I have typically seen Kevin, who consistently does an excellent job. Recently, I switched to Lilly due to scheduling convenience. She works quickly and the quality of her nail work has generally been good. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has become increasingly uncomfortable. Over my last several visits, I noticed that Lilly rarely greeted me, made eye contact, or acknowledged me during my appointments, while appearing much more welcoming and friendly with other customers. At first, I assumed I was being overly sensitive, but my most recent visit confirmed that something felt off. During the appointment, I had a cut on one of my fingers. Lilly repeatedly squeezed that finger while working, causing significant discomfort. When my hand would naturally tense up from the pain, she became visibly irritated and repeatedly told me to relax my hand, even after I explained that the pressure on the cut was hurting. She also nicked me with the drill while buffing my nails. While accidents can happen, there was no acknowledgment or apology. Additionally, although I arrived on time for my appointment, I was started several minutes late. That normally wouldn't bother me. What did concern me was that with only a short amount of time left in my service, Lilly stopped working on my nails to begin another customer's removal process before returning to finish mine. I was left waiting without any explanation, apology, or acknowledgment. I've never written a negative public review before, but after this experience, I felt it was important to share. Quality nail work is only part of the experience...customer service, professionalism, and respect matter too. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers receive the level of care and attention that long-term clients deserve.

Once I arrived, the salon was bright, clean and overall very cute & trendy. I was also offered coffee. The nail polish colors were adorable and had matching gel colors to go with them. The nail polishes themselves were more natural and free of harsh chemicals. The owner, Sydney, did a great job on my gel manicure and regular pedicure. My gel manicure lasted for month than two weeks. Woo! Sydney was very personable, professional and easy to talk to. We even talked about true crime! I wish her the best and will definitely come back.

I still had alot of blonde left in my hair so all I needed was low lights. When she started drying my hair she turned it ORANGE!! I said my hair is orange..Kerri was trying to correct her mistake by putting all this dark brown in my hair along with red underneath my hair..when that was processed it was way to dark..I asked for some highlights so it would not look so dark..she only put like 6 fools in my hair and did not leave them into process enough. Kerri kept saying she had to get home to make her husband lunch for work. Then she was telling me that the blue paint on the walls in the salon made my hair look darker. I paid for my hair and left, the more I kept looking at my hair I had all these different colors and a blotchy highlight. When I texted her to say I would like my hair fixed, she kept putting me off on a time to come in to the salon. She texts me at 10pm to tell me to come in the salon at 10am Sat. So I arrive at the salon on 10am, Salon is closed no one is there. When I text Kerri regarding our appointment she said "you did not confirm the appointment". The same text at 10pm at night. I've sent this lady numerous texts every day since Tuesday that I wanted my hair fix or a refund. Finally, I just said never mind I would like my money back so I can find a stylist to fix my hair. Per Kerri no refunds, I asked for the owner name so I can make an official complaint, per Kerri she is the owner. Wow!! Very rough on my head, even folding the foils down over my face and applying the hair color over my eyes and nose. She was one of those people who made you feel dumb when you asked a question, and also like she had better things to be doing besides working with you. I am less than satisfied with my results, and even less satisfied with the level of service I received. I will probably not consider going back to Ginger any time soon.
