. I was asked if I wanted to put my phone and belongings on the bench next to me and I should've just put my phone down because I was immediately transported to a place of transcendence. The tv with the gorgeous scenery was a big help. I didn't look at my phone once. I don't know what can be done about this but another thing I would suggest is getting the sauna floors underneath the boards where you step in dusted. I then had my luxury manicure with gel polish and Emily did a phenomenal job. She was super friendly, personable, and seemed to love what she does. I just absolutely cannot wait to come back!!!

By the end of the service, I had what is commonly called a "ring of fire"--the skin surrounding several toenails was red, irritated, tender, and visibly overworked. A pedicure should leave your feet feeling refreshed and cared for, not sore and inflamed. Despite the poor quality of the service and the discomfort it caused, I was still charged full price with little acknowledgment of the issue. The owner pulled the nail tech back while she corrected the lack of polish and tailoring of the pedicure, standing over me while she some what fixed the issue. I am currently renewing my pedicure from a different facility. While completing this, the nail tech noticed significant crater with each toe.

I have an allergy to regular gel, which is why I use this salon for their natural products. Jessica assured me that if there were any issues, she would fix them at no charge. When two nails peeled off, I reached out to her, but she directed me back to my original tech, who has never had this issue with my nails. I was charged full price for a new structured gel manicure, which makes sense because my original tech provided the high-quality service I'm used to--lasting 2+ weeks. I kindly asked Jessica for a refund, as her technique clearly didn't work. She omitted the base coat and claimed the structured rubber coat was sufficient, which isn't accurate for this product line to perform properly. While Jessica is polite, her approach to customer service is flawed, as she charged for a service that didn't meet basic standards.
