I'm not sure how well you can tell by the photos, but Rachel did an awesome job on my lashes. I wanted to get them done before my wedding for the first time ever. she took her time, ensuring top quality service! It was a lot at first as I had never gotten them done before, but now that i've gotten use to them, I love the natural, put together look right out of bed--I even had people compliment my lashes, but tell me they didn't even notice I got them done!! It's been two weeks since I got them done and I hardly notice any fallout. these pics were taken on my honeymoon recently. This is the 3rd time I've tried lash extensions and it's definitely the SPEEDIEST so far, clocking in at 50 minutes! Here's a quick breakdown/comparison of my 3 experiences: 1. Apr 2012 in Sunnyvale, CA with Lily @ Vanity Spa Salon: $50 Groupon for a set of the longest, fullest, borderline drag queen lashes I've ever had. They were a little shocking at first but then I fell in love with them. The process took 1.5 hours, pain factor was tolerable, and they lasted almost 8 weeks!! My only complaint is that she must've used some really strong glue because anytime I accidentally got water in my eyes while showering or whatever, they stung like crazy. The owner, Paige, was nice enough to offer a free fix within a week of me expressing my displeasure. It took her 1.5 hours to fix my lashes, the pain factor was similar to Vanity Spa in Sunnyvale this time, and my lashes lasted close to 4 weeks. The pain factor is just about nonexistent and I definitely snoozed off accidentally. Magically, eyeball-pain while showering is also minimal, which was a nice surprise! My main complaint is that these lashes start looking a bit messy after a week and only last 2-3 weeks. But, with her more-than-reasonable touchup pricing, that isn't really a problem. Added bonus, Rachel's lash selection is literally any color of the rainbow. Do you need some maize and blue action? a color-coordinated set to match your halloween costume? or maybe just pretty purple or navy to fancy up your everyday look? She's got you covered! Extremely disappointed in this business. I had scheduled an appointment at least a month in advance. I booked through her website and confirmed it through a message sent to me. I received THREE confirmation texts for my appointment. I show up for my appointment. I tripled checked the date and time and it was correct. She was ok with a client so I assumed maybe they were just running late. 15 minutes after my appointment time and she has not even acknowledged me standing outside. I was tired of waiting so I knocked and she came. I told her of my appointment and showed confirmation and everything and all she said was "sorry, this has never happened before." She tried asking if I could come another day. Obviously I can't which is why I scheduled it for when I did. It was extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this service. It's not reliable at all. Rachel was extremely nice. I got a groupon to try this out, having never tried false eyelashes before. They lasted about 2-2.5 weeks, and towards the end some of them were sort of sticking out at a weird angle - but fixable with a few tweaks in front of the mirror. Compared to the other places around Ann Arbor, these place is the most affordable to get mink lashes placed individually. Maybe it's because I haven't tried other eyelash places before, but I was pretty happy with her service and I would definitely recommend her to friends who want to look nice for an event. read more

I got my eyebrows microbladed by Rachel and she did an amazing job! I have blonde hair so I was concerned they would turn out too orange. Rachel worked with me to select the best color for me and made me feel comfortable with the process before starting. It's now a few weeks after my touch up appointment and I'm so happy with the results! On top of being knowledgeable, skilled and professional, Rachel is also super nice and fun to talk to! The glue she used with me left my lashes feeling hard/crunchy. The glue also leaves the lashes looking shiny which isn't a natural look. You can definitely feel the lashes weighing on your natural ones also. After losing several spots (right in the middle)of my lashes I went to a different place and they have been having me repair them with serum and very lightweight lashes until some of them grow back. It's really sad because when I first started seeing her my lashes were full and I just wanted a little boost. I don't know if my lashes will ever be same as before. Since switching to a new establishment to do my lashes I can't feel them when they are on and they don't have that shine look. So much of a difference. I didn't know anything was wrong when I first started seeing her because I had never had lashes on for more than one day prior to going to her. I don't like to write negative reviews but I'm concerned for others and their lashes. If she changes her glue I'm sure the lashes will be 100 percent better! read more

I originally left a perfect review about a year ago.i got my brows microbladed by Rachel she was very professional and her booth was very nice and professional as well...my natural brows are nonexistent for the most part.I was spending anywhere from 15 min to an hour daily drawing them on so this would be a game changer for me.the first of 2 sessions with her was great my new brows were fabulous and the I went back for the 2nd and final "you up session. Not sure what happened But she decided to make them a lot darker and solid not strokes and extended the tails all the way down even with the corner of my eye and the arches were way over extended and top of one brow pointed.i immediately went home and noticed the tails and scraped off what I could . Now I use concealer to cover the wonky ares and was back to drawing them on .this is suppose to last a year and fade but of course mine havent ...over 850.00$ inc tip and To fix my brows would be abnormally large...am seeking lazer to remove these crazy looking brows....Microblading is an awesome option but is only as good as the person doing it please do your research befor having this done...a waste of money and a bigger problem if not done prope read more

Not good glue at all. The service was fast and nice, but the product is bad quality. They fall off within the first week and do not last at all. Even if you baby them and take good care of them. They should fall out with the natural lash progression but these just fall and fall two and three lashes at a time. I needed a full after the first week. I have a few clients that go here and they all say the same thing. Looks good when you get them done, but they do not last at all! Cheap product being used. I love her lashes how they are thicker and literally last so long. Of course with good maintenance. She is so accommodating with scheduling as well. I go every two weeks to Eyeconic, and have been going for a couple months. People keep saying, wow, you look so young, what's going on?
