Wow, they did such a good job. I've been getting dip powder at other salons for a while and it always starts to look crazy after 3 days! When I tell you my nails look so good and they were only about $47 + she did it in a hour! Outrageous prices. They charged me almost $100 for a manicure and polish change on my toes. Seems like they just make up prices based upon each person. Granted it was a French on my toes but the white lines were very sloppy and my shellac manicure chipped after less than one week. Recently started coming to 1 Top Nails and each time has been a great experience so far. Salon is very clean and reasonably priced. I've had a few different nail techs but my favorite has been Casey, she is so gentle, personable, and detailed with her work. I love how my nails look after every visit! Very disappointed to write this review... I'd been going here for 5 months or so after my old salon tore my nail bed apart. Always was receiving perfection from them until my last 2 visits or so....one of the techs who usually does my full sets does amazing, but every time I come for a fill somebody different takes me. This techs work ultimately made me end my visits. I came in for a fill and polish change. I asked for French tips. I left very unhappy and feeling like there was no way this was $55 . So I called 4 mins after leaving the salon asking for changes etc etc. Overall the owner lien handled it very well. But because of this mess I will not be back. Here is the 55$ French tips... Gave this place a try bc my usual place was full & was unfortunately disappointed. Had an appt for 10am, the person doing my nails didn't show up until 15min after. From the start I said I was keeping my nail shape (almond) but shorter. He proceeded to cut them down in a way that did not make this possible. I had to pull up photos on my phone to show him again what the shape should be, and he did his best to salvage. Stopped him halfway through to remind him that my appt was a Dip + Manicure & he was skipping my manicure. Got through the dip process, sat & waited for the top coat to dry... waited several minutes longer than I was told, and my nails were still gooey & got messed up as soon as I started touching anything. Owner told the tech to redo the top coat but with Gel/UV. He did so, I paid & left. Two days later the top coat was peeling off 2 nails. By 5 days, it was gone from all nails (I have a desk job, I don't do any manual labor with my hands). I will say the owner was extremely nice & mentioned the tech was brand new, but unfortunately this was too many misses for me to return. read more

I came here after my regular place rushed through my typical manicure and didn't cover all of my nails with a top coat, which causes them to chip after a few days. I called top nails on Monday evening asking if they would have time for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure if I came in around 6:45-7:00 after a stressful day, and they assured me it was okay. Sure enough, my manicure ran late, and I felt really badly as their closing hour neared. Lin assured me over and over again that it was fine, telling me that she "loves her job", and it's evident in her work. She gave me a beautiful manicure and took her time making sure it was perfect, even adding a third coat of color because it was too sheer. I also love that they have personal pedicure boxes for each customer. This place is fantastic, and I'll definitely be back. You'd be remiss in not going yourself. read more

Love this place! I have been a few times now and as a new customer I have been impressed all times! I always get a dip powder manicure and it always turns out amazing. They use a really good brand and everything is very clean and sanitary! As well as a great color collection and tons to choose from. They make you feel comfortable and they get to know everyone that walks through the door. They know my name and what i like before i even say anything. The BEST nail salon I have ever been to. I have been going here for over 6 years now and refuse to switch places! The owner Lien is so friendly and truly makes you feel at home. She treats her clients as if they were here second family. Atmosphere is very comfortable and always clean. The prices are very fair and a wonderful job comes along with it, which is great. They also have personal pedicure boxes with each clients name on it for future use, which I believe is such a creative way to maintain cleanliness. I will never trust anyone else with my nails! I never going back to this nails shop because when I went to get my nail fix because it was lifting . The lady just put acrylic on top of that lifting nail when I let her know that my nail was lifting and the next day my nail broke. When I went back to second time my nail had started bleeding when he try to take my nail off my acrylic nail and he only took off half of my nail when it start bleeding. Then when he finally took off the other part of my nail my nails was bleeding badly and I was in so much pain. I was crying because it hurt and burn at the same time .The reason was because the lady did my nails 2 days before had glue it to my skin . read more

I made this mistake of going to a place a few cities over because I was in a rush and needed my nails done for an important event. I ended up back with Lynn the next morning so she could fix their work. Lesson learned! I will never go any where else again! Lynn and Wendy are great! They always go out of their way to accommodate me. I get the shellac manicures and they last me for weeks. I never have any issues. I came here on a holiday because my usual nail salon was closed. I had a mani/pedi which was completely half-assed. I had to tell the lady to trim my cuticles and file my nails better. The massage at the end of the pedi was pathetic, if you're like me, I totally look forward to the massage. Prices were cheaper than the average, $28 for mani/pedi, so I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I've been giving this place multiple chances and they have never once been on time for an appointment. Or even within 15 minutes, they leave you sitting with your feet soaking and pruning forever. They never turn down walk ins. The staff is not very friendly. I would NOT recommend, anywhere else would be worth the small amount of extra money. read more

The service sucked!! Wendy took forever to do my nails and no one was in the shop. I went to get a color change on my toes and full set on my hands and the total came out to be 45 when I was originally told 30. I feel ripped off and on top of that my nails don't even look good. I received a dangerous, harmful and painful pedicure. The young man scraped so much skin off my toe and heel, that I bled and am now trying to heal the possible infection, as well as enduring the pain which has been ongoing for the past three days from the deeply scraped off skin. The first thing he asked was if I wanted the nails 'cut' which was incredulous, and he then did a poor, uneven cut of the nails. Do not use this salon. read more
