On 3/30/24, "B" had turned my hair charcoal/green. She ended up leaving the salon without an apology or a goodbye. The owner and manager offered to try to "fix" my hair. After taking the toner out, the owner tried to gaslight me into thinking that I "must have had" red hair at one point - I have not - because she was pulling red/pink out of my hair. They redid my highlights and toner to "fix" the pink, and after 8 hours, it was "done." They charged me over $200 for "product" expenses. I naively paid. When I got home, I realized my hair was very dry & frizzy. Not the normal I'm used to. A few days later, a bridal stylist noticed that my hair was very damaged & still pink from Salon & Co. I DMed the owner, Kenzie, to get a refund so I could go get my hair fixed. She refused. "No refunds." After some back and forth, she said she would no longer talk to me over DM. On 4/9/24, I went to the salon to show her my damaged/pink hair and to ask for a refund. I also showed her pictures of my hair quality from before, and what I had initially asked for on 3/30/24 compared to what I had been given. I asked her what she would do if she was me. She became angry and defensive. She acknowledged that my hair is not what I asked for, but that they still would not refund me. She then kicked me out of the salon (almost wouldn't let me grab my belongings either) & blocked me on social media.
