I usually sit in the empty booth chair next to hers while she's attending to my husband and we all just laugh and chat up a storm. Kevin is also very friendly and fun to chat with. This shop is close to home so it's a nice walk to and from. Christopher Salon offers a wide variety of services so I would recommend you give them a try. Parking is tight but there is a vacant business next door and side street parking. There are restaurants nearby if you need a bite to eat while in the area. The prices are reasonable and they take appointments and if you are lucky maybe a walk in.

To say that my visit was disappointing would be an understatement. From the moment I walked in, Jessica's demeanor was cold and unwelcoming. Instead of the friendly atmosphere one would expect at a barber shop, I was met with rudeness that left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. She actually told me to leave the shop. I was 4 minutes late and had just put my dog down a day prior so I was already not having a great day emotionally. She was a TOTAL B$&@h to me. For NO REASON!! What really crossed the line was overhearing Jessica gossiping about other clients while I was getting my haircut by another stylist. It was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. I couldn't believe that someone in her position would feel it was appropriate to talk negatively about customers behind their backs. It made me wonder what she might say about me once I left the shop. Her attitude throughout the few years I have been a client of ARi's. Jessica was simply miserable, and it was clear that she takes no pride in her work or in providing a positive experience for her clients. It's truly disheartening to encounter such negativity in a place where people go to relax and feel good about themselves. After this experience, I can confidently say that I will never step foot in Mustacios Barber Shop again. As she is the business owner this causes serious concern to the toxic environment that Jessica fosters. There are plenty of other barber shops that value their customers and provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere--I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I did ~5 treatments of face/underarms, and had wonderful results. After seeing such great results, I opted to do a 'full body package', which was 10 treatment sessions. My results are absolutely amazing. I no longer have to shave my legs (less than 20 hairs grow, and they're 1/4 the thickness of my old hairs). My face is SO much improved. I no longer have red, irritated, hyperpigmented skin. **My hair is harder to get rid of, since it's hormone-related** My underarms/thighs no longer get large pimples/cysts from ingrown hair. I have a mild case of HS (Hidradenitis Suppurativa), and the lasering has basically resolved my ingrown hairs/boils. It's been over 2 years since I finished my package, and my hair has stayed gone.
