Eyebrows!! Whenever I'm in the Ponti as we call it stopping here is a must! The vibe is extremely welcoming! I had my first wax here too lol all the ladies are so kind and upbeat! Makes you feel like family highly recommend! read more

Amazing! I have been going to see Sandy & Julie and friends for years, like , literally 1990s, from the mall to Telegraph road the absolute best place to go for waxing! The staff is fun and always professional. I went on a Saturday and did wait a few minutes longer than Tuesday at 2pm, but WORTH the WAIT! Personally I have always had a perfect wax. Several of my friends also go to Bee Waxed and besides never having a complaint they are always happy with the outcome. They do body waxing and also sell great beauty products. If it is your first time getting waxed you will never need to go anywhere else and if you have been somewhere else you will never go back. While I was there a young lady was home for college and this was her first stop back in town. I highly recommend it. I have been going to Bee Waxed since they first opened...I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

I have been coming to Bee Waxed for years, at least a decade!! The girls are amazing at waxing and are so welcoming and friendly. I love going in there to pamper myself. They also have great beauty products at good prices. I won't let anyone else touch my eyebrows!! read more

The best thing about Bee Waxed is the atmosphere and the cultivated women. I use to go to another chain facility and after 1 visit here almost 10 years ago, I've never left. The Brazilian is the most cleanest and through I've ever had. Front to back is included in the service ladies!! My brows are so snatched they look drawn on. Yes, I've been serviced by them all (waxing) and everyone is amazing. No matter how far I've moved, I've always taken this trip. Nothing but smiles, happiness, laughter, and an awesome waxing experience. Highly recommended **in pics, eyebrows ARE NOT filled in AT ALL, only WAXED from #BEEWACED read more

I've been out of town for a little while I was looking for somewhere to get a bikini wax looked up waxing online and came across Bee Wax . When I got there everyone seem to remember my face experience was great. The people were friendly, and I was very satisfied with my service. Katina A.B. read more

The ladies at bee waxed always do a great job for my family. I have been going to them for 37 years & following them throughout all the mall and whatever location they have opened. They are truly amazing and you cannot get it service in Michigan. JULIE or Sandy they are the owners and they will take care of you. Anybody speak negative is just an ignorant yelper who has no time on their hands. read more

First come, first served. I love the casualness of this place when it come to getting my eyebrows done. My last eyebrow tech was always booked and you had to have an appointment. However, I must mention you will have to make an appointment for other service besides eyebrows. I went in on NYE and was out in about 30 minutes. The tech listened to me when I told her what I wanted: keep my high arch and I want them thick! She did a perfect job. I use to come here years again but recently started coming back. I'm happy with my decision. The staff here are great and they even have a reward program. read more

Can't justify paying $20 for overplucked eyebrows. It's a shame because they use to be so good.

I've been here twice. Got the regular eyebrow wax each time. First time, the lower/thinner part of my eyelid got either burned or torn. Second time, both my brows broke out. It's possible I have slightly more sensitive skin than most. And, it's also possible that I'm using ingredients on my skin that don't agree with eyebrow waxing (alpha hydroxy, glycolic acid, salicylic acid)... But honestly, I don't think that's the reason for the skin eruptions. I just want pleased with the technique. The customer service was great (hence why, I'm giving two stars) but the wax melting pot just seemed over used and over shared by the end of the day when I received my service. read more

How have I never reviewed Bee Waxed before? This place is a gem, I've been coming here for about 5 years. This is by far the best place I've gone to for an eyebrow wax. No appointments needed just walk in, $13, loyalty punch card and super friendly ladies who work there. Saturday's are the busiest day but don't be scared if there's a line, it goes quick because these women don't mess around! I admit it, I've not always been loyal. Out of sheer convenience I have gone elsewhere for an eyebrow wax. But my laziness has not paid off and nowhere else have I have gone has my brows looked as good as they do here. These ladies know brows. I appreciate that they keep you looking natural, no pencil thin or crazy arches here, just beautiful normal looking cleaned up brows. It is definitely worth the drive in my opinion. They are located on a little strip mall on Telegraph just south of Highland Road. If you get to Mr. Allen's you've gone to far. They also do "other" waxing by appointment if that's your thing. I can't speak for that service but I'm sure they do a great job. read more

I've been driving 20-30 minutes for a few years just for eyebrow waxing. This business has been one of the cleanest places I've been all through the pandemic and I've never felt uncomfortable here. All of the techs are super friendly and get you in and out quickly. Love this business and so glad to have them as part of my self care routine. read more

