The friendly banter is so entertaining, it was like coming back home again. My sister was getting married last weekend so we came to get nails a mani, pedi, and gel. I absolutely missed everyone and I think I'm going to have to make this a regular visit again. My favorite nail tech is no longer there, so I saw David and he did a fine job. Admittedly, I was nervous because I've had such difficulty at all other places but here so I wasn't sure what to expect, but he did a nice job, especially since I had used Gorilla Glue on 3 of my broken nails to keep the length before my visit! Haha! He 'worked' with what I gave him and they turned out quite professional looking. I never have any problems with the quality of work here. As for any naysayer in these other comments, I don't know why their experiences were any less than perfection. I've been to this facility for a few years every so many weeks before my recent gap and ALWAYS had great visits. They're worth the drive for me. It's almost 50 minutes each direction, so that should speak for itself. :) This place ROCKS!!

Unfortunately, with the manicure, it was not a positive experience. I kept telling the nail tech exactly what I wanted and he insisted I didn't want it that way and proceeded to do what he wanted. The worst part is I now have two completely cracked nails after 5 days. I had dip with a gel top coat. Typically, at my original nail place, I can go at least three weeks without any chipping, not here. Very disappointed.

When I…read morefirst walked in there was only 1 girl working which was fine for me since I was the only person in there. I asked up front what the cost was for a gel manicure which she told me was $28. The manicure took and hour and a half, which waand she didn't do anything special...no lotions or massage which it says in their brochure that all manicures include. When I went to pay she told me it was $33 not the original $28 I was told. She said it was because she had to take off my polish. I've never had to pay extra for that when I got a gel manicure anywhere else. Don't waste your money. Go elsewhere. Just an update on my week old gel manicure. The polish is peeling off because too many coats were applied on my thumb where you tried to fix a smudge and the polish on my other hand is cracked and chipped. Worst gel manicure I have ever had. From other salons that include removing polish in their price it always lasts at least 2 weeks.
