The worst nail experience in my life. Very little attention to detail as you can tell by the photos...jagged edges on my pedicure and hair stuck in my manicure dip powder set. I would have not had tips put on if all of my natural nails were the same length but I wanted them...and when I asked to have them cut shorter than what they cut the tip to, they basically didn't want me to go shorter because they would be filed even shorter....not the case because I had to ask THREE times for them to do so. I'M the paying customer. How embarrassing and such a waste of money. When I say I literally came home and soaked my gel pedicure off within a few hours, I'm not joking. My mom has been a licensed nail tech for 30 years so I know a thing or two when it comes to nails and even doing my own, myself. This place was far from a "Paris, France" experience and more like a "Paris, Texas" one. 0/10 do NOT recommend. read more

My appointment setting experience was awful. She scheduled me before I requested it. Then when I asked the price, and said I did not want to schedule I was deciding between them and Happy Feet, she simply replied "You are scheduled tomorrow." No power? No problem! I went to Paris Nails this morning to get my nails done and right as they started taking off my old dip polish the power went out. They made it work! Including having somebody hold a light over my nails while Tracey did them. They did an amazing job and you would never know that they did it without power! I had my nails done by Kim. I just have short natural nail. I just asked for a manicure. I didn't want any nail polish just a plan manicure. She also waxed my eyebrows. For just a basic manicure and to wax my eyebrows she charged me $35.00. Most places charge $25 for a full set a nails and $10 for a eyebrow wax. All I had was a manicure without even getting my nails polished. I just wanted my cuticles cleaned up and my shirt nails shaped nicely. I was way over charged by her. I won't ever go back there. After posting this the owner messaged me harassing me. I don't recommend this place at all. Milford, Highland and surrounding areas have way better places that know how to do business. read more

I politely asked for something to wipe my side table at the pedicure station I was at, it had garbage on it and was dirty. The nail tech was confused and got her manager. Which I felt wasn't necessary, but I thought she didn't understand. The manager didn't seem to understand either and brought over a can of aerosol Lysol. I explained that the table was sticky and I needed a paper towel and water or a disinfecting wipe, something wet. They were totally baffled and confused. This started to concern me and I asked what they clean with. Many years ago I walked away with athletes foot from this salon. I recently gave it another chance. The manager said it was under new ownership. I gave him advice that they should get a container of disinfecting wipes and clean the stations between customers especially during cold and flu season. Look at the surroundings in there. It's dirty. The whole things dirty. They haven't washed the walls in who knows when? Go to get a pedicure and look around. The side tables were grimy, the floors were dirty , old toe nails, dirty tile. You can tell when something's been cleaned regularly. The UV lights are particularly dirty. Like I said their understanding of English language faded further during our conversation. During my manicure the technician and her coworker spoke loudly and were laughing in their language. Just rude. They have good colors and that's about it. They don't do great shaping of nails. At least not for us trying to get us out of there. They also the time before asked for a cash only tip? I thought that was kind of nervy. I always give a good tip for good service. If I give you a tip on my card along with what I owe, take it or leave it. I don't know what racket they're running? Not a huge deal, but I think I'd rather not have my nails done than go here. read more

I went today with my daughter to get pedis, and my daughter also got a mani. My pedi was very good and my technician did a good job on my polish. My daughter's experience was quite different. Her technician rushed the whole time and her French manicures on the toes and hands was substandard. When I asked if they could put another clear coat over her finger nails to make it look less rough, she did it at the register. Like really? How unprofessional could you possibly be. We had appointments, and I asked 2 times during my visit, if I could add a regular manicure to our services. I was under the impression that they had time. When I finally asked who'll be doing it, I was met with rudeness. They kept asking me if I had an appointment for it. I said I asked earlier if they had time to add it. The whole experience just turned really sour for me, because they were rude and did a crappy job on my daughter's nails which cost by itself $75!!! I don't think I will go there again. read more

I try other places in the area and they are always sloppy in comparison so I come back to Paris when I want beautiful nails that last. Owners are friendly and they are taking more precautions than other salons in New Hudson against Covid. I went there to get a Mani/pedi before my wedding. I got in right away which was partly why I gave this place 2 stars and also because it is nicely decorated and smells clean (not over powered by acrylic). However, the lady who did my pedi was so incredibly rough with my feet, she cut my cuticle making my toe bleed. Considering I was getting married near a lake and was wearing bridal flip flops I was not pleased. I also asked for a French manicure and it was so incredibly sloppy. My kids could have done a nicer job in all honesty. When i was leaving a woman came in complaining because she had formed a nasty blister under her nail bed from acrylics that she had to see a dr. for. That was the cake topper. Hideous. My 8 year old son could do a better job painting my nails. Left traces of old polish on and filed unevenly, with the tips left ragged and painted over. Thick, gloppy coats with air bubbles. Polish running onto fingers and not cleaned up. How is a "professional" nail salon not able to do a simple polish change? Save yourself the time and money and pay the nearest kindergartener $5 to slap on some polish. You'll just have to go home and refile and repaint your nails if you come here. read more

I visited this nail salon after seeing a really cute pedi design on my friend. Unfortunately I didn't experience the same. My mom's pedi seemed to be really thorough, well massaged, paint done well. But the (older) lady that did mine was very quick then did one of the sloppiest french/with lines design on me. I'm not high maintenance when it comes to things and keep an open mind but when I suggest that she use a color and put lines in a certain spot, she didn't understand me well enough and just cleaned up what she had already done. Pretty disappointing considering it was a $36 pedi for a halfie job. read more
