I have recently changed to this salon. Lana has done my nails the last couple times. She is very creative, offers suggestions, and does great work! The salon is clean and always decorated nicely. I love this place so much. It's my new go to! I went with Ken today and he did a wonderful job! He took his time and made sure every nail was perfect and kept asking if It was good. I'm very happy with the outcome and totally recommend going to Ken! But don't you all book with him too fast because I still need him to do my nails haha. The quality of the final pedi was great, although my friend has sensitive skin and despite asking them to cool the towel more they didn't so she was burned. Additionally, despite having an appointment for 2 pedis at the same time, they didn't start mine until after they completed hers so I had to sit and watch hers and she had to wait around for me. read more

Angel did a wonderful job on my manicure! She took her time making sure the shape and design were how I wanted. Even with adding tips and dip powder, my nails look natural and feel strong. I also got a pedicure from her and my feet have never looked and felt better. My feet are prone to callouses and roughness due to me being on my feet often for work. I can't stop rubbing my feet in awe of how smooth they are now lol. I'm beyond pleased with the service I received at Nail Topia. Will most definitely be back. The salon is clean and welcoming. I got the pedicure with ombre polish, the pedicure felt so good to my tired feet, the vibe in this salon is happy and very pleasant, very friendly and great work. I then proceeded to get my nails done in the dip process, then ombre on them too, with flowers on my ring fingers, they are so beautiful, I love them. My man got a pedicure and manicure and he said his feet felt amazing when we were walking out. His hands look so nice and feel so soft. We both said we would never go anywhere else. 10/10 recommend. This review only pertains to pedicures because its the only service I've had here. In my opinion, this place is a lot cleaner than your average oriental run nail salon. Plus, they make an effort to decorate the place and it looks decent. They just got new pedicure chairs, which are wonderful. They massage and they have cup holders attached if you'd like to bring something with you to drink. Some of the girls here can do hand painted nail art that's really nice. One time I came in and had a peace sign painted on my big toes. Otherwise they usually do flower designs. I've never had waxing services here, but they have a few private rooms off to the side for this purpose that look comfortable and clean. read more

Despite scheduling an appointment at a time they suggested, I still had to wait an hour before anyone started my nails. It hurt when they took my old acrylics off, I had to ask them to soak my nails, then proceeded to clean my nails myself because the staff had already started accommodating customers who arrived after me without an appointment. My nails look good but could be better. This place is clean and have fair prices but it's easily overshadowed by poor customer service and their aggressive techniques. In total, I was sitting in a salon chair for over 2 hours. I'd only recommend Nailtopia if you have more than enough time to get your nails done. read more

Be careful. I do not think the technicians here are licensed. Of the six people working in this salon only 2 were allowed to do finger nails. The owner Nancy and Jenny. I had a pedicure by a nice girl, didn't get her name, then I needed my nails done. I was told to sit at a table, the tech Jenny was extremely rude to me from the minute I sat in her chair. I asked Nancy if anyone else could do my nails, said she could so I waited like an fool while she took a walk in without an appt before me. Nancy would not listen to my request as to how I wanted my nails done and kept saying basically I know what I'm doing and they'll be very pretty. I thought I was paying for this service, maybe I should have gotten a discount for her doing what she wanted instead of what I wanted. She charged me $70 for a pedicure and fill, that is pretty expensive when everyone else charges about $55-$60 for the same services. Not worth it, especially about being treated and spoken to so rudely by Jenny. All the while, she was turning away customers who wanted their finger nails done because like I said, she only allowed her entire staff except Jenny to do pedicures. It was very strange. I've warned all my friends and family to avoid this place. read more

Not happy I have been going to this place for sometime and the last few times it has been unbelievable the cost and the time I'm there for simple stuff. I told myself I would not go back but of course I had a gift card for a mini-pedi so I went BIG MISTAKE. I was there for 2 hours and 15 minutes for a mini-pedi had the gel nail polish no fake nails no nail art that's it I was charged 70 dollars. I could of had fake nails a pedi and gel nail polish along with a tip and probably got done sooner. So before you decide to go here make sure you have alot of time and make them give you a price before they start. I will never go back. read more

