I always get a gel pedi and a no polish mani and they have been great. I love that they do not use a drill. They never rush and my shellac always lasts 3 weeks. The salon is always clean and everyone is always friendly. You will need to book an appointment. I've had my nails done by Galina and Hannah. Both take extreme pride in their work. I highly recommend. read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I went there today (for the first time) and it was a GREAT experience! Not only did she do a good job but she was very friendly! And they are doing GREAT with precautions for COVID. Everything was very clean and sterile and it made me feel safe. I will definitely be going back. read more

I am very disappointed in our service here! My mom, sister and I came in one day for the first time with an appointment to get pedicures and were treated by three younger girls (probably in their 20s or early 30s). They were not friendly or welcoming at all and this made it a little awkward and uncomfortable because there was no one else in the salon. This was probably the worst part of our visit- the girls had kind of a stuck up attitude towards us and were also talking to each other and complaining about past customers while they were doing our pedicures. This leaves me to think nothing else than that they will do the exact same thing once we leave the salon! That is not a friendly environment. And then there was the quality of the pedicure- the girl doing my feet did not seem interested at all in doing a quality job, it just seemed like she wanted to get it done quickly. She was so timid with my feet that there was barely ANY massage. She was barely rubbing them. I was especially mad when she barely took any time with the pumice stone to rub my heels because my skin gets really dry and one of the main reasons that I go in to get pedicures is because I get a lot of dry skin and calluses on my feet and heels. I left with not much of a difference in the skin on my feet. Then the polish barely lasted two weeks, and this is the shortest period of time that any pedicure of mine has lasted. My mom and sister also felt the same way and were not pleased with the quality or attitude of the employees. To top it off, they put a plastic bag with oil in it over my sisters toes as she left and the polish ended up smearing in the bag because of that. Clearly that was not a good idea. We were so upset with the service that we will definitely NOT be returning!!! read more

I have a great experience every time I come here. They are very friendly and do a great job. Everything follows health department protocols(even before covid). The ladies doing my mom and i's manis and pedi were sweet. However the quality was not the best. I got a shellac mani done and the nail tech filed most of my nails crooked. The hand massage wasn't the greatest either. It was about 30 seconds long and then she moved onto the next hand. And as for my mom's shellac mani and pedi, the girl spent only about 10-15 minutes on the pedi and then she moved onto the shellac mani. When it got to applying the shellac on my mom's nails, the tech only applied 2 coats of the color and it was super sheer. She could've definitely gone in for a 3rd coat. It also seemed like she was in a rush because she didn't offer a massage or hot towel for my mom. Unfortunately, my mom and I have an event this weekend and we are busy running errands and are unable to go back and have them fix our nails. It was also my mom's first mani and pedi, I really wish she would've had a better experience. read more

This place blows. I went in on a Thursday during my lunch to get a quick gel manicure. The woman that tried to greet me asked what service I was there for. I replied "Just a gel manicure." She directed me to an empty desk that had no one there. So I just sat. And sat. And sat. Finally, an overly lashed technician just plopped down and asked me if I had picked out a color yet. I hadn't. I didn't even have samples in front of me. But that's ok, after she brought over the samples, she was consumed with her phone and what she was ordering from Jimmy John's that day (I can tell your this, she sure doesn't like tomatoes on her sandwich). I hurried up and selected something just to get started. The entire time we only had exchanged a few words. Me: "What time do you guys close?" Technician: "7:30" Me: "Do I need an appointment to come in?" Technician: "Yes, when we're really busy." Then I just sat there in an awkward attempt to have a genuine conversation with someone, but it was like pulling teeth. I gave up. She did a half-a** job that had some blotchiness on each nail. I did leave her a fair tip after she had asked me for one when charging my card. I didn't even get a thank you. This place lacks any type of customer recognition and has failed to make it a enjoyable relaxing nail spa. You live and learn. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I'd rather be at a small hole in the wall where the stench of Vietnamese food lingers in the air and women are talking about you in their language. Bella nails always does an awesome job! They're all super nice and usually are able to take care of walk-ins very quickly. It's also really clean and they price things fairly, especially for the work they do. I really like that the place doesn't overwhelmingly smell like nail polish. They don't do acrylics but their gel options are super cute. I've recommended them to all my friends. read more

I go to Bella Nails every 2 weeks for a pedicure and shellac manicure and I'm very happy with my service each time. My manicures last well and I'm happy with the huge selection of shellac colors - I always find what I'm looking for. My experience with the staff has always been great, they are friendly and helpful. I'm new to this area and I've searched around for a couple of months for a nail shop I could call home, because obviously having nice nails and feet is pretty important to me! I am also very particular about cleanliness and the shop has always been very clean and attractive. I would recommend calling ahead and scheduling an appointment during busy times. I've held off on writing this review for about a year, mainly because, when it's good, Bella Nails is worthy of four stars. However, this is the second time I've experienced the same situation and I feel it's time to find out if others have encountered something similar. On a previous occasion, I received a basic manicure from the same nail tech who performed my manicure today. At that time, like today, I paid cash with a $20 bill. Each time, the tech asked if I wanted change. I said I did. She took me to the drying station, turned it on, and proceeded to clean up her area. As I sat drying, she finished her clean up and departed the salon - no change given. The last time this happened, I thought it was questionable, but figured things would work out in the wash. At that time, a basic manicure was $12 or $13, so her tip was over 50% for a perfectly acceptable, but in no way spectacular, manicure. Today, lo and behold, same thing happened. She asked if I wanted change, I very clearly said, "Yes, I want change," and she took me to the drying station. Again, she left as I was drying. I asked the owner how much a manicure was. She replied that it was $14. Again, my tech walked out with a tip of $6. I'm a 20%-35% tipper on pamper services, so I would have tipped her $3, which is more than 20%. Two times is a bit too much of a coincidence and I couple this with the two or three times I've shown up at 7 PM only to be told they can't take me because they close at 7:30 PM. Each of these times, there was one customer being serviced and two workers available. Another experience had the owner essentially demanding that I tip in cash and becoming annoyed when I told her I didn't have any on me. All of moments have finally caused me to post this review. I can report that the location is clean and that service is usually fast, with a basic manicure and pedicure taking about an hour and a half and a basic pedicure is about an hour, including drying time. Pricing is in line with other nail salons in the area, but getting a hand massage is hit or miss, as the tech I had today doesn't perform one, but the owner and the woman I believe is a relative do. Bella Nails is perfectly acceptable, but it's seen the last of me. read more
