Normally love this location. But came in today midday with almost no one there and the lady who cut my very simple haircut acted like she was in a race. Not only did they fail to do what I asked, and did the complete opposite; she also butchered my neck line with one side being mowed an inch higher than the other and of course they don't show me with the mirror. I get you were annoyed being first chair and having to answer people walking in but at least care a smidge about what you're doing. I shouldn't have to ask you to not leave a cowlick alone after the rest of the hair is cut short. Note to self only come in if my normal hair stylist is here. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wish I would've walked right out. I went in today to get my bangs trimmed, & the rest of my hair trimmed & thinned out. Both stylists seemed irritated & rude from the start. I should've walked out right away but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. While brushing my hair she was literally yanking my head all the way back & to the side, to the point it hurt my neck. I almost started crying & was going to say something, but was by myself & have major anxiety. So I again, gave her the benefit of the doubt & thought maybe she didn't mean to. She trimmed my hair so unevenly, & cut one side in the front way shorter than the other & bluntly cut everything. She hacked my bangs off with no technique whatsoever, just chopped them off & was going to leave them bluntly & unevenly cut. I asked her to make them a little choppier & evened out. This seemed to really irritate her & she made them even worse. There's a literal chunk cut out of them. She thinned my hair out horribly, leaving some spots thick & others so thin. She definitely took her irritation out on my hair & me. I'm devastated & embarrassed. I'm not sure there's even a way to fix any of it. I can't even do anything to make my bangs look better, I feel devastated & angry. I'd like a refund & for other people to be warned about the two older stylists that work there. DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give nothing I would. Walked in after work, wanting something short with an undercut. The woman with the reddish burgundy hair got me. I dont know her name she never gave it. Took one look at the image I gave her, even had it up on my phone, she immediately began dragging a comb through my hair. Didn't ask how I part my hair nothing. Only asked some question, that I had no idea even what it was, but instead of explaining it, she started cutting my hair into a bob shape. When I stopped her asking why she was cutting it like that instead of the undercut I wanted, she pulled out the trimmers. Disregarded the image all together at this point. I kept trying to explain what I wanted she kept buzzing. Lord help me. By the time she got done, she had disregarded the image, my words, what I asked for all the way around and I walked out basically wishing I had let my 8 year old cut my hair. Thankfully, my husband during the pandemic has gotten really good with hair. He took one look at the mess,got me in the bathroom and fixed the woman's hellush job on my hair. This was a great experience! I was nervous about going to a hair chain that has a reputation as better for men's cuts, but it is definitely possible to get a great women's cut here too! The consensus online is that it all depends on the stylist you get regardless of the salon, and I'm inclined to agree. I did get a simple, long, one-length cut for reference. I'm not sure the name of my stylist, but she was a younger blonde woman, and I'm very grateful for a great cut at a great price! I have faith now that even when I go home to California I can continue to go to Great Clips for my haircuts :) read more

I understand that going to a great clips isn't the best place to get pampered but when I feel rushed and not taken care of it makes me feel like shit. The lady that did my hair huffed at me when I said I wanted my hair washed. I still left her 20% tip because I understand the situation right now. But she should care more about her customers. They ruined my daughter's hair. She asked for a shoulder length (Selena Gomez style)cut and the employee (not calling her a stylist that's giving her some skills) cut her hair in a bowl cut up to her ears. It looked hideous. Then the "employee" argues that is what my daughter asked for. She was shown a photo of the style/cut she wanted and it wasn't a pic of Moe from 3 Stooges. They were so unprofessional... offered to cut her hair again for free. No thanks sweetheart... I've got more skill than you do. Came in a rainy dreary day with long stringy hair dragging me down and left with beautiful light and bouncy hair. I regret that I do not remember my stylist's name but her hair looked great and I asked her to cut my hair similarly. She was very nice amd pleasant and did an awesome job on my hair. I got 8 inches of hair cut off and she made sure that I was comfortable getting that much cut off. So happy with the haircut I received. $15 for a great high end salon cut! read more

Very uncomfortable experience. 5 months without haircuts, 5 months being quarantined in my home with two small children, I finally decide, "ok, let's get out and go get our haircuts, we'll wear masks, support our local business, lets do it." She asks me how I'd like my sons haircut, then rudely interrupts me because my 4 year olds mask slipped off his nose, tells me he's going to have to keep his face covered the whole time. I told her "yes, i am well aware of the governors order, you don't have to tell me." I adjust his mask, and she starts pulling on the strings telling me "your going to have to tighten this, this is going to fall off" She was so concerned with my 4 year old having his face covered, she wasn't even listening to how I'd like his haircut. Meanwhile my 5 year old daughter is already in a chair and the guy is asking me how I'd like her haircut. My kids just looked miserable while these people poked and pulled at there hair and face masks. I asked them if they wanted to leave and they both said yes. So we left. Listen, I get it, you don't want to loose your license, you feel you have to comply with the governors orders, I really do get it. But anyone willing to actually enforce this order, like police officers writing tickets, or whatever, they would have came into the salon and seen we all had our faces covered and there is no need to push the issue any further. I had to give this place one star, since it wouldn't allow ZERO STARS!!!! Bad Experience! My daughter's hair was butchered! She had long hair that was supposed to be "face framed" instead half her head looked like a messed up mullet with one side of hair 5 inches shorter than the back, and the other half of her head as well. The stylist used a razor on her hair, which you don't do with fine hair, and it ended up looking like an animal chewed on her ends! I had to take her for a hair consultation at a hair salon, where actual "hairstylists" were shocked to see what a messed up haircut she got, and she ended up getting extensions to balance out the messed up cut. I tried to talk with the owner however he was very rude to me and called me a stupid old lady and hung up on the phone with me, while I tried to explain to him about my daughter's hair, I will be posting pictures of this as well on other sites, all I want is to be compensated for the mess that happened, and all they could offer me was 2 free haircuts in the future!?!
