I had an appointment that I waited 3 weeks for. I couldn't remember the exact time so I called on a Sunday and Monday and repeatedly got a voicemail message saying the salon was closed and open Tues-Friday. I never received a confirmation call for my appt and when I called first thing on Tuesday it again went to voicemail from 9am-11:30am. I finally was able to speak to someone and she told me my appt was MONDAY at 1:30... how if the salon is close then?! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SALON ETIQUETTE. Such a lovely and modern place. Megan (The owner) is a personal friend of my mothers and I. I thing the space is just right and how big or small the place is, shouldnt depend on the quality and customer service you are getting. The price is just right, the staff is friendly and they always offer refreshments. They know exactly what they are doing and make sure you are comfortable. Such a shame people are so negative on other peoples success. I definitly reccomend Believe if you want a personal experience everytime you come in. read more

Excellent service. Warm and comfortable environment, so nicely decorated! The waiting area is very pleasant. I wanted to keep my hair long so that I will have flexibility for my upcoming wedding, but I also wanted a little change. Emily was really helpful to find a style that was new and fresh, but won't interfere with any future updo's. We had absolutely terrible weather on the day I was supposed to get my haircut and I was called about rescheduling my appointment. They were able to call me ahead of time and they got me scheduled for the very next day. I felt they handled it very professionally... And frankly I didn't want to leave the house that night either! I recommend that you NEVER go this salon. I went in to get a cute, chic haircut for the summertime--and I ended up with a choppy shoulder length haircut that made my naturally wavy hair very dull and flip out at the ends. This is the worst haircut I've ever received. My hairstylist didn't give two flips about how I actually wanted my hair, and just did what she wanted. She gave me layers that were shorter than my side bangs! Thanks to her I'm now stuck wearing my hair in a bun everyday. I would never return to this salon and I really hope that it closes. read more

I'm the mom of the disgruntled retired hair stylist, my daughter was trying to stick up for me but was a little harsh. I did after all return the next day for partial highlights knowing ahead of time that it would cost me $60 on my own free will. (Shame on me too) Yes I went in too blonde, over highlighted and came out with hair just too dark overalls for my taste. I called the next day to see if I could come in to have some blonde back, the stylist thought I was accusing her of messing up my hair, nope just didn't expect my hair so dark and thought she would like to make it better. After I explained that she didn't do anything wrong and I was willing to pay to get some blonde back, she fit me in. Lisa was pleasant when I returned (I was nervous going back after the scolding I got on the phone) and she even agreed that more highlights would look good. I even scheduled another appointment. Turns out unknown to me; that my hothead daughter (love) had called the salon to complain. Megan, the owner called me personally, she was kind and sympathetic to both the stylist and myself. She couldn't have handled it any better! I would give 5 stars to Megan on how she handles her business! Lisa also recovered the situation, (she wasn't defensive when I got there) we're all human here, we make mistakes! I don't want to hurt Meagan's business, I feel Yelp has too much power to do that. My daughter had a point, and her own opinion, but I'm not the first person who didn't like their hair color. I certainly don't want to ruin these girls livelihood. I would recommend the Salon, and I would give Lisa the chance to get my hair just the way I want it! (She may not ever want to see me again) read more

I was introduced to this salon through Groupon. Yes, the location of this salon is a downfall (located in a medical complex), but the stylist and staff are very friendly and professional. I love the way Chasi cuts my hair! My teenage boys even enjoy going to the salon (imagine that!!!) for their own trendy cut. read more
