I called in the morning to ask about if they had availability for a manicure, when she asked me "manicure shellac?" I said no just regular manicure and she lets out a big sigh and says okay, then tries talking me into shellac which I know the difference but I also know it's a $15 difference from regular to shellac. I went in early yesterday for a manicure, as my nails turned out good I go to pay for my services and their computers were down (we were fine waiting for them to come up, I know they had just opened) The woman had come up to the counter to let us know what was going on and if she could take my info and we'd figure it out, no problem. The problem was the man who had my card started writing down all my CARD INFORMATION on a post it note, we had to tell him no, you don't do that, as I tried to ask for that post it note with my info the woman had crumbled it up and threw it behind her, as I had to walk around the counter and grab it because my info wasn't even destroyed.. I honestly couldn't believe it. We ended up going to get cash down the road for them because I wasn't going to not pay them but I just couldn't believe they thought writing down someone's card information was the way to go. read more

I do not appreciate the lack of displaying prices for services. There is a price increase every few months and nothing is posted. I went every month for years and my last mani pedi there was right before COVID and the price went up three dollars from February's mani pedi. I will be finding a new nail salon. read more

I had an appointment, but they were running behind. They were very apologetic & let me wait in one of the message chairs which was nice. About 20-30 minutes they were able to get my nails started. Everyone was so kind & my nails looks great! I'm sensitive to nail polish remover fumes so I don't like going to nail salons often but the smell here was minimal & the place seemed extremely clean. I arrived for my shellac mani and pedi and Dawn told me that my nail tech was sick and didn't come in. She offered another person but I would have to wait or come back. I waited and 30 min later Laura did a great pedi and shellac mani. Very pleasant to talk with and perfect nails. Would only have wanted a longer massage but next time she might have more time. I was very disappointed, Andy di grouchy. He fixed the snags and towards the end he filed all my nails at the end of them taking off the nail polish on the ends. Then he had an attitude while checking me out because my mind was racing with other things and I thought I handed him a $50 dollar bill and so on, I was never rude to him at all! I stopped in here for a pedicure and dip powder manicure. The pedicure was great and I had no complaints. This salon had the most expansive selection of dip colors and the girl that did my nails spent quality time making sure they were perfect. It's been over three weeks and I haven't had a single chip or crack in my nails. I will definitely be back! read more

I came here the first time due to my girlfriend telling me how much she liked it. I decided to give it a shot and was very disappointed. From the second I stepped in the door the owner had a HUGE attitude. I had made an appointment after being told how busy they were and still waited over an hour before being sat in a chair. While getting my pedicure I couldn't help but notice that I was not the only one catching an attitude from he owner, she talked to other clients and workers like they were stupid. My pedicure turned out well and went to the table for my manicure. I always get shellac and it always last at least 3 weeks, which is perfect because I am a mom of 4 and finding "me time" more than that is hard. My nails looked pretty when I left but literally the next day they started cracking and looked horrible. I called the salon and told them I was not pleased and was told to come in so they could look at them. I made yet another appointment and waited a good 40 min before having the owner come up look at my nails and tries to tell me that she's never seen that (all with a attitude of course) I tell her I would like it fixed and she starts yelling to another worker in a different language... He comes over looks at my nails and says I need to pick a different color because "that color didn't agree with my nails" whatever that means?! I was fine with changing the color so that it would not happen again. I will admit that the other color did last about 2 weeks, but I would never go back just because of the poor customer service and attitude. read more

The nail tech was nice. The color didn't seem to work with my nails and kept spilling over the nail edge. She did her best to fix it but maybe they should take note of which colors only work as a top coat and Mark them accordingly? The salon is dirty and dated. The guy that did my nails was unfriendly, rushed the entire shellac manicure, and I had to actually ask him to trim my cuticles and when he did I bled. I also got an eyebrow wax, and when I got home and inspected, the lady missed a lot of hair. I will not be going back. read more

I would give zero stars. I was a walk-in. Got a girl that didn't know what she was doing. It felt like she was not licensed to do nails. I got a pedicure and a manicure. Sat down in a pedicure seat and I told the girl the water was so hot I could not put my feet in. She seemed like she didn't know how to work the faucet She said she didn't know how to add cold water. So meanwhile she overflowed the tub and water was all over the floor. I continued to burn my feet in the water. I told her my feet were burning and she didn't seem to understand. I picked a color polish that I wanted on my toes and fingers. She finished the pedicure and I then moved to a seat. During the manicure she had to keep switching seats with her husband because she didn't know what she was doing. Her husband would do a little then switch. For some reason she told me I could not have the same color polish on my fingers. Being confused as to why, her husband said "you can't!" I know I will never go back! Also in the middle of my manicure an older lady called her to the desk to check people out and run credit cards through. There was no way this girl was a manicurist. read more