The place is Clean and the staff are friendly...But, I like one person only to do my nails. Usually, when I go, One person will take my old polish off and start to do my fill...then another person will take over the buffing then again a 3rd person will apply the polish and top coat. I took my 14 year old daughter and her friend to get their nails done for the 1st time today. I asked when I walked in how much would a full set of acrylics cost. They told me $28. There were 4 people who worked there and they all said $28. My daughter and her friend both sat down and the nail techs started on their nails. I walked down to the thift shop a store away for 15 minutes at the most. I walked back in the nail salon and my daughter had the nails on but no polish yet. The nail tech said I could sit by my daughter. She preceded to polish my daughter's nails. When she was done I got up to pay. She then tells me its $45 . I asked why, she said I put Shellac on her nails. I asked her did you ask my daughter. She said yes I asked your daughter. My daughter said she was never asked. And even if she was she has no clue what Shellac is and that it costs an extra $17. I, never having my nails done don't know what shellac is or what it looks like to have it put on so I wouldn't know if she was using it or not. It really upsets me that my daughter was taken advantage of like that. She's a minor and they totally added on services to jack the price up. And they never asked me if they could put shellac on my daughter's nails. They should be ashamed of themselves. They took money from a 14 year old, it was her birthday money. Also they charged my daughter's friend $34 instead of $28. Do they just make these prices up as they go along? They turned something that should be special, a girl's beauty day out ,into a money maker for them. They are dishonest and greedy. I will never never go back there again. Everyone here for the most part is nice and does an average job. I've never had to wait very long and if I had an appointment, I get right in. I used to go here faithfully for quite some time.. The owner has her kids working there - a girl and a boy, both high school age.. When I have an appointment with someone, I want my entire service done by that one person.. Is that too much to ask? I don't appreciate being passed onto her children. I understand they get busy and everyone is trying to help, but I don't like it. I wonder if they are even qualified to assist with services?? The actual fill part has always been done by an adult, but as far as polishing or an entire pedicure, I've been passed on to the kids. I understand I should speak up, but I feel it should be understood I'm there for an appointment with YOU not everyone! ALSO---They make a big deal if you pay by credit card. They prefer cash. Then they go on and on and on and on about all the fees the banks charge for credit cards!!! I understand there are merchant expenses and associated with credit cards, but isn't this part of doing business? Give me a discount for paying by cash, lol!! I have been going here for YEARS! I took a 2 yr break from acrylics, but naturally when my wedding came around I would go there. I called Nancy the owner the ONLY one there I allow to do my nails. My nails are shaped funny and she always makes them look great! I make an appointment with her. End up putting off another appointment because she said her last available was at that time. So I rush in only to get there to have her tell me she is going to have some guy do them. I say No, I made an appointment with you. She still refuses. This is when I should have left! This young kid who I figure out half way in is in TRAINING!! I kept trying to tell him he was doing them wrong he then started screaming at me! I decided to just let him go and have Nancy fix them! I ended up with horrible chunky hat looking nails which Nancy then tried telling me how beautiful they were. I demanded she fix them that he ruined my nails for my wedding! She became very rude and then starts hacking away at my nails and hour later they were "ok" and she tells me $65 I laughed in her face! She said well you pay him and you pay me... I said NO I made an appointment with YOU, YOU pushed me off on him while your husband paints your toenails, he messed up heres $30 have a good day! Never again! I am sooo disappointed in this place! Ever since Nancy has not been there this place is gone down hill and up in charges. Different staff everytime you go in, and in no offense at all, the people seem like they just arrived in America with a language barrier it's next to impossible for anyone to understand what they're having done or what your expecting to get...Nancy we all miss you very much and we hope you will be able to return very soon until then I'll have to find somewhere else to take my business.
