The staff is fun and always professional. I went on a Saturday and did wait a few minutes longer than Tuesday at 2pm, but WORTH the WAIT! Personally I have always had a perfect wax. Several of my friends also go to Bee Waxed and besides never having a complaint they are always happy with the outcome. They do body waxing and also sell great beauty products. If it is your first time getting waxed you will never need to go anywhere else and if you have been somewhere else you will never go back. While I was there a young lady was home for college and this was her first stop back in town. I highly recommend it. I have been going to Bee Waxed since they first opened...I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Title: A Truly Disappointing Experience at Mustacios Barber Shop…read more I have been a very satisfied customer by my stylist Ari at Mustachios but I recently visited Mustacios Barber Shop and had the unfortunate experience of being serviced by Jessica. To say that my visit was disappointing would be an understatement. From the moment I walked in, Jessica's demeanor was cold and unwelcoming. Instead of the friendly atmosphere one would expect at a barber shop, I was met with rudeness that left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. She actually told me to leave the shop. I was 4 minutes late and had just put my dog down a day prior so I was already not having a great day emotionally. She was a TOTAL B$&@h to me. For NO REASON!! What really crossed the line was overhearing Jessica gossiping about other clients while I was getting my haircut by another stylist. It was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. I couldn't believe that someone in her position would feel it was appropriate to talk negatively about customers behind their backs. It made me wonder what she might say about me once I left the shop. Her attitude throughout the few years I have been a client of ARi's. Jessica was simply miserable, and it was clear that she takes no pride in her work or in providing a positive experience for her clients. It's truly disheartening to encounter such negativity in a place where people go to relax and feel good about themselves. After this experience, I can confidently say that I will never step foot in Mustacios Barber Shop again. As she is the business owner this causes serious concern to the toxic environment that Jessica fosters. There are plenty of other barber shops that value their customers and provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere--I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Rana and Brooke are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they truly care about giving me the best possible results. I struggle with hormone related hair, which Ive heard can be harder to treat but when I shared my concerns with Rana, she listened and made me feel completely understood. She reassured me that they would help me achieve the results I was hoping for. I started in January 2025 and I'm already seeing amazing progress on my face and body! I couldn't be more thankful and I genuinely feel like I'm in the best hands.
