This is a very unprofessional and unaccommodating individual who knows nothing of customer satisfaction and it is apparent she is not trying to her build her client base. She does not know how to install weave at all; knows nothing of technic and thinks the only way you braid for a weave is in the circular motion. I tried to tell her how my hair is normally braided and how I wear my hair; I should have got out of her chair when I was not getting through to her!!! She refuse to put all my hair in as instructed said she would have to sew it to my back if I insist because there was no where to put it!!!
