I wouldn't say cleanliness is their first priority but the customers are! I love my nails and the short time it took him to do them! They are very reasonable if u need a simple full set or fill in!

Nice service bit the facilities are disgustingly dirt. Very inexpensive.

New owners. Gave them a try. The worst manicure of my life. Never going back. I was a 3 year customer.

The Salon is why I gave four instead of five I understand being cashless but only being able to tip via Zelle or cash app was not preferred as I don't have Zelle and that was the option for tips and I never carry cash.I've seen cashless places who offer services like this have a secondary system for tips that you can leave a review and tip on a machine maybe something like that would help. I also wish they had a hot towel or something for your legs as part of the pedicure they may have this as part of an upgraded service but I was late and not given the options for any add one. I was also not offered coffee or water and I saw other patrons with them. Overall I'm happy with my pedicure and will read the fine print if I come back to see what options they have for upgrades or add ons

This was the closest place to my house (5 min walk) so I decided to go here despite the negative reviews. They got the job done, but she definitely overcharged me. Nail removal is priced at $5, and a manicure at $12, so my total should have been $17. She charged me $20. I didn't really put up much of a fight, based on reviews - they are rude and I didn't want to deal with it for just $3 extra. It's not about the money, it's just about being overcharged that annoyed me. I really wanted to just get out of there, so I paid the $20 and left. Got a basic manicure, they could've been filed better, but because I was in a rush I'm ok with it. The inside is not that great, it seemed clean enough though, but like other reviewers have said, it lacked ambience. Also they use these mini fans to dry your nails as opposed to the nail dryers you usually see at other salons. Another thing I would suggest is to bring your own nail color - they were majorly lacking in the color selection. Most of them were off brand and looked like they haven't been used in years. I didn't want to pay for a crappy color, so I just picked the first China Glaze color I saw because I figured it would look better than all the other brands you'd probably find at a $1 store. Overall, it got the job done for my desperate needs, but due to lack of ambience, nail color selections, and being overcharged, I will not be returning.

a minute ago New…read moreUpdate: After posting my review, the owner called my personal phone number to question me about why I left a review for a service I had not received. I found this extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable. I had provided my phone number because I was calling the business to inquire about their services; I did not expect that number to be used to personally confront me about a Google review. To be clear, my review was about my experience interacting with the business, the information I was given about the service, and my decision not to book based on that information. Customers should be able to provide feedback about their experience communicating with a business, including concerns about pricing and whether a service meets their needs, without being personally called and challenged by the owner. The phone call actually reinforced my decision not to patronize this business. I was already uncomfortable with the pricing and service structure, and being contacted afterward made the experience even more unpleasant. I am sharing this because other potential customers should know what happened when I simply asked questions, expressed my concerns, and decided not to book. I called to ask about the hair spa service because I was interested in booking. The service is $125, and I was told that the "hair dry" included in that price simply consists of sitting under a dryer. If I wanted my hair blow-dried, that would be an additional $60. As a Black woman with textured hair, I honestly don't feel that this is very inclusive. Sitting under a dryer with my hair loose is not going to leave my hair dry, stretched, and manageable. My hair would likely be extremely shrunken and difficult to work with afterward. I would need the blow-dry in order for my hair to actually be in a manageable state. I completely understand charging for additional services, but I don't think it's unreasonable to question a pricing structure where the standard drying method works for some hair types but doesn't provide the same practical result for others. For me, that turns a $125 service into a $185 service simply because of what my hair requires to be properly dried and manageable. I'm not writing this to bash the business or accuse anyone of intentionally discriminating against Black women. I'm sharing my perspective because I think businesses offering hair services should consider whether their services are genuinely accommodating to different hair textures. I was really interested in trying this experience, but an additional $60 just to have my hair properly dried makes me feel like the service isn't designed with women like me in mind.
