All the staff at Twinkle Nails are amazing! Strongly recommend! It's a family that cares about their service!

I was a walking today and asked for a fill-they accommodated me and I sat down with a technician who seemed to speak no English and removed all my acrylic, not a fill at all. then he made a mess of my nails. I didn't wait for the end and had complained several times during the procedure. I stopped him at this time and went to the front desk and said I would pay but they said I didnt have to so I left with my ugly nails and hands. poor communication or just a lousy unskilled tech? read more

i've never had a bad experience here. I usually get Bre she's awesome :). It's a very clean place and they are so nice.

Got a basic pedicure (with gel polish on toes) and a full set. At first a little apprehensive based on my tech's choice of headwear (MAGA hat) but he was very pleasant and extremely attentive to details. When we seemed to have a language barrier, her would overcome it with visuals (like what shape I wanted for my nails). Overall very pleased with the service and the results. This place has very nice staff! This place is priced better than the last nail salon I went to and I enjoy going here! Rachel, Alina, and David have all done my nails and they've looked great every time. I just wish they didn't charge $15 for chrome, but most places charge that much. read more

I read the reviews and am so glad I decided to try this place out. They are friendly, it's spacious and clean, they are super affordable and Alina always makes my nails beautiful. I recommend making an appointment but they have online appointment scheduling so it's super easy. Can't say enough wonderful things about this place! read more

Definitely the best nail salon in Clarkston, hands down! I've been twice so far and it's my new spot for sure. Some helpful tips: 1. Make an appointment online. 2. Have cash for a tip or Venmo (Venmo is a nice touch. I appreciate that since I hardly ever have cash these days). 3. If you're getting a pedicure and another service, you'll be there awhile. I was there for over two hours the other day when I got a pedicure and then dip on my nails. No manicure. The pedicure alone was an hour but it sure was relaxing and luxurious. 4. Pedicures are pricier than most places but the nail services are comparable to other spots. 5. Great polish selection! 6. Clean and aesthetic on the inside. I love the pink neon sign! read more

Twinkle Nails is a delightful experience. The staff is a joy. Their shop is decorated minimally, making it a relaxing experience. I chose the basic pedicure for the event I needed it for, but in no way was the service less than exceptional. If there were a rating less the one I would give that as my review. This place is a zero. I've never been so insulted by the nail tech as I was in this place. I was never served, they made an appointment with me and then canceled an hour before I was to be there. They seem racist. read more

The experience I just had at this salon was pure torture. The older male who did my nails has no clues what he is doing. He rubbed my fingers raw to the point they were bleeding, as well as left nail polish all over my fingers. I have never had such a horrible and painful nail experience and will absolutely never visit this establishment again and caution anyone to do the same. I have struggled about writing this review. I have been going to Twinkle Nails for some time. It is one of the cleanest salons. However this last time I went was the third time this has happened to me. I had a nail-tech who was inexperienced giving me a pedicure. My feet are so torn up I cannot wear closed toe shoes if I wanted to. I am really sad, but I just can't go back, my poor feet can't take it and my wallet can't take the hit for something that is so stressful and painful. read more

This was the most painful pedicure I've ever received. She cut me several times, rubbed my legs so hard that I said ouch more than once. I now have bruises, never messaged my feet or back if my legs. Got nail polish all over my toes, didn't even cut nail even or put polish on correctly. I had a very petite, older Asian woman. When I was checking out she stood there until I tipped her. I don't recommend this at all and it's very pricey for the service you receive. read more

I took my granddaughter and I to Twinkle Nails for a treat. I had a pedicure and she had a dip. I will first say that the operators seemed to be technically skilled in their jobs. However, the two operators we had spoke no English and were very hard to communicate with. First of all, I am diabetic and therefore asked my operator not to do the callous removal. She shook her head yes but did it anyway. I was bleeding in two spots and now have a sore foot. My granddaughter showed her person two photos, one with the design she wanted and one for the colors she wanted. He misunderstood and gave her the second photo. We both asked that he keep her manicure short as she is an active 12 year old. They were ridiculously long! (Her pinky nail was a good 1/2" beyond her finger. As a result the next morning there were 3 nails broken and the rest were very sore from being bent back. They did redo them (with gel) but didn't refund any money (paid $110). Not easy to communicate your wishes here so unless you want a simple manicure or pedicure, I would pass. read more

Experience with twinkle nails is not very pleasurable. They cannot translate what I was trying to tell them because they didn't speak English. They were asked to cut my Toenails, shorter, and rounded ,Yet still didn't do so. It was a big lumps of polish on the top of my toenails. They have no fans to dry your toenails as well. Very unhappy with their service. First and last time there. read more

Technicians were very nice and efficient. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The manicure lasted 8 days then peeled. Not sure if that is good or not, wish they had lasted longer. read more
