I raced over and instead of repairing my two broken nails, she explained to me how painfully bad my previous technician was. She put me in a fantastic place to be able to shorten my nails upon returning from my vacation so I can get back to work! They look gorgeous! Like nothing I've ever seen! Not only is she knowledgeable, but kind, compassionate, and her work is meticulous! Every day on vacation I got a ton of compliments. The spa is luxurious and soothing. If I'd had more time I'd have gotten some treatments and can't wait to! The brightest part of my experience was LeVonne herself. Her energy washed over me and I walked out having my frayed nerves calmed. Oh, and she is Beautiful! A walking billboard for her skin treatments! The first time i had a wonderful stylist, but the second time around the stylist barely smiled. She didnt ask enough questions and there wasnt enough attention to detail. She made no attempt for a recommendation or her professional opinion. Just asked how i normally get it cut. And she had a cut, after tip, i think we ended up paying 60+ bucks... Overpriced! My hair should only be $10 and maybe hers, $30 the most. Thats a $20 overcharge in my opinion.

My hair isn't very forgiving when it comes to cuts and regarding color or perms which I've had many in the past, I often leave feeling like my hair is crispy from the bleaching process. Jordan knows exactly what products to use and how long to leave them in for amazing results. I've lost count how many compliments I've received on my recent color and style. Jordan came highly recommended by our pet sitter's Mom who is also in the profession. It's over an hour each way to drive to this salon from my house, but the place has a great vibe and everyone there is friendly. I've been back once for a touch-up and my hair feels very silky and is super shiny. I love Jordan! He's such a highly skilled professional who is also a delight to talk with during my visits. I'm not a big talker who feels like I have to fill every minute of the time he's working on me and he isn't either. It's very comfortable knowing we don't have to force a conversation. Sometimes it's nice just to feel like I'm getting pampered without any feeling like a person who is serving me is going over board with sticky fake talk. I don't do 'fake' well. Jordan is a genuine person who I absolutely love visiting. I'm definitely going back. Prices are reasonable for the quality of services and products offered, for the location which is in a safe and high-traffic area near the Great Lakes Crossing shopping mall, and is very easily accessible by freeway. What's not to love?!

She was even helpful with picking out a new primer which unfortunately they were out of stock, but she recommended a few places I could find it. I ended up coming back the next day to wonder around.
