No one has ever been able to draw on my brows as well as me so when I say I found the best brow artist in Michigan I mean it bcuz I wouldn't let just anyone do this to my face. The technique I had done isn't microblading but, similar in the sense that its semi-permanent, it's called #OmbrePowderBrows. It will darken over time & in 6 weeks I will go for a touch up. It didn't hurt too bad & it lasts for 1-3 years. I HIGHLY recommend LoAnn, she has a GIFT!!! She can just look at your face & know exactly how your brows are meant to look. She takes her time mapping out your brows & makes sure you are happy with them before moving forward. She is extremely professional & a perfectionist. Not only is she an expert in her field, she is extremely sweet & kind which made a fairly scary process SO much easier. She gives off a confidence & certainty in her skills that puts your mind at ease right away & lets you know your in the right place. Look no further Michigan, you have your "L.A. brow artist" right here!

Loud talking to me the paying customer.. Extremely Disappointing Experience!!!! I've been coming here for years, but never have I had such a negative experience with a business owner. Jimmy was rude, argumentative, and completely unprofessional--in front of other customers, no less. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. I was there for a simple dip powder, and even the staff looked shocked by his behavior. One customer just shook her head. I've read reviews about his rudeness before, but this was the first time I experienced it firsthand--and it will be the last. There are nail salons on every street. I'll be taking my business--and those I referred--elsewhere. Respect and professionalism matter. Do better. No way to do a 70+ Grandmother!!! Take your business elsewhere!!!

I hoped it wouldn't affect the service, so I went ahead with the appointment. When she finished, everything seemed fine because she had styled my hair. But after a week, when I washed and straightened it myself, I finally saw the chop job that had been done. It was completely botched, and I was extremely disappointed. Thankfully, Pauline--the owner--came through. I went back in, and she did some miracle work so I was able to keep my length and get rid of the choppy look. I was going to give one star because I was devastated with the original outcome but Pauline was very kind, and fast with her response and solution and handled the situation with grace and the salon deserves some love. Thank you Pauline. You made me feel heard and understood the assignment.

When I walked in, I confirmed the price with the front desk and she said "actually it's $35, that promotion ended" even though the promotion ad is still active on their Instagram and doesn't list an end date. I said fine. Got the service done, hairdresser was pushing products on me the whole time which is fine and typical. Tells me I need a trim and I said "well that's what I'm here for..?" She said "ohh you want a trim?" I said "yeah.." at the end, they end up charging me $60! I complained to them saying they were constantly upcharging and placing false prices! The owner tells me I'm not just paying for the haircut, I'm paying for "education". ??? So the time that the hairdresser was talking my ear off was $25 extra. Ok. Never returning.
