The other person had someone in her chair ... so when she called me over I went to her ... this was so unacceptable... and after this I doubt I will ever be back ... who knows how long this will take to grow back I should've knew something was wrong when her thread kept breaking as she was threading my brows smh .. For starters, she ran 15 minutes behind with her previous client and did not acknowledge or apologize for the delay when she began. Brows: There was no consultation for my brow wax---she just started waxing and went wayyy overboard. I felt the entire tail of my left brow get waxed off and she immediately said "I'll be right back." She left the suite and when she came back she started filling in my brows with pencil for several minutes. It wasn't until I got home and washed the pencil off before bed that I saw how truly HORRIFIC my brows looked. Uneven, unshaped, and just as I thought, my tail is missing. To make matters worse as she's filling them in she says to me "have you ever noticed your left brow is a lot thinner than your right?" No, I have never noticed that and no brow artist has ever told me that either. She said that because she knew what she did. Upper lip wax: she did FOUR passes on each area and there were still random hairs left. It should not have taken all that! It's like she couldn't get the hair off. She went over the same area wayyyy to many times and now my face is raw with bumps Upper leg wax: Miserable and painful. Soooo much grabbing and pinching because she could not get the wax to pull off. At one point she even said "I'm sorry, it's not you.." Her technique made absolutely no sense and I left with so much wax left on me that's still there after a shower.

She was getting irritated that my eyes kept watering, and in turn became a bit aggressive blotting my eyes. When she had finished my eyes were red and irritated. The lashes were too close to the center of my eye, not straight and way to low on my water line, which irritated my eye lid. I went back to ask for some solution to get them off and was told I would have to pay for that service?!? She was going to fix it for free, but removal was not free. I wasn't going to pay for this, and started to leave, which at this point she now is back tracking and said she would do it, because I said I was leaving a review. She followed me out of the store. The glue is black and acts like a tar. I went and bought eye lash removal solutions during tried to get them off for 3 days- and this is not an exaggeration. When they finally did come off, they also took 90%of my real lashes. I have never in all of the times I've done lashes experienced this. I was going to be in the area and thought I would give this place a try, but regret it. I cant speak for the other services, but stay away from lashes.

I had recently gone to a knew nail salon, just to try and see what I like more, and they completely ruined my nails. I called Paris nails and asked if they could try their best to fix them, and they were very happy and welcoming when it came to trying to make my nails look the best. Tracy listened to everything I had to say and tried to fix them the best she could based off of what I had asked for. They now look amazing and I am very happy with how they had turned out. I would definitely recommend going to this salon, everyone there is very welcoming and never fail to make you laugh! read more

I have been going to A Paris Nails in New Hudson for almost 1 year now. I fly in from Europe just for Tracy. Nobody in the world compares! My nails last a week longer than anywhere else. In addition their prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and efficient. I also get my eyebrow waxing done here which is only 10$ and I am always pleased with the results. I cannot foresee myself going anywhere else and I'd rather wait to come to the US to get my nails done here then go anywhere else! Absolutely 5 stars! read more

I love coming here, they treat me like royalty!! I have always been extremely satisfied with my manicures and pedicures at Paris Nails and have recommended them to my family members and friends! JoJo and Hung do my nails, but Tracy, the new owner, Taylor, John, Cindy are excellent manicurists as well! Paris Nail Salon and Spa has become my favorite place for mani/pedi pampering. It has new owners who use up to date techniques. The selection of colors is very large. However, there little gatekeeper needs a major attitude adjustment. 5 stars for nails ------neg----stars for atmosphere. It cost nothing to be kind respectful to others. It does start to cost when you do not.

Didn't pay attention to the price of manicure but for basic pedicure, soaking feet with no soap and quick foot massage - the service fee starts at $35. If they use gel ... extra $15. It wasn't me but it was my mom who had her toenails done. They were nice enough to have me sit next to her and watch how he cuts the cuticles one at a time. The service was full one hour and more. No accidents happened like cutting the nails or dead skin. My mom is diabetic and it was very important to know that the male nail technician was very careful. I could have given a 5 star review if only some the people who work there could understand and speak a little bit more English so to have a nice conversation and be able to follow the individual instructions from the customers. Also, show and tell the first time customers how to use the massage chair. Haven't seen how they do nail art but I highly recommend this nail salon for their basic nail services. They use OPI paint. Yes! There are also male clients who come and book their nail appointments here :-) Cash and credit card accepted (no additional service fee). Clean unisex restroom. Located at the Novi Town Center - next to Clothes Mentor and ideal image. Walmart is about 2-3 minutes walk.
