Never once took a real interest in correcting or even looking at the pictures I was showing her on "how" it was cut prior. I have had stylists duplicate the cut before but these two didn't or wouldn't or probably simply couldn't. Lisa the owner continued to bully and patronize me, so I said forget it and left. Sad part is I drove an hour in traffic to get there for the verbal abuse. They are in the business of beauty and making people feel good but know nothing about that. I don't know that any other place is doing this method I have only ever been to very basic walk-in hair salons so I don't know if this is customary but everything is very orderly and timed here if you arrive on time for your appointment, you will leave on time.
