Guys, you're going to love this place. Whenever I come home from Nashville to visit my family for the past 5+ years, I try to make it in here as a walk-in to get my eyebrows done. This mom-daughter duo is always on top of their game. I forgot what they call it but I also get the pore cleansing treatment. Always such a good experience. I've been getting my eyebrows done by the owners of this salon for years and I've never been unhappy. With the current pandemic, they took appropriate precautions to ensure they were following guidelines such as masks, distance between clients, temperature taken when you walk in etc. I wasn't worried at all. I loved this place for so long. this place used to be my holy grail. This was until the older lady began doing my brows instead of the younger girl. I cant lie, they still do great brows but the older woman can't follow simple directions. Every time I go in, i specifically call ahead and ask for them to warm the wax. This is because i have sensitive skin and threading makes my eyes puffy and the skin around my eyebrows inflamed. It is also a personal preference. If somebody wants wax then they better wax them with no questions asked. The older woman has a hard time understanding that. She began with wax, tweezers and facial scissors (none of which were sanitized before or after) which went fine. then she forced me into allowing her to use thread. i said no, yet she told me to hold my eye so she can thread. then she began waxing my lip which i didn't ask for nor want but i didn't care. then she gets wax in my nose which was a bit unprofessional. After we were done she put some aloe looking gel on me which i didn't mind but yet again she gets it up my nose. I didn't care much but these types of mistakes are not professional at all. My last straw was when i pulled out my debit card and she kept asking if i had cash to pay with instead. Like i wouldn't care if they didn't have a card reader. BUT THEY HAVE A CARD READER. If you guys say you accept card then take it and don't complain. My last complaint is they don't clean anything in between customers. It's honestly disgusting. Even things such as tweezers. I've also seen them dip the wax stick they already put on my face back in the wax pot. They're is not one cleaning product in sight. They are the most unhygienic beauty place i've ever seen. I'm surprised they're still in business at this point. This place is such a hassle. Honestly will never go again. read more

If you are looking for amazing service, a clean environment and gorgeous brows, this is the place to go. Sonali and her mother are the sweetest and they do an amazing job. I love that they take their time to make sure your eyebrows look amazing. If you are nervous about going there during this time, don't be. They take your temperature, have you sanitize, their seating is 6 feet apart and they sanitize their chairs and tools right before you are seated. They also offer outdoor seating while you wait to be seen and you can also sit in you car and they will call you in. Love this mommy and daughter duo! read more

i'm a loyal customer here and they usually do an amazing job but i had a 3:00 appointment today for brows and lip ONLY and the lady mixed me up with another 3:00 appointment who had a full face thread. and she did the full face thread on me, without even clarifying what service i was there for. i told her beforehand brows and lip and she still did not do what i asked. i'm extremely upset because it was very painful and i only had brought enough money for what i had scheduled but still had to pay $32 for a full face. read more
