The man pushed to sell every service inside the store repeatedly even after being told no. He continuously pressured her to go with designs but she consistently said no. He did it anyways. The design doesn't match her personality or style and clashes with almost every nice outfit she owns. She says it's not what she wanted but she'll deal with it until she finds a new place to go, because she won't be going back there she doesn't trust that what she asks for is what she'll get. They were not very accommodating for that...one nice man spoke up and said he would do it when everyone else wanted to make me wait for hours. I tipped him $10 for a $10 polish removal that took 5 minutes max. Well...when it came time to get polish back on my toes they couldn't seem to fit me in. Really???? I picked a color that wasn't that sparkly and they showed me what it would look like and then let me test to see if another one would be better. And I ended up picking the color pictured. They told me they would have to cut my nails shorter for the tips. And sized the tips well for me. I think the shaping could have been more coffin shaped and look more square here, I also think one of the nails on one hand is longer than the other hand. I still love the color and i'm 2 weeks and and they are holding strong and looking great. It took about 1 hr and 20 minutes all together with wait time and finishing the nails. $45. I called again the next day from my work phone and left another message. The day of my appointment I received a text asking where I was. I explained that I had called twice and left a message. They said they could see that I called once but there was no message left why would I call and not leave a message?
