And three feathers usually cost 30 dollar alone. I also believe their hair cuts start at 30. The salon was doing good business, meaning a constat stream of people. I did not have to wait at all. She washed and conditioned my hair, gave me a nice trim and I got to pick out my three feathers. I got a thicker pink and black, a green and black and a teal one. She said some of the ones I picked out were from featherheads new peacock line. I never had feathers before and I was super excited. She really took time styling my hair and blowing it out nicely. She was also nice to talk too. Bonus I even got a fee sample at the end. So far my feathers are staying in nicely. She even offered to move them if my work wanted them more discreet. Not only did they fail to do what I asked, and did the complete opposite; she also butchered my neck line with one side being mowed an inch higher than the other and of course they don't show me with the mirror. I get you were annoyed being first chair and having to answer people walking in but at least care a smidge about what you're doing. I shouldn't have to ask you to not leave a cowlick alone after the rest of the hair is cut short. Note to self only come in if my normal hair stylist is here.

Both stylists seemed irritated & rude from the start. I should've walked out right away but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. While brushing my hair she was literally yanking my head all the way back & to the side, to the point it hurt my neck. I almost started crying & was going to say something, but was by myself & have major anxiety. So I again, gave her the benefit of the doubt & thought maybe she didn't mean to. She trimmed my hair so unevenly, & cut one side in the front way shorter than the other & bluntly cut everything. She hacked my bangs off with no technique whatsoever, just chopped them off & was going to leave them bluntly & unevenly cut. I asked her to make them a little choppier & evened out. This seemed to really irritate her & she made them even worse. There's a literal chunk cut out of them. She thinned my hair out horribly, leaving some spots thick & others so thin. She definitely took her irritation out on my hair & me. I'm devastated & embarrassed. I'm not sure there's even a way to fix any of it. I can't even do anything to make my bangs look better, I feel devastated & angry. I'd like a refund & for other people to be warned about the two older stylists that work there.
