Veryyyyyy disappointed in this place. I was happy at how my nails looked, until after a few days after I got them done, one broke. A few days later another broke, and others started chipping and coming off as well. I went back twice to tried to get them fixed, but they have been closed all week. I had to end up going to another place and have them redo my nails! I also had to pay more for tips on the ones that had broken. A waste of money! My nails didn't even last a whole week. Well, I always ask my wife to get a receipt especially when I'm paying the bill, and it looks like I'm always paying the bill when it comes to her pedicure and manicure! (UGH) Nevertheless, my wife paid for and signed a receipt for $83, with a CASH TIP! When I reconciled my account I found out that CLUB NAILS & SPA charged my account $95. Well, you may say so what, I say BULL! If you multiply 12 times 100 clients that is $1200 extra in their POCKETS!! Nails came out pretty okay, although my chrome nail is pretty transparent. Was greeted right away and seated pretty quickly. Was told one price then halfway through getting my nails done was told a higher price. My nails were not cleaned up before the application of the false nails and dead skin and dirt was left under my real nails. Then when we got to the pedicure the emoryboards were used, tools were not sterilized. They rinsed of the foot scrubber in my foot tub and put it in a plastic bin for the next customer to used. They do not have a price list. I tried this place today and I waited about 15 minutes before they did anything besides ask what service and pick a color. I chose my dip (SNS) poweder and waited. The salon seemed clean and staff was quietly helping other clients. After some time it was my turn and he asked if I had dip on and I told him yes and asked how much dip is, he told me it was $40. He wraps my nails and finished his customer. The dip application was fine and I think he filed too much color off so there is some minor streaks. They did nothing extra like many other nail shops do in the area (lotion, trimming cuticles). He did not ask if I liked it or anything and when it was time to say he said since I already had dip on it's $5 more so my total is $45. I paid and will not be back again. read more

The wife and I came here for the first time over the weekend for pedis. We didn't make an appointment, so we waited for a bit, but it wasn't unreasonable. Our "deluxe" pedis were $30 which added a salt scrub, hot towel, and massage. I can't compare it to their normal pedi ($25), but it seemed like a deal for just $5 more. My pedicurist was thorough and took her time, especially with the scrub and massage (the best parts!). Unfortunately, Allison's pedicurist seemed like she was just learning - she rushed through a lot of the steps, but somehow finished her pedi a full ten minutes after mine was done. The atmosphere isn't nearly as plush or serene as some of the other places you might go, but they spent a good 45 minutes with us, and I can't argue with the price point.
