The stylist cut my beard unevenly. It's a hot mess. I'm going to pay another barber to correct it. Then she spent precisely 3 minutes on my haircut. It was a "non-job". The experience cost me 45$ and then the stylist expected a tip. She literally held only the card reader until I'd entered something -- watching that I put in a tip. Very very rude. Net / net - I left the shop with a trashed beard and basically no haircut... I would NOT recommend using this shop.

Might as well just do walk ins at that point. And that's fine, everyone runs behind (an apology would have been nice rather than thanking me for my patience!). But the main reason I'm writing a negative review is after finally getting seated, I find the chair and counter station is full of hair and dirty from the previous client. The stylist isn't prepared and disappeared again to grab the steam machine! So not only did they rob me of my time but after patiently waiting, they robbed my experience. I didn't feel comfortable and lost trust in the cleanliness of the entire place because what else is rushed at this point! Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to other people time.

Extremely disappointed with this haircut. I specifically wanted to keep my natural curls, but the…read morebarber cut the top so short that they're completely gone. On top of that, the fade in the back wasn't blended properly--there's a harsh horizontal line across the back of my head that makes it look unfinished. I understand nobody gets every haircut perfect, but this feels rushed and nothing like what I asked for. Now I'm stuck spending Fourth of July weekend with a haircut I genuinely don't like. I paid for a professional cut and expected much better attention to detail.

This location absolutely refused the pop-in. With two women standing there doing nothing and two hours prior to closing, you must be kidding. Made an appointment for three days later and sorry I did. Wish Yelp would allow selfies so you could see how screwed up this cut came out. Didn't even come out even on both sides. I wish I had the chutzpah to storm out angry and refuse to tip. They deserved it! Lucky for me my wife does. Away we went. Thank goodness it wasn't my daughter. She'd cry her eyes out. At this point, three options: 1. Let it grow out. Not really an option because I have to face people, professionally. 2. Wear lots of hats 3. Head over to LJ's in Novi and get it fixed. To be continued......... 06/25

Both stylists seemed irritated & rude from the start. I should've walked out right away but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. While brushing my hair she was literally yanking my head all the way back & to the side, to the point it hurt my neck. I almost started crying & was going to say something, but was by myself & have major anxiety. So I again, gave her the benefit of the doubt & thought maybe she didn't mean to. She trimmed my hair so unevenly, & cut one side in the front way shorter than the other & bluntly cut everything. She hacked my bangs off with no technique whatsoever, just chopped them off & was going to leave them bluntly & unevenly cut. I asked her to make them a little choppier & evened out. This seemed to really irritate her & she made them even worse. There's a literal chunk cut out of them. She thinned my hair out horribly, leaving some spots thick & others so thin. She definitely took her irritation out on my hair & me. I'm devastated & embarrassed. I'm not sure there's even a way to fix any of it. I can't even do anything to make my bangs look better, I feel devastated & angry. I'd like a refund & for other people to be warned about the two older stylists that work there.