This place is awesome I have known about it for 30 years plus removed from the mall do a small strip center and stuck with it in the customers are loyal thank you so much Julie and Sandy for your hard work we love you! I've only had eyebrow waxing at Bee Waxed but anytime I am there, the staff are SO friendly and helpful with questions about their skincare products. The prices are very reasonable too! read more

LOVE this place! They have a great and organized way to have clients services for eyebrow wax (walk in only). The staff in phenomenal! They are all personable, funny and professional. My brows and tinting were perfect! I am still not the biggest fan of tinting because it doesn't last very long, but my brow wax was the best I've ever had. Kia is the BEST in metro Detroit for lashes! The temporary lashes were so perfect and didn't irritate my eyes at all. I've had awful experiences at other places. I now have lash extensions and I'm obsessed. read more

I was desperately looking for another aesthetician upon moving from L.A. to the midwest. I looked on Yelp and this place got great reviews-- because it deserves it! The ladies are super duper friendly, and they seem to really care about you when you go in. I feel like I'm in my Aunt's house when I go in there LOL and it's nice because that's why I go to the spa, to hear girl talk and just be pampered, even for the fifteen minutes I am there. NEVER had a bad wax here! I have had brows, lip and brazilian. If you are getting a brazilian book ahead, they fill up fast during the summer. Otherwise, they can usually get you in for brows or lip no problem. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I ONLY go here, which sometimes leaves me a bit hairy when I have to miss a week lol but it's so worth it to have brows done right and I would give these ladies my money over anyone else any day. read more

I just started going to them for my eyebrows after bad service at another eyebrow place. I like them, good price and they do a good job. Next time I'll go to Reema for my eyebrows. read more

Never again. Never again!! I used to go here ten years ago when I went to high school and decided to give this place a try again instead of driving all the way to my usual spot in Dearborn on the weekend. I cannot stress that I will never be back! The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because I saw Julie do a good job on other patrons. I, however, was not so lucky. I have naturally unruly eyebrows that need a patient hand in order to get a proper arch. I went in with overgrown brows that just needed to be arched and groomed and I left with extremely too thin, Cruela deVille-like arched brows! They are so thin and over arched that it looks comical. I could tell that the technician was gradually taking more and more hair off but I didn't think it would be to this extreme. I would have preferred her to have left them somewhat unruly and fill them in appropriately instead of over tweezing them! read more

I moved here from Chicago in November 2012, and hadn't found a good eyebrow place until I walked into Bee Waxed. This place is wonderful. The second I walked in (without an appointment) I was helped immediately. The women make you feel like you are a part of the salon, and as other reviews noted, they are extremely friendly! The price is right too; I paid $13 plus tip. This is the first eyebrow place in Michigan that I will return to. I am so happy to have found out about it on Yelp! read more

Bee Waxed is the only place that I would trust with my eyebrows. I refuse to go anywhere else. Even when I went to college, I waited to go to Bee Waxed to get my eyebrows done. The women who work in there are so kind and always make me feel so welcome. They are extremely efficient, get me in and out super fast, but still maintain excellent quality. I love Bee Waxed, you must go for good eyebrow waxing. read more

I've been going here for over a month for my eyebrows and have had a great experience each time. I have had reactions to waxing in the past and they have products to minimize redness and keep your skin from getting irritated. I have bought the Revita Brow to help regrow and thicken my eyebrows and it works. Also the Bee Calm serum which got rid of the dry problem areas on my face. I just got the Bee Nourished recovery cream and it's so lightweight and smooths my skin instantly with just a small amount. Everyone working here is friendly and quick so even if there is a wait, it isn't long at all. read more

The women in this salon are absolutely amazing, Momma G does bikini/Brazilian waxing and for first timers she makes you feel like you known her for so long and so comfortable in the chair. Came in here from out of town for a wedding. I normally get threaded, so I was really hesitant to come here (or get waxed at all, for that matter), but I'm so glad I did! My eyebrows were really thick and there was a lot to work with, so I'm sure that helped, but I was so happy with the shape. The woman who did them somehow knew exactly what to do and what would look good on my face. I would definitely go back! Too bad it's about 2,000 miles away :( Highly recommend! read more

Bee Waxed is the ONLY place I will go to get my eyebrows waxed. They truly do an exceptional job. Do not trust your brows to just anyone. I made that mistake before. Never again! I have been coming to this place for eyebrow and lip waxing for a couple of years now, and I'll never go anywhere else ever again! Everyone there is extremely talented, and they get you in and out fast! The quality of the work is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is even better. The girls are always laughing and creating a positive, inviting energy that's contagious. You can tell they really care about you looking and feeling your best. They're honest about shape and style that is best for your face, and they'll convince you that letting your overplucked eyebrows grow out so they can reach their full potential! :) I just made an appointment to get my first Brazilian.
